I have been here several times and it has always been okay, but the last, and final, time I was there it was so bad! I saw Tom and it was a nightmare!! First, he was so pissed I didn't have cash or a check that he said I had to pay extra. I laughed and said that wasn't happening, so he proceeded to cut my nails so short that he exposed my nailbeds; that freaking hurts! He then filed them completely uneven. It was a disaster. This is the mani I received here. Did not even remove cuticles or file my nails. There are literal strands of hair underneath the gel and paint all over my skin. After painting, she doused my entire hand in alcohol and tried to file off the excess paint. Then poured a gallon of oil on my hand and arm. If you can't tell, do not recommend. read more

Asked for a Diamond Deluxe Manicure and Pedicure and they said fine, even though they were pretty busy. The young woman who worked on my hands and feet was extremely rushed. She gave me the minimum attention on my feet and my hands are horrible. The paint started peeling by the end of the day, she did not do anything to my needy cuticles and was short with me throughout. Won't be back any time soon. read more

I've come here a dozen or more times and each time I've had excellent service. I noticed some reviewers mention their polish doesn't last but I haven't had any issues with that. Until recently I had the shellac done but I'm giving my nails a rest and having regular polish applied. It seems to last awhile. I spend a good amount of time under the nail dryer before I leave; that may have something to do with it. The owner Ben is quite nice and always very welcoming. read more

I really liked going to this nail salon. I'm not sure what happened but in the last 6 months it has been awful. The ONLY thing women go for is a good massage can someone tell these people this????? Anyone can paint your nails.... I'm sick of being charged for the most expensive pedicure and with a massage my 4 year old could do better!!! HELP!! read more

I like the place, but like so many others posting on here, my manicure only lasts a week. I've been here 6 or 7 times. For some reason, my first manicure lasted. But that was it. I'm used to it lasting at least two. I've finally given up. I can't afford weekly manicures and can't afford to have janky nails for a week. I'm guessing their polishes must be old. I use regular polish and have never had this problem in the 15 years I've been getting my nails done. What a shame. read more

This place should be out of business! My husband and I went for pedicures. They actually used a scissors to push back his cuticles, rather than the blunt cuticle pusher. They cut him and he bled for days after that. For me, I had to try three bottles of polish before I found one that wasn't solid rather than liquid. The color I picked must still have been bad/old/ whatever, because my nails started chipping just a few days later, and my pedicures always stay beautiful for weeks when performed at other salons. Also I didn't notice until afterwards, but the nail on one big toe is noticeably longer than the one on the other big toe--they weren't even cut correctly! You'll hate this place! read more

I have been coming to Diamond Nails since they opened 8 years ago. Everyone here is just super nice. The salon was recently remodeled and is very clean--they sanitize everything--and upscale. Mary does my nails and she is AMAZING. Ask for her--she is great. She always takes her time, goes the extra mile, and treats me like a princess! All of the employees remember my name and greet me when I come in. I love Diamond Nails and wouldn't go any where else in Evergreen. read more

Terrible. The girl who did my mani-pedi was distracted the whole time, always looking around at what was happening in the salon. When someone came in for a wax she jumped up and left me to go do the wax. Talked to other employees the whole time, and stopped working on me to talk. I got the impression she was complaining to her co-worker. The asked me to leave the check blank so she could fill in her own name. Will not return. read more

Went in for a pedicure without an appt and was told "perfect timing, we are ready for you right now". I was put in a chair that had lukewarm water and sat for quite awhile before the guy came back and I asked for the water to please be made warmer. No problem, but then he disappeared. I sat soaking for 10 minutes before asking another staff person who was going to do my pedicure and when. The same guy reappears (he was doing fingernails on the other side of the salon) and tells me a gal will be doing mine right away. She was not yet done with another client. I should have walked out right then. My fault. The whole experience was rushed, unprofessional and very unrelaxing. There is much better in Evergreeen but I wanted to try this place since they remodeled. Never again. read more

I have had many mani and pedis in my life but the one I received at Diamond Nails Too was the worst. The were very rough with my feet and the experience was painful! U have large cuticles that need excessive work when I get a manicure. They butchered mine and I felt like I could do a better job at home. My skin was cut a few times and I even started bleeding. The girl didn't use gloves or any precautions!! I mentioned it but she waved me off. I left having had a really bad experience and would never recommend!! read more

I love this place! The owner is extremely pleasant and the nail technicians are very efficient and friendly. They take good care of you and remember my name which is a great feeling. The pedicures feel great and you really get pampered. My pedicures last a long time and the prices are great. Once I did not like how my manicure turned out and they redid my nails for free and the owner was very cool about it.... He told me to come back in and they would take care of me and they sure did, this place really understands customer service. I highly recommend it over any other place in the Golden Evergreen area!! read more

I've had 2 pedicures here and both were meh. The interior is great and they accomodated me quickly both times, which was great. I found the staff mostly friendly, except when it came time to pay. First time customers are supposed to get 20% off, but when I asked, I got a weird vibe and they tried to tell me I needed a coupon even though they have a sign outside advertising this. The first pedicure chipped quickly. I went back to try again and this time the polish lasted well, but my cuticles weren't pushed back nor trimmed, so the bottom part of the polish was high up on my toes and uneven. No horror stories, but not worth going back to for me. read more

The staff is very nice and I've heard from family that they do great manis and pedis. Unfortunately, their Brazilian waxes are absolutely terrible. The lady doing my wax was leaving large sections of hair. After repeatedly pointing out the missed areas, I became frustrated and left for another salon to finish the job. They double dip their sticks in their wax. She also had staff coming in and out while i was mid-wax, with my pants off. In general, not professional, not hygienic and not a good Brazilian. Come for manis and pedis, but skip the waxing. read more
