I received a quote from another company for $7500.00 and was extremely in a panic on where I was going to get that type of money. I talked to Steve at diamondback who put me at ease explaining what needed to be done. My sewer line was blocked by tree roots. The work was scheduled with diamondback plumbing and they were great!!! Professional, trust worthy, and they did an excellent job. Plus they charged $2500.00. I would highly recommend using diamondback plumbing. Thank you for the great job and helping ease my stress! read more

They were able to show up the same day and install what I needed in order to install an RO system and they were very professional and NO TRIP CHARGE!! By far the best plumbing company I've used in the Phoenix area read more

1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work. We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back "Fixed" it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday. 1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case. Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving. And offer fix the high clear out the next day. - I was impressed. 1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update. 2-11-16. The clear out got fixed. Appreciated this. read more

We had sewer water coming out toilets. My wife called Diamondback for service. The lady on the phone was super nice . We had a plumber dispatched within 2 hrs. Th plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed in the spot. Cost me under $200 for something others would have charged $500. read more

We had a rocky start but Mr Herzog personally called me and made it right. There just isn't that kind of service anymore. Brian was very nice when he had to come back. I really appreciate that. I will keep them in my contacts. read more

Bryan was the plumber who provided our service. He was very quick and efficient, and repaired the pipe leak in short order. He was very polite and pleasant. This was probably the best plumbing experience I have ever had. read more

We used DiamondBack two years ago and were extremely pleased, so when we had another backup of our system we reached out to DiamondBack to do another jet cleaning. They sent Chris and he was running late, he spent half hour, while my husband was home. By the time I got home 2 hours later we had backup again. I called the next day and they tried to send him again, but his truck broke down, so they sent Dane. He was wonderful but did not have the jet system. 8 days later the back up was back. They sent Chris again all at no charge except this time we wanted it camera, we paid for the camera. Chris only did the main pipe that went north and south, but not the pipe that went east and west. DiamondBack was very responsive, Dane was great, but I would ask for someone other than Chris to do your service. read more

We couldn't have more pleased with the level of service we had on 5-7-2018. We had to have two under-mount sinks plumbed in. The work was done professionally by Levi.... It's refreshing to watch a person work in a manner of worthy or appropriate to a professional person... How do you know when a job is done professionally? The end product or service looks like it has always been there.. Awesome read more

Imagine requesting a service and being asked to whip out your wallet BEFORE a service has been rendered or even SCHEDULED. Yeah, that's what Diamondback Plumbing felt they had a right to do this time. I simply asked them on the phone while inquiring about a service call if they would take a credit card payment over the phone from my out-of-state landlord to fix a hot water line. Sure they said, just have him fax back the credit authorization form! We will email it right now to you! Great! So I emailed the form, and then waited for them to call me back to let me know they were sending someone over...and waited..and waited. So I don't get a plumber, but a phone call several hours later from the plumber himself saying "We haven't received the credit card authorization form YET. Please call us back." Huh? Well, Diamondback Plumbing must not think I was "good for it" and wanted their money first. Seems very unorthodox for a business to want to see "proof" of future payment for a service that hasn't been even rendered yet. read more

Had a line leak under the driveway from the meter to the house. Instead of trying to find the leak and digging up the whole driveway, we decided to call Diamondback & save a lot of time and labor to locate where the pipe was leaking. The plumber came out fairly quickly. He pulled out what looked like a toilet plunger with some headphones attached. He put the 'plunger' on different spots on the driveway and told us "the leak is here"... however he didn't seem really sure. So I paid him and while I was writing the check he stated that he didn't really bring the proper equipment to do a good leak location. We quickly hammered through the driveway pavement where he had marked the spot... no pipe. We dug some more... still no pipe. 15 feet from the spot we ended up finding the leaking pipe. Lots of time and a driveway now almost completely ruined, I called Diamondback to let them know they did not locate the leak withing 3 feet as the invoice stated. They would not refund my money. This is no way to do business. read more

Don't waste your time waiting for these guys to give you a bid. Use someone else. I called these guys on a Thursday to get a bid on running a gas line for a Dryer. They only stop by if they are in the area, so I waited a week but didn't hear from them. I called them a week and a half later to see if they were going to stop by; I was told that they did stop by and were preparing a bid. I called a couple more times that week and was told they were working on the bid. I never received a bid, I wasted 2 weeks and still need to find someone to run this line. Start with someone else, it'll be faster. read more

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list. read more

I am hesitant to give any business five stars...but in good conscience, I have to with Diamondback Plumbing. We have had these guys out on two different houses and highly appreciated the communications, attitudes, competence, response time and charges. Any time I can get all of those from the same business, anything less than five stars is being deceitful on my part. read more

This is a great company to do business with if your looking for a good plumber. My shower in my master bath upstairs was leaking into my dining room. I called 2 plumbers and both quoted me an outrageously high price to replace a shower drain. My HOA referred me to Diamondback. I called and spoke to a supervisor Steve and explained the whole situation to him and how much my budget is for the repair. He told me they would work with me and set up an appointment. The plumber arrived at the planned time and was courteous and professional and the bill came in under budget. He was efficient and finished the task quickly. They did not try to "upsell" me anything, the biggest issue I have is when I am upselled something I don't need. I paid them off my debit card by mistake. I called them after I realized this and they were more than happy to switch the payment to my credit card. One word Professional. They are my new plumber anytime I need any work done. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber read more

No stars.....why...i called Diamondback at 7am this morning. My air conditioner stopped working over nite. Talked to Steve, sure we can come out. The office will call u about 7:30. By 8:30 am i called them and set up an appointment between 2 and 4pm. When the temp in the house had gone up to 92 degrees by 3:45 i called heather wondering what time tech would be here. Her response was...oh, i cant get a hold of him. He should have been done by noon, but i guess we will have to re-schedule for monday. What about your 24 hr service. Oh, those are only our plumbers, not hvac techs. Thanks for nothing Diamondback....guess who will tell everybody i know not to use your services..... read more

I can not say enough about the service provided by Diamondback. Today I have a new tenant moving into a property where it will reach 104 degrees today and the A/C is out. Within a half hour of my call, a tech is dispatched! The only reason it took that long is because I, as the owner, am out of state which required extra paperwork. I lived in that area for 7 years and used Diamondback exclusively because of their response times, knowledgable techs and value. Kudos to them for coming through again! read more

We live in a west side Peoria apartment complex. They left flyers stating we would have no water on Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5pm. We left and came home at 5:30 on Thursday, still no water. I keep checking with the workers who only said "we are working on it". Finally spoke to the manager at 9:10 pm. He said "I have had 42 service calls so am short staffed". If you bid on a project you should finish it first before sending your workers out to do service calls. That is irresponsible not to finish the current job and try to get more money by not telling the other callers you can't come out until tomorrow. I understand problems arise but not a 4 1/2 hour delay. I would never recommend this company. read more

Everyone Stay Away From this company My Husband and I have been with Diamondback Plumbing Services since 2008. We acquired there services in 2008 to replace a leaking hot water heater. When they installed the New Bradford White hot water heater they installed a water pressure regulator at the same time. Now because they put in the regulator this put it on a closed loop system. Once there is a closed loop an expansion tank must be installed in line with the tank as per the manufacturer (Bradford White) manual and the Bradford white technician that came out on 9/2013 free of charge had explained to us what should have been done from the beginning in 2008. Finally after 3 water heaters and much expense on my part the expansion tank was installed on 10/2013. A professional of their trade and the owner of the company Steve Herzog should have known there was a problem replacing 3 Tanks to the same home. Signed Angry and frustrated in 2014 read more

Laundry drain was backing up due to a clog in the drain somewhere. Also had a bad garbage disposal that needed replaced. I called to get quotes and information, was told if I buy the garbage disposal they will install it for a charge. Arrived as promised, drain was snaked and tested twice before calling it good to go. Had the disposal installed in less than thirty minutes. Friendly, clean, and professional service with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend, and do business again. Thanks read more

Had a kitchen drain back up today...a Sunday and Fathers Day. Came out in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem. I had to call Diamondback because water was backing up everywhere in the house and it just so happen to be late at night. I have them a call and a hour later they were at my front door ready to fix the problem. Within 30 minutes the problem was fixed and drains we flowing the way their suppose to. At this point I was expecting a huge bill, but that wasn't the case. It only came to $116 and thats nothing for an after hours call. I've used Diamondback Plumbing several times now, and have always had a great experience with them. They may not be the cheapest out there, but as they say, you get what you pay for. What I've gotten with Diamondback is high-quality work that I trust, performed by very friendly and professional technicians (Ozzie and Bryan have both been great). Not paying an additional fee for work done on a Sunday is just icing on the cake. I recommend these guys 100%. read more

Diamondback Plumbing (and mechanical) has saved my life a number of times. They are responsive ( I appreciate weekend hours) and honest. They have worked on numerous plumbing issues and air conditioner replacement for us. It is important to trust what you are told...and with them I do. They are upfront and explain things well. I have had Dane, Bryan, Brian, Amos, Chad and of course Steve...all doing work on my historic house. Trust and respect mean a lot. I feel good when I call them. Great service on a weekend. Levi did a neat and clean job and tidied up nearly when he was finished

After dealing with a slow draining sink for weeks, we finally broke down and called a plumber. We were referred to Diamondback by a friend and, although their prices were a bit more than other companies, we went with them anyways. My experience was typical until the technician, Jerry, arrived. We received a call when he was on the way, and he pulled up on time just as he said. He was very professional and respectful of our home. After a little tinkering, I watched him pull out a monster wad of my wife's hair. Needless to say, now that we know the culprit, I can expect to be calling Diamondback again in the future and will definitely be requesting him! read more

I have used Diamondback Plumbing on 2 occasions - once for a tub/shower diverter issue and once for an outside plumbing leak. Happy Thanksgiving!! If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight! I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink. When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges. I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened. On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before). The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly..... Wow! Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone. Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again. These guys are AWESOME. And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-) read more

This review could be very long, but I won't bore you with all the details. I'll just say that this isn't all the company's fault, but the tech they sent out. He was in a hurry in the first place. I had some guys bringing some parts who said they'd be here within 20 minutes while he was preparing for those parts, but he told talked to these guys on the phone and told them not to bring them. He used his own parts without asking me about it, then charged me for them. Besides that, he had to come back out the next day because his work was leaking badly. Anyway, I'm trying to get reimbursed for those parts I didn't authorized (especially I already had my own), but they're not wanting to reimbuse me without taking those parts back off to put back on their truck!!! When I talked to the supervisor guys today, he told me that his tech is telling a completely different story about the parts and that MAYBE they will go halfsies with me. I'm sick of being misused, abused, and taken by people who don't need the money as badly as I do, having been diagnosed with MS without insurance.
