The business is run by Italians Silvia and Franco and on our night, assisted by grandson Alessandro. In the day it is a well stocked wine retail establishment with additional specialty items curated from Italy. But they offer a dining experience for up to 12 at 6:30pm The menu is set by Chef Franco and he will shop the finest local ingredients that day. Some of the shelf stable items are sourced from Italy like flour and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The entire experience feels as if you are visiting a good friend in Italy. We normally eat early and fast. At this experience we savored each course and paired it with wines suggested by Silvia and others in our party who had an interest in wine. Every bite was wonderful. We finished at 9:30pm and felt perfectly satisfied. The next morning my wife and I both noticed no reflux. To me that is the hallmark of high quality food and wine well prepared and enjoyed despite eating later than usual. Treat yourselves for a very special occasion.

Great mixture of select wine and foods from Italy. Sylvia was so nice and informative; offering wine to pair with our orders along with detailed explanations of Italian cooking and courtier. We were the only ones dining for lunch so we had a lovely time. The food parade started with the Zucchini Blossom (filled with mozzarella cheese) - OMG was that delicious. On to the next tapa was the Summer Capri - OMG 2 with an 18yo balsamic. Next up was the Pizza Alta Pisana - hands down THE BEST pizza we've EVER had. Made with the same 72hr dough as the Focaccia and with grated parmigiana cheese instead of mozzarella. Half with capers and drizzled with EVOO. Sylvia suggested Moscato for my sweet tooth queen and me a cab blend that was hearty without the sulfates. For the grand finale, we had homemade Profiteroles with cream and dark chocolate. Grand slam! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FINE ESTABLISHMENT for lunch or dinner. Call for reservations Thank you Franco and Sylvia - we'll see you soon

We left with a couple of bottles that were featured. We had a lobster pasta dish to start followed by a salad. The main entree was a salmon with special house made sauce that was excellent. There was a carrot and broccoli sauté along with a potato au gratin. Desert was a mixed berry biscuit with a light sweet cream sauce. Lorna was very knowledgeable with the food and wine and elaborated on every course. We never knew this place was there but we will be back!

The ambiance is incredible, with beautiful décor and even adorable items available to purchase. The service is truly top-notch. The owner, Lorna, takes the time to teach you how to genuinely appreciate and taste wine, making the entire experience both fun and educational. She is warm, accommodating, lively, and full of personality, which makes you feel instantly welcomed. The wine was delicious, I learned so much, and I would recommend this place 1000%! A Meal So Good Heaven Might Ask About It…read more Some dinners fill you up. Some dinners impress you. And then there are dinners like the one we had at Chef's Table in Stuart--the kind of meal that feels like it was designed by someone who understands that food is more than nourishment... it's memory. We went to celebrate my son's birthday, and before the first bite even arrived, the experience had already begun. The menus were printed with "Happy Birthday" and his name, a small but thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire evening. It felt personal, intentional--like the night had been prepared just for him. And then the food arrived. I ordered the Bolognese, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the kind of dish you quietly pause for after the first bite. Rich, layered, perfectly balanced--every strand of pasta coated in a sauce that tasted like it had been simmering since the Renaissance. Comforting but refined. Rustic but elegant. It was the sort of plate where conversation stops for a moment because everyone is too busy appreciating what's happening. Across the table, the beef Wellington was a masterpiece. Perfectly pink at the center, wrapped in golden pastry that shattered delicately with each cut, surrounded by a sauce so good it deserved its own applause. The entire meal felt like one of those rare experiences where craft, hospitality, and atmosphere align perfectly. The lighting, the pacing of the courses, the warmth of the service--it all made the night feel like something special was unfolding. If someone told me this would be my last meal on Earth, I wouldn't complain. In fact, I'd probably smile knowing that when I got to the gates, the angels might lean over and ask: "Wait... was it really as good as they say?" And I'd tell them the truth. Yes. It absolutely was. Thank you to the team at Chef's Table for giving my son a birthday dinner we'll remember for the rest of our lives.

This place was so delightful, even though I was only in Stuart for a little over a week I came here…read moretwice! This food scene in Stuart is great and Chef's Table is no exception. On the first visit, we shared a corn salad, which was warm and delicious. We each got a half portion of pasta 1. cavatelli Cacio e Pepe was delightful. 2. Cordoncini w/ shrimp was tasty and inventive. We each ended with a dessert. My dining companion had a scoop of pistachio which she liked. The only less-than-stellar option was the tiramisu. Being from the northeast, I have had tiramisu more times than I can count at various Italian restaurants and this one just didn't do it for me. It felt like it was prepared at least a day in advance, and there was some sort of liquid at the bottom that made it un appealing. But, it did not stop me from wanting to return. I went back 6 days later for another wonderful meal!
