Booking online was super easy and I was able to fill out intake forms online so I didn't have to do it in person. I was checked in by Ana, very friendly and concise! They offered their facilities to me before I was taken back by Hayley. Hayley was super quick with my bikini wax and it was completely painless. Conversation with her was so easy. I booked an appointment for three weeks without a second thought. I was nervous because I just moved to the area and didn't know where to go and who with for my waxes but I'm happy I took a chance with EWC and Hayley! They're great and I'll be back!!

The check in reception was quick and friendly. I'm on the fence about the timeliness. They are very strict about checking in on time for your appointment and it's obviously a sticking point for them. I was 15 minutes early and I still got the spiel about it. They were not on time for the clients. The front desk apologized to client after client when ladies were checking on when they would be seen. My own appointment was 15 minutes late with minimal communication. I didn't ask, but was told I would see someone different than I was booked with, but that ultimately didn't happen. They are very heavy on FOMO sales and the presentation was over the top in my perception. It was made to seem if I didn't purchase certain deals as a first time client, I wouldn't get a great deal in the future. I think a mention is fine, but most people don't appreciate this hard sell approach as well as all the product upsells. The appointment itself was fine and Kristiyona was super fun and friendly. I was disappointed that she missed a couple obvious areas that I paid for. Hopefully next time will be better. I see that there are a lot of issues reported online about their pricing practices. I wish I would have done some research beforehand.

March 2025 I had the pleasure of meeting Kristen Coleman (owner of Biomend) at a local gym I had been working at and teaching classes, she stopped what she was doing right away and took the time to speak with me quite candidly, which I appreciated.......after looking my face over she made some suggestions for what options work best for me and I told her I would consider it.... June of 2025 at 60 years old, I began the journey of chasing my former "look" after 3 years of no botox no fillers Life circumstance and post menopause resulted in a large lapse of my usual beauty regimen and self-care and had taken its toll on my reflection. My self-esteem was low as was my FOREHEAD so my eyelids were starting to stick together, and I could not even put lashes on anymore I had lost 20lbs and looked drawn and haggard......to say the least. ....so after reading all the reviews I made an appointment with Nikki C for Botox- forehead, crow's feet and wherever I could use it. As I nervously walked into the bright and cheery office in Littleton, a chalk board "Welcome" with my name and flowers drawn around it was staring back at me. The front desk greeting was warm and genuine as was other staff during my visit............I had an important family wedding to go to 1st of July and wanted to "freshen up" with a little botox in the usual forehead, crows, lab, etc. It worked. I felt more confident than I had in years. Nikki took the time to address my concerns (and I was an emotional wreck) she was patient with me and BONUS, has gentle hand as an injector so I never worried about bruising or swelling. In the past 10 months since my first visit at BIOMEND, I have returned several times for various procedures recommended to fill out the "hollowness" in my face. These types of results take a bit of time at my age and for that very reason I will continue to trust and respect Nikki C and BIOMEND. They practice as conservative because it works and it works well. I am including timeline pictures from 2023-2024 before my first visit in June 2025 up to present September/October 2026 so that everyone interested can see what expertise, genuine caring and gentle artist hand, trust, and a little patience can get you at any age! The most unique thing I noticed about BIOMEND Aesthetics: Every client seems to represent an individual, personized "canvas" and so treated like a work of art. Nikki not only has a gentle touch (yes even with needles lol) she is extremely knowledgeable and is constantly honing her craft by researching/certifying in the latest cutting-edge rejuvenation procedures and products from injectables to skin care and beyond. Nikki always takes time and patience to make sure I understand what we are doing, and that at every moment, I have her complete attention. My hope that she now understands how much that has meant to me, and that I am and will always remain her absolute biggest fan. We are also small business owners and while social media can be a good thing, when used in a vindictive manner it isn't I don't believe for one minute she meant to be helpful in any way. I drive an hour each way and it's worth every minute. This particular stylist is edgy and sassy, and I believe she's been in this industry for 13 or 14 years and is a Master Stylist. She is excellent, and from what I know the whole staff is as well. The salon itself - when you walk in you are taken back by the relaxing feel of the space. Lots of natural lighting, super clean, beautiful chandeliers, AND on Saturdays they offer you wine. While you wait and get you salon/spa services "taken care of". The receptionists are focussed and pay attention to what you need whether it's over the phone or at the front desk. They have been trained well and it shows.
