I went in for a pedicure and it was really relaxing! The staff were all super friendly. I will definitely be going back.

I drove by this place one day and thought I'd give it a try. Their website lets you book online which I loooooove. My pedicure was amazing - one of the most relaxing pedicures I've ever had. My manicure wasn't the same experience. I came in with acrylic overlay and gel polish on top of that. They soaked my fingers in acetone for over an hour. My actual nails were coming off in shreds when she was pulling the acrylic off. I got a deluxe manicure with gel polish on top. They didn't have any of the polish colors I wanted (Barbie Pink or any jelly gel colors),. My nails weren't buffed, you can see all the ridges still through the polish. Some of the polish has a weird texture to it, there are bubbles, one nail has a weird discolored blob at the end and it's just sloppy overall. Pedicure was amazing but I'm deeply disappointed by the manicure. I won't be back. Edited to add - I'm 4 days in and it's already chipping. Im Seriously pissed I spent $140 including too on this crap read more

I broke a nail next door picking up a bag of dog food. I needed a quick nail repair and a new color added to the rest of my nails for a date that night. I walked in, was seated within five minutes and the nail tech got right to work. Within twenty minutes my nail was repaired, the rest touched up and a new color applied. A nice soft pink for my date with a girlie girl later that evening. I found the place to be clean, well organized, well run and the people were friendly. My nail tech was skilled, chatty and fun. The decor inside the shop is tasteful and a bit electric. I liked it. The price was reasonable and I left happy and looking forward to my date. Amazing how having a nice set of nails can boost your date night confidence. I surely recommend Nail Talk for your mani pedi needs. read more

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and a dip powder manicure. The eyebrow technician was very rough with my brows and actually took some skin off! That hasn't happened to me in YEARS. I would not recommend for waxing services. I gave 3 stars for the dip manicure. Once I got home I noticed parts of my nails that weren't covered by the dip. The tech was really nice, but I probably won't be back. read more

My first time in a nail salon and I don't think I'll ever come back. Ok it was pretty relaxing, but I'm just not comfortable with someone touching my feet. I came in with my wife for her birthday, so she will probably come back as she enjoyed the experience. We went with the top of the line pedicure service for $50, and it seemed like a good deal. read more

Great experience, even short staffed I felt valued! Brought my mom in for her birthday to treat her usually I'm pretty cautious were we go because most nail salons are rushed and can be pretty ugly to there customers but today we took a shot and happy we did so! Both owners were very kind like I said above my mother and I felt valued we definitely will be returning!! Highly recommend!! Also it's very clean! read more

Bottom Line: They do not value appointments, overbook themselves and prioritize walk-in guests over appointments. If you want a professional nail salon that values your time and money, this is not it. I have tried Nail Talk twice and mainly because they are so close to where I live. I have had an appointment both times. The first time I went I was there for almost two hours for a dip manicure. They sat me down right away and began filing my nails. Another client came in and they soaked my nails in acetone cotton and left me for a half hour until they were done with the walk-in clients nails. Then they took the cotton off and proceeded to tell me another nail tech was on their way and I would need to wait for them because they had no one else. The woman who walked in after me with no appointment was finished and out the door before my nail tech showed up. Unfortunately, I tried again. I had an appointment and checked in on time. All the nail techs were clearly busy and I waited in the seating area. 4 walk-ins came in within 20 minutes and were told they could get their nails done even though the nail techs were not even close to being finished with their current clients, let alone those already waiting in the seating area with appointments. I waited for 20 minutes in the seating area and realized this was going to take at least another hour. I finally got up and left, I will not be back. read more

Went for a dip manicure about month ago. Beautiful spa , everything clean and nice . I didn't catch the name of the older lady that did my nails, but it was the worst dip I have ever gotten . Not sure if she needs more training or what but honestly I felt bad that new salon is being represented like that. Hopefully she does get more training or maybe just does services she is expert in . read more

I recently discovered this great little salon near Wadsworth and Belleview and I couldn't be more pleased. I went in for a Gelish manicure and it exceded my expectations. My appointment was with Angie, who happens to be the owner, and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. I'm not the most talkative person, especially when I just meet someone, but I hate the "waiting room" feeling I get at other salons. That's not the case here. The atmosphere is fun and the shop is clean. Thanks Angie for a great experience!! I'll definitely be back soon. read more

I went one time to get a rebase and he did a wonderful job so so I was eager to go here for a fresh full set... boy was I wrong to go here. An elder lady started off doing my nails when the man took over. I asked for square with the edges pointy, not rounded. He kept rounding the edges filling them down way more than I had asked for. They aren't square yet not fully round. They are lumpy in places. The elder lady painted my nails which came out splotchy in person. I can't even file them to try to fix them myself because of the way he over rounded going up the sides of my nails so they look botched either way. On top of that they changed me $50 for it. Safe to say I will not be coming back. Take my word, though they are new, it's not the place to go. read more

I tried this nail salon with my friends for homecoming this weekend and I really enjoyed it! They were very kind and understanding and got everyone done relatively quickly. There were 7 of us plus a couple other customers and 4 professionals working, and they got to everybody and did a great job! Very clean and spacey salon. I got an acrylic rebase with a design and it was originally $38, but they took $5 off for each of us (making mine $33)! I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommend :) Thank you! read more

I've been going to Tiffany for 20 years! Always an awesome experience! Her new place is so clean and comfortable! I would follow her anywhere! I've had my nails done at other places when I've been out of town, but Tiffany is THE BEST! I've even had other manicurists compliment her work! She does her best to get me in whenever I need. Would give her more stars if possible!!! read more

I'm about to cry .. I was so excited to get my nails done and a pedi after so long. But when I went to try you guys out it was nothing but a horrible experience. The nail lady Anne did my nails and they look horrible I didn't even let her finish I literally walked out because I was so upset about how the way my nails were turning out . I stopped her and said they look horrible !! Let alone she answered about 4 calls when she was in the middle of doing my nails. I'm a esthetician so I know how you're supposed to attend to your clients when they are right in front of you. read more

Love this place! Clean facility, friendly staff and my pedicure always lasts! I will be back.

Thierry does an amazing job! She took her time and paid close attention to detail to make sure my nails looked the best they could. She went the extra mile and borrowed colors from other nail techs just so I could have the color I wanted. She was really sweet and didn't mind when I pointed out any flaws for her to fix. I loved them so much she's going to be doing my nails every time now. The environment here is really nice. It's very friendly and a good place to talk away at! read more

Worst manicure I have ever had! The technician did not know how to work with shellac. The polish warped and rippled because she put it on too thickly and instead of fixing it, she painted over it. It still looked terrible, but she did not say anything. She finished my nails in under ten minutes and didn't bother even putting lotion on my hands. A child could have done a better job. read more

This was the worst gel manicure I have ever had, uneven nails, paint on my cuticles and skin. A total uncomfortable situation.
