I've been here quite a few times, for the past 3 years I have gotten gel pedicures here along with my nails done. I've done dip, it never turned out the same each time I came and it looked ok, but that's beside the point. I am VERY unsatisfied with my last gel pedicure. I've gotten gel polish with French tips on my toes for 3 years and every single time they last MINIMUM of 2-3 MONTHS. I once went 6 months with my gel polish still cemented on and not lifting or budging on a single toe. I was telling my mom to get gel polish on her toes because it always lasts me months and I don't have to come back as often and I'm guessing whoever did my toes heard that because they did something wrong/different with this pedicure. It has not even been a whole month and they are peeling off and chipping. I called and told them very nicely, I was in less than a month ago (gave them the exact date) and told them what was happening to the gel and ask kindly if I could come in and if they could redo it and I would tip them for their time redoing it. The lady that answered responded, "no, no gel pedicure last's 2-3 months. You need to come in since it's been more than 1 or 2 weeks and get a new pedicure, it's time." and that they couldn't redo anything. I explained very clearly that this is not normal for me and she was gas lighting me saying I'm basically wrong and that there is not gel out there that lasts that long. I was very upset. I spent $96 plus tip for a pedicure that normally holds up gel wise minimum of 2-3 months only for it to look horrendous not even a month later. I'm very unsatisfied and I will not be coming back here. Ps. Ignore my dry skin, that usually happens after a few days so I'm not upset about that. I am ONLY upset at the gel and how I was not heard and made out to seem like I knew what I was talking about. I get they make their money by doing mani pedis but if I plan to get an almost $100 pedicure I expect it to hold up for the time it normally does. I had gone here several times and liked the pedicures I got. The last time I was there, a new person did my nails. Someone else checked me out and took the tip I meant to leave for the person who had done my nails. The person who took the tip told me if I wanted to tip the lady who did my pedicure, I'd have to tip her separately. It couldn't have seemed more unfair to the woman who did all the work. She did a super good job on my nails. Yes, they will try to upsell you, but every business does that and I didn't feel very pressured to get something I didn't want. It was $60 (plus tip) for a dip powder manicure. They also added a tip to my nails to make them longer. I am super happy with how they turned out. I've been to this store only a few times and each time I find a new reason to never want to come back. They will push you into getting things you don't want or didn't ask for, doing their best convince you to get something twice as expensive as whatever it is you wanted. Then continue to give you what THEY want to, not the service you asked for originally. Charging you for the same service YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. I went to get my nails done after the place was referred by 5 of my friends who had great experiences there. When I went the employees were very pushy towards having me and my other friend have other services done when we didn't want that. The nails themselves were sloppy and crooked and the color was not what I requested. My friend and I both had bleeding and cut up cuticles after. I called back later and asked what could be done since the nails were so horrible. They told me they would redo them for free but since I didn't want them redone they gave me $40 out of the $75 I paid back. Absolutely horrible. Been going on and off for 2 years in hopes it gets better. They are impossible to understand and pressure you (2 ladies yelling at me about what upgrades I needed) to keep spending even more money. Pedi chair broken and cold water flooded so process cut short but charged an extra $5 to taking off the "gel" polish from my past "gel pedi" but I did the polish myself. Did the mani while in the pedi chair so it was awkward with equipment. I'm an easy going person but was so stressed over the whole experience and could not wait to get out of there. Honestly, I would rather go down the hill, but because I'm on a time crunch, this is my go-to place. They are a bit aggressive when asking what color you want. I like to take my time & pick a color I won't hate, but they ask numerous times as you are trying to decide, which makes the customer feel rushed. I did get my eyebrows waxed & it was $15. By the time they were done, they shut the lights on me & walked out. I thought that was very rude. They do a nice job on your nails, but the customer service could be better. read more

Wanting to support the community but won't be able to in this case. Sad because there isn't many options up here. I really wanted to like this place. Pros: local, greeted right away and no wait. Quality of service provided by pedicure technician was good and she was polite. Cons: no listed price, higher end price $85 rushed gel basic mani/pedi, mani tech seemed annoyed that I asked for a price and choose gel as my only upgrade. Here's the unacceptable part...she pulled her tools from her apron pocket, unpackaged. Who knows where they'd been. Unfortunately she broke my skin with cuticle clippers. When I flinched she stopped, looked and then just carried on without any comment. I still tipped 15%, not my usual 20 for the above reasons and she just made notes on my receipt and walked away. No bye, no thanks, no flip you, nada. If anyone knows someone who does nail services out of their home up here please message me! Meanwhile I'll be taking my money down the hill. Thanks for reading. My feet not only look good but feel wonderful. I use powder for manicures and was happy to find that they are quite knowledgeable in the technique. Stacy was delightful to work with. Sadly, no. Live in the area and want to support. But after a few experiences, have to pass on another. Hasty, in a rush, cuticle cutting (ouch) and really aggressive with the color. Twice the tech asked me if I liked the color after one coat on a pinky finger. One coat looks nothing like two coats (or three), and each time she removed the color because I didn't "like" the color. That's not exactly the case. I didn't like the color with only one coat, as it looked nothing like the painted nail display. The tech was, in my opinion, rude - not to mention rushed. I ended up leaving because when she took the color off and had me pick another color she went to go assist another customer and then I sat there for longer (after they were 20 minutes late taking for my scheduled appointment). Last time ended up with paint all over my skin; although the end result was ok, I was worried the whole time that it wasn't going well. This not glowing review is all about their cleanliness. I live up in Conifer, and try as best I can to support local places. I have been going to a nail salon in Denver for many years, and the first thing they tout is cleanliness. Since I'm newer to Conifer I decided to give this place a try. They must've done a very shoddy job cleaning the pedicure tub, because days afterwords my seat got the deepest cracks I have ever seen. My feet have never cracked before. It could be just a coincidence, but I find it very strange that this happened within a day or two of getting my nails done there. Additionally, I opted to try the SNS manicure. I was dismayed to find that they dip all clients fingers into the same tub, extremely unsanitary. Not to mention, that the cleanliness and upkeep of their facility needs some attention. I personally value cleanliness above all and will not be returning here, simply because cleanliness is not a priority to them, and I ended up with an infection. read more

My daughter and I went to get our nails done the first time here. We loved how it was quiet and reasonable price! The one thing that was unacceptable was one of the employers attitude! It was my 2 year old daughter first time getting a pedi and she briefly wiggled her big toe and the paint got smeared. Then the lady got an upset attitude toward her. That to me was NOT OK. Then was having a rude attitude with me because I was trying to help out my daughter while she was being so good and patiently waiting. Ouch. I made an appointment for gel manicure and had to wait 1/2 past my appointment time. The young man filed down my original nails enough to make them bleed and hurt. The gel nails were okay, but they seemed much too concerned to get you in and out as quickly as possible without paying attention to detail and customer satisfaction. After the experience, my nails and fingertips hurt for about one week. I live up here, but because of the experience, choose to drive to town instead. read more

Well, I'm not sure what to think. I called and made an appt., but when I got there, they had no idea what I wanted. They gave me someone who didn't speak to me, unless needed. She cut my cuticle and made it bleed, but didn't even say sorry or acknowledge that it happened. She then made me "relax" on the foot massage chair while she took care of a pedicure. I couldn't relax on that chair because I had my shoes on, and I had no where to put my feet. It wasn't for long, but it bugged me that I made an appt. and had to wait for her to finish someone else?? No music, no tv and no conversations. I kept looking around because it was so awkward. The decor is outdated and things looked very used and not cleaned. I saw one lady using the same towel to dry her hands and throw it under the sink for the next time. She did the same when she cleaned her work station. I think this lady that did my nails was new because she did my hand massage first. Painted the white line first (I asked for a french manicure) then went back and cleaned up the white after she painted the nail. Really weird. They talked to each other which was strange. I really don't know who would enjoy coming here?? My nails look ok. I usually go to Parker to get my nails done, but my circumstances didn't allow me to this time. I have a wedding to go to and needed these done up here. What an odd group. It's like it was in the 80's. I guess they don't have much competition, so they can stay in the 80's. I popped in to get a quick pedicure (mostly to get the shellac off my toes, it's been hanging around for months and now I have talons...), and they were kinda busy but plopped me in a chair with a ice foot soak and soon enough a lady was available. The First Lady was nice and said hello then prepped my nails to soak the shellac, but the second lady waltzed in and didn't even look at me-just grabbed my toes and went to work. I wasn't in a chatty mood so it kinda suited me. Show those toes whose boss. She was gentle and I'm happy with the pedi! She didn't even judge me for my talons either;) I will say I liked the massage chair, but it's got a weird thing that pokes into your butt. I have NO idea why that's a good thing, and I couldn't find out how to turn it off. I sure wasn't going to ask how to turn the butt probe off...so I sat in silence while this thing repeatedly assaulted me. Ok, so it wasn't assault, but it's pretty awkward. This place is fine if you want gel or acrylic nails. It's a big bummer that they really don't cater to people who just want a regular manicure. They have dried out polish on their polish wall and give me a hard sell every time I go in to try to convince me to get a gel mani. I know I'm weird but I just don't like gel manis. They also carry CND polish, but don't carry the top coat which is kind of like selling just the filling of an Oreo and telling you it's still an Oreo. read more

I have been going to this Nail Salon for years & have had adequate service most of the time. A couple weeks ago, I went for a mani & pedi & felt like I was a massive inconvenience to them. The attitude of the staff was not great. They seemed irritated & put out that I was there for the appointment I had booked a week before. I decided to ignore that & smile my way through their bad attitude. What then transpired was a horrible experience. A previous reviewer had mentioned that they did the mani & pedi at the same time. This happened to me as well. It was anything but relaxing. I think it was the owner (older woman, gruff & rather grumpy) was constantly trying to upsell me & grumbled under her breathe to the other technicians when I said no thank you each time. There was a general air of lack of respect & feeling taken for granted. When the technician doing my mani on a pillow on my lap while another technician was doing my pedi was rough a couple times & when I winced, she rolled her eyes & grumbled to her colleagues around her. I left with a few bloody cuticles, stressed & feeling so unwelcomed, I will never set foot in there again. I regularly refer friends, family & colleagues to them. But that will come to an end immediately. And if anyone asks me about them & their services & customer service, I will share my negative experience with them.
