I recently was visiting my friend and spent the night at her Condo complex. Apparently, you have to have some sort of sticker to park overnight...... so in the morning my car was gone. It had been towed to Diamond Valley towing. Sam, Sammy, Samster, or Sam the Man (pick one name he answers to all) was the gentleman we met in the morning to retrieve the car. Now being the negotiator I am, I tried to get the cost down. By now, you might be wondering why I'm giving this a 5 star review?? Because, while I was trying to hustle Sam, Sammy, Samster, or Sam the Man, he was able to keep a great sense of humor about it all. I have given it some thought and I realize he must deal with it ALL the time. However, he was still very nice, friendly, and professional. This means a lot because I can see from his point of view it could get tiring, but he never showed any of that and kept a lovely disposition. I'm impressed by that. Of course I don't want my car towed again, and I'm in Corona, but if I needed a tow in the Temecula or Murrieta area I would call them. Cesar (forgive me if that's the wrong spelling) was a life saver!! I'm a delivery driver and I took a dirt road trying to get to the customer but my car bottomed-out on a particularly steep part of the dirt road in the mountain areas. My car couldn't move at all. I freaked out, making calls to my manager, the customer, and my dad, asking about insurance and help. Work told me the higher ups couldn't help with anything, no towing/etc, and my insurance couldn't help either (how terrible). My coworker even called AAA and they declined to help because of my location. Cesar happened to be driving by and noticed us. He walked up and instantly offered to help. He left and came back, and within 20 minutes or so my car was out. He really, really, really saved us, we didn't even call up the company, and he didn't even charge when he had the full right to. And for that, I am incredibly grateful that someone as kind as Cesar happened to be driving by. Give him a raise, wow. Thank you so, so much for helping. You're a lifesaver. read more

I am so thankful for Diamond Valley Towing! My driver Ray was absolutely amazing he was extremely helpful and patient considering the fact that I had lost the keys, we couldn't put the truck in neutral, the tires were completely flat and the truck had not been moved in years. Ray was not only able to get my truck out of the garage without the keys, and transmission but he was able to air the tires back up and get them back on the rims while loading the truck. I felt completely safe watching my truck ride on the tow truck after it was tied down. When unloading at my new garage, Ray used the truck bed in such a way that he was able to literally drop my truck into the exact location I wanted it parked. Watching how he moved the truck without ever stepping foot inside it was really awesome! I highly recommend Diamond Valley Towing for ALL your Towing needs!! read more

*****Beware***** Very unprofessional****** I went to visit a friend at his apartment complex after a few minutes i went outside and my truck is gone. long story short this company towed it. it cost me $355 to get it out an hour later. when I arrived at this hole in the wall on a dirt road the driver was extremely rude and using foul language toward me. When I asked him why they drug my truck up the ramp in while it was in park, his response was you should leave your keys in your truck next time. Regardless of what they claim it is very bad for the transmission and obviously they could care less. I have dealt with brothers towing and Steve's towing with no problems they are courteous and respectful nothing like this company. I hope you don't have the misfortune of dealing with these people! read more

I am so thankful for Diamond Valley Towing. They were wonderful from start to finish. I blew 2 tires and was unsure exactly where I was. I imagine dispatch could sense my panic, helped me figure out where I was and cracked a quick joke to make me laugh just when I need it! This was my first experience needing this kind of a service and I was a bit uneasy while waiting. The wait was very short and a truck arrived in the exact ETA promised. They sent Fabian to help me and my daughter and he towed us to a tire shop. Fabian was kind, professional, and informative. I felt very comfortable and safe riding in the truck with him. Face it---no one thinks their car will break down, at night, especially when you left your cell phone at home. Aside from the unenjoyable hike, uphill, to the nearest open business to find help, in the freezing wind, and dressed to the nines, we were referred to Diamond Valley Towing. No sooner did we call, than they must've been out the door because by the time we hiked back to our stranded car, the tow truck was already there! This wonderful and caring young man (Caesar) quickly fixed our car and we were on our way. A big shout out to this biz. My boyfriend and I were stuck in San Clemente out of gas in a Carl's JR parking lot at midnight. After struggling to get service we reached roadside who scheduled help. After two hours and 2 other tow companies refusing to come out, Mitch from Diamond Towing drove all the way from Lake Elsinore at 2am to help us out. I can't thank Mitch enough for not only being so helpful, kind and professional, but he drove as fast as he could, kept in touch the entire time actually cared about our situation and safety. I had a flat tire on NB 15 near Fallbrook and was stuck in the median. I needed to have my motorcycle towed. Dispatch was friendly, polite and dispatched a truck quickly. Even with all the commuter traffic, it seemed like it only took about 20 minutes to reach me. Jesse was professional and polite and took great care in ensuring my bike was securely strapped down. My bike is a full faring, sport touring bike. That means a lot of somewhat fragile plastic. I don't believe any of the fairings were touched during the whole process. Hopefully I don't have another flat, but if I do I know I am calling theses guys first. read more

The BEST towing experience I have ever had. My car had a wheel fall off on the 215 freeway around 2 am. I called multiple places with no answer, until I found Diamond Valley Towing. They answered the phone right away and had a driver with a flatbed to my location under 45 minutes. The driver was very helpful and obviously very experienced. He was able to pull my lowered and modified car on the trailer with no further damage. He even was able to drop the car off in my driveway with no problems. Hands down best towing company in temecula! Called Diamond Valley Towing at 8:55pm to get my truck towed to Paradise GMC and Sam informed me they close the gates at 9, but he could get it there for my appointment first thing in the morning. I work early so I wasn't able to be around to meet the driver or be at the dealership. The driver took care or everything for me. These guys were amazing!!! My Ram 2500 with horse trailer was stuck in mud half way up my tires. The first towing place I called could not get my truck out of the mud. Then I called Diamond Valley Towing and these guys brought 2 different trucks, in case the smaller of the two could not get my truck out (so they were prepared!!). They got my truck and trailer out in about 10 minutes!! They were awesome! If I'm ever in Temecula again and need a tow, they will be the first ones I call. I've unfortunately had to have my truck towed several time in the past few weeks. Today Josh with Diamond Towing did an awesome job. He was the first tow truck driver who could pick up my truck from my driveway without having me move it. I drove with him for 2 and a half hours to drop off my truck and he was professional, polite, and did an awesome job maneuvering a tow truck and F350 through LA traffic. My little one was scared because it was so dark and we couldn't get out of our vehicle safely. Ray, the driver made sure we were safe and kept reassuring my little one that we were safe. I got my work van stuck on washed out road that had caved in and took my van with it. Two other companies had come out before them. The first said they couldn't help. I waited hours for the second company to come and when they got there they couldn't help either.
