And lastly more peeling gel polish after less than a month.
    Mackenzie P.

I've been here quite a few times, for the past 3 years I have gotten gel pedicures here along with my nails done. I've done dip, it never turned out the same each time I came and it looked ok, but that's beside the point. I am VERY unsatisfied with my last gel pedicure. I've gotten gel polish with French tips on my toes for 3 years and every single time they last MINIMUM of 2-3 MONTHS. I once went 6 months with my gel polish still cemented on and not lifting or budging on a single toe. I was telling my mom to get gel polish on her toes because it always lasts me months and I don't have to come back as often and I'm guessing whoever did my toes heard that because they did something wrong/different with this pedicure. It has not even been a whole month and they are peeling off and chipping. I called and told them very nicely, I was in less than a month ago (gave them the exact date) and told them what was happening to the gel and ask kindly if I could come in and if they could redo it and I would tip them for their time redoing it. The lady that answered responded, "no, no gel pedicure last's 2-3 months. You need to come in since it's been more than 1 or 2 weeks and get a new pedicure, it's time." and that they couldn't redo anything. I explained very clearly that this is not normal for me and she was gas lighting me saying I'm basically wrong and that there is not gel out there that lasts that long. I was very upset. I spent $96 plus tip for a pedicure that normally holds up gel wise minimum of 2-3 months only for it to look horrendous not even a month later. I'm very unsatisfied and I will not be coming back here. Ps. Ignore my dry skin, that usually happens after a few days so I'm not upset about that. I am ONLY upset at the gel and how I was not heard and made out to seem like I knew what I was talking about. I get they make their money by doing mani pedis but if I plan to get an almost $100 pedicure I expect it to hold up for the time it normally does. I would have been not as upset if they offered to give me a discount or a free stamp on my "Nails At Conifer" stamp card

She did a super good job on my nails. Yes, they will try to upsell you, but every business does that and I didn't feel very pressured to get something I didn't want. It was $60 (plus tip) for a dip powder manicure. They also added a tip to my nails to make them longer. I am super happy with how they turned out. She was very gentle and had amazing attention to detail. I may try and find a place that offers the same service for cheaper, but if I can't find one then I will definitely be back.

Joined my daughter, her best friend and her mother today for manicures. The place was pleasant, clean, comfortable. We all got gel polish and were so pleased with the end results. They do a beautiful job and are extremely nice!

I am writing to share my experience following a service appointment at this location. I received a…read moremale Brazilian and full butt wax yesterday, and my esthetician was Reagan. The service itself was performed well, and I was satisfied with the quality of the wax. However, the subsequent events have caused significant disappointment and lead me to strongly advise caution to other male clients. The day after my service, I was unexpectedly contacted by the manager and informed that I was banned from the establishment due to an "inappropriate conversation" with the esthetician. This notification was perplexing, as the conversation in question was initiated by the esthetician's small talk. During the service, Reagan asked about my weekend plans. When I initially mentioned that the plans were personal, she indicated that was acceptable. I then shared that my wife and I planned to visit The Scarlet Ranch, a known lifestyle club. As my wife and I are open about our lifestyle, I was willing to engage in general, surface-level discussion. Reagan continued to actively participate, asking multiple follow-up questions about the club's atmosphere, membership fees, types of events, and clientele. I was careful to keep my responses strictly professional and non-sexual, focusing on logistical and social aspects. At no point during this sustained conversation did the esthetician indicate that she felt uncomfortable or ask to change the subject. Therefore, receiving a call informing me I was banned--and being told by the manager that the conversation was "inappropriate to have while getting a male Brazilian"--was a significant surprise. It seems highly unprofessional to ban a paying customer without the service provider communicating any discomfort during the interaction. Feedback on Communication and Professionalism: For the management and staff: Professional protocol dictates that if a client's conversation makes a staff member uncomfortable, the staff member must clearly and politely redirect or end the topic of conversation. Customers cannot be expected to know a provider's boundaries, especially when the provider is actively engaging and asking follow-up questions. A simple, "I prefer to keep our conversation limited to the service," would have been sufficient and professional. This lack of professional communication has resulted in the loss of a repeat client and has created an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I urge management to review their policies on staff interaction and boundary setting. Recommendation for Male Clients: Due to this experience, I do not recommend this establishment for males seeking a Brazilian wax. While the technique was good, the overall lack of staff maturity and professionalism in handling client conversations is concerning. Prospective clients might consider alternatives like European Wax Center for a lower-cost option. I hope this feedback leads to better communication practices so that other clients do not feel targeted or confused in the future.

They can be rude, over-charge and their work is hit or miss…read more I paid $50 for a facial wax. When I saw that they had missed a few places, they charged me an extra $30 to fix their mistake. I have light blonde hair and they said it was hard to see my hair. I was not happy with their wax. Gel nails are done well. I can't speak to other kinds of nails. I recently requested for my gel polish to be removed and for my nails to be cut short before getting a new gel manicure. My nail was hanging over the skin of my fingertip, and I wanted it a hair shorter than my fingertip. They've done this before, so I asked for it again. This time, they said they could not go shorter because they didn't want to make me bleed. I said they wouldn't make me bleed. I asked if I could trim them myself and let them do the polishing and painting. They said no. They grew frustrated with me. I then said I understood and would like for them to take the polish off, and that I no longer wanted the gel manicure. The woman was VERY rude, huffing and puffing, acting like I was in the wrong for changing my mind about paying for a service that couldn't meet me needs. She still charged me money. I still tipped 20% as a nicety. When I looked at my nails, one hand still had some polish and she had not bothered to clip my nails to at least match my other nails. They charged me money for a poorly done job and didn't send me out looking even somewhat decent.... because I changed my mind when I realized they couldn't offer me what I needed??? I'm not impressed with how they treated me. A simple "I'm sorry, we aren't comfortable cutting your nails that short" would have sufficed, followed with basic human kindness and respect. The way they treated me really bothered me.
