Terrible customer service. Driver told me and my buddy to come back to the yard where he had bigger guys to fight us. Told he was gonna call us back in 45 minutes...hour and a half later we finally call them. I created a yelp account just to post this. Please avoid them if you can read more

My car gear shifter wouldn't engage, leaving the car stuck in park. The tow truck sent by AAA couldn't get it into neutral, so didn't want to damage the car and told us we should call Ford dealership since they had replaced a bushing recently due to a recall. Ford sent Jesse from Diamond Valley Towing who saved the day. We had been stuck in a school parking lot for hours in the rain. Jesse was able to pop transmission to neutral in a matter of minutes and got us on our way and invoiced Ford for the tow. God bless you Jesse!!! You really turned this situation around and made it a better day for us!! read more

Absolutely horrible service, if you ever get stranded on the road don't make the same mistake I made (by calling these guys). You'll be stuck waiting for over an hour without a call to notify you of the delay. Lesson learned! read more

I was in a bind today when my tire popped and I needed a tow so I called my local tire shop and they referred me to Diamond Valley. Not only did they work with me on price, but they also were reallt fast and friendly. The gentleman who picked me up was really nice and even showed me that someone had put plugs on my car, essentially causing my car to rot from the inside out. They were great. I would recommend them to anyone out there! read more

I'm from out of the area and was in town trying to get a RV that I inherited towed to a shop to get it running. It was really difficult to get a tow because of the condition of the RV and the distance to the shop. After calling every tow company in the area I started talking to Sam. He was actually real with me and seemed like he wanted to help my situation. He was easy to communicate with and worked with my time constraints. After a few issues with the RV he got it to the shop and I couldn't have done it without him. He asked me to keep in touch and make sure I didn't have any other issues. Thanks man I appreciate it read more

These guys literally saved my butt tonight! I was stranded with three kids in the car and called so many tow companies. None of them would be able to get my car all the way back home with my kids and myself. I called Diamond Valley, and I want to say it was Sam that answered the phone. So sorry if I got your name wrong buddy cuz you were so super cool. Anyways this guy reassures me that he can get my kids myself and my car all the way home. And they were able to do just that! I tow truck driver was a great dude, super friendly... I really had a great experience. I swear if I ever need a tow again in that area you guys will be the first one I call and not the last one! I got my work van stuck on washed out road that had caved in and took my van with it. Two other companies had come out before them. The first said they couldn't help. I waited hours for the second company to come and when they got there they couldn't help either. So after being stuck for 8 hours, Sam from diamond valley towing showed up and had me out in about 10 minutes. I would call them back any time. They are life savers. read more

BEWARE!! My experience was not a good one. I had another tow company called and said they would be there within the hour. In that hour I called and it was again delayed..Once the guy came he was not prepared to tow my car. Blah Blah Blah..said he would call someone else to help me. After an hour I called them again and they said, oh he is on a call and will be an hour..Now its after 12:00. I called before 8:00. So I check around and found Diamond Valley Towing..said they would be there in 30 minutes. After an hour I called back. Oh the guy had to take his lunch. So they finally showed up about 1:30. I told them I had to have to lift wheel since my car was in park and would not start. They showed up with a huge tow truck, no lift wheel. The driver said no problem. Well, he drug my car sideways to get it to the truck. I didn't like that but he assured me its ok...(not to me) Finally at 2:00 my car was loaded. My first quote was 190.00 to take 7 miles. I thought that was ridiculous. Well, Diamond Valley Towing charged 300.00!!! What a rip off...Sam, I guess he is the owner, called me and said, My guys go to school, gas is high, blah blah blah...he lowered it to 250.00 which I paid but will never never use this company again...and let me tell you a secret...they all work together. The other tow company called him to do my tow right before I did...so they are all in the same boat...Deceitful!!! read more

I originally called another tow company because my car battery died and I was told I needed to bring the car to the auto shop because it could need a new alternator. Since the car was parked in my apartment lot, I had to get it towed. The other company referred my tow to Diamond Valley because they couldn't do it, and Bear showed up at my house in the EXACT time he said he would. He tried jumping my car before taking me all the way to the auto shop, and that was all it needed. He made friends with my daughter and husband and saved me the cost of a tow to the garage. I will call Diamond Valley for towing from now on! read more

The guys at Diamond are a class act. With my work I have been working with tow companies all over San Diego county and the Inland Empire over the past 7 years and no one does it better. On at least three different times they have gotten me and my business out of very tough spots. They put the customers needs first and operate as close to schedule as possible. They are awesome, and I will continue to use for a long time to come. read more

I had a flat tire on NB 15 near Fallbrook and was stuck in the median. I needed to have my motorcycle towed. Dispatch was friendly, polite and dispatched a truck quickly. Even with all the commuter traffic, it seemed like it only took about 20 minutes to reach me. Jesse was professional and polite and took great care in ensuring my bike was securely strapped down. My bike is a full faring, sport touring bike. That means a lot of somewhat fragile plastic. I don't believe any of the fairings were touched during the whole process. Hopefully I don't have another flat, but if I do I know I am calling theses guys first. read more

First experience with these guys was breaking down on the 15 on the way home to Temecula from Esco. Still rely on them 2 years later. Definitely a reason for this you guys. read more

Amazing towing company. Extreme thanks to Sam for being one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. I'm in the military and I was stranded on the freeway with a broken down car and had to leave it to get to base. I honestly didn't know what I was going to do and Sam called me back and took care of everything for me at a much lower price then anyone else I called. They saved me from my car getting impounded. The driver Silver picked my car up super fast and Sam made the hole thing an amazing experience in a very stressful situation. If you ever need a tow call Sam. read more

Definitely 5 star service. Extremely courteous and companionate! They arrived so quickly and immediately offered solutions as I stood on the side of the freeway. I just had a great experience with Diamond Valley Towing. They moved a very heavy wooden shed for us; down a long driveway, sharp turn then down a very steep drive to a new location. When I scheduled with Sam I was skeptical that he was only sending one driver (with a flat bed), but he assured me Jesse could do it on his own. And he did!! This was a heavy difficult job and it was about 100 degrees out. Jesse was quick, professional - very upbeat! Optimistic from the very beginning. We weren't sure if the shed could be moved - thought we might have to demolish and dump - but it is such a sweet shed, excellent shelving, nice workbench - that it was worth a try. We were turned away by other companies - it's not easy to find someone to move a shed; but glad we persevered. Highly recommend Diamond Valley Towing. read more

Please, if you ever need a great company for towing, don't hesitate to call Diamond Valley Towing, you will not be disappointed. read more

I've unfortunately had to have my truck towed several time in the past few weeks. Today Josh with Diamond Towing did an awesome job. He was the first tow truck driver who could pick up my truck from my driveway without having me move it. I drove with him for 2 and a half hours to drop off my truck and he was professional, polite, and did an awesome job maneuvering a tow truck and F350 through LA traffic. I highly recommend the company and the driver Josh. read more

Call STEVES TOWING INSTEAD. More respectful and easier to work with. Security called diamond to have my truck towed, and diamond showed up and dragged the truck sideways on all 4 tires to get it hooked up. I told the tow truck driver he needed to unhook it because my truck hasn't been warned or given notice it's not supposed to be parked there. The driver said the truck was now his because its hooked up to his truck and I need to give him 140 dollars to release it. I told him it hasn't been warned or noticed and then he told me take it up with security. So I ask security where the notice or warning is that said it will be towed, and he shows me the ticket he just wrote. I asked for the previous ticket or notice he wrote stating that the next time the truck was parked on site it would be towed, and his reply was "I can't do that". So the tow is illegal , so I say I'm calling the police. Both the security and tow driver get frustrated. Then the tow truck driver says , "if the cops tell me I can tow it when they get here, the charge is going to be 275, so you better just pay the 140. Diamond valley is just a scam, and they don't care if they mess up your vehicle. The vehicle was parked in front of my property. Security is hired by hoa to enforce parking code, and the security told me on Sunday my truck was fine. read more

Sam was very professional and took time to empathize with my situation. He scheduled a tow within the hour of my call. Phil was exceptional; he came within a half-hour of my call. He took care of my car. I have this team on my contact list for any future event in case I need them again! read more

Phil from Diamond Valley towing went above and beyond to take care of my family. My wife and 2 small children, 2 1/2 yo and a 6 month old were involved in a minor car accident the day after Christmas in Big Bear. The vehicle was not driveable, and i really wanted Faith Quality Auto Body (also a great company) to do the repairs on my vehicle. They dispatched Phil to go get the vehicle, all the way up in Big Bear. When he arrived, the rental car company that was supposed to bring a car for my wife and kids, never showed up! No call, no explanation, just didn't show up. Left my family in Big Bear, after dark, in freezing temperatures. My wife asked if Phil could take them with him, since he was going to Murrieta anyway. He said no problem at all, loaded up the kids car seats, and brought my family home. Seriously, above and beyond. Huge thanks to Phil! Can't recommend them high enough. Thank you Diamond Valley Towing! You rock! read more

My husband and I went to get some food to go and when we went to get in our car to go home with our food, our car wouldn't start. I was frantic. We didn't have AAA, so I didn't know what to do. There was a car repair place in the shopping center but it was closed. We ended up going into the Salvation Army and asked them if they knew of any towing companies. The nice lady that works there, got on her phone and started looking up places. One of them she gave me, I called and it was a three hour wait! I got out my phone and downloaded YELP and Diamond Valley Towing popped up and had very good reviews. He said he would be here in a half hour so we went out front and waited. In no time, he was there and got our car running. The guy, Sam, was friendly, very affordable and just a real pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend this tow company! Thank you Sam! read more

If I was able to give more stars I would! This company saved my butt! Sam is the man! He was so nice and the only tow company willing to pull my truck off this mountain on a Saturday. My truck was stuck about 10 miles up this trail...it was far and no easy task. Sam was so cool on the ride up and had a great sense of humor making the ride up a little easier considering it was a ways up. He took the time to make sure my truck was in good hands and went over and beyond what a driver of a tow truck should have done! He did not even have to take the call as his shift was already over but he must have heard the despiration in my voice. I can't thank him enough for everything! If you are ever in a rut and I mean rut....call Diamond Valley Towing and ask for Sam. You won't regret it. read more
