I've had trouble with excess facial hair for many decades and have tried a whole plethora of remedies, including waxing, depilatories, and shaving. Nothing worked and most methods made the hair problem worse when it grew back. I even tried several years of electrolysis from practitioners who spent a LOT of time plucking instead of destroying hair. Then, my doctor told me that electrolysis works for permanent hair removal but only if the electrologist is very, very skilled. I had tried the right method, but had not yet found the right electrologist. I gave up for many years until I saw Courtney's sign outside her office and decided to give it one last try. I was impressed with her from the first conversation. She is empathetic, listens well and is very interested in doing the absolute best job that is in her power to do. On the first session, I noticed that if she tried to remove a hair that resisted, she would go back in and re-treat that follicle until the hair released easily and didn't require any plucking at all. I knew I had found the right person. The going was slow for the first few months, but gradually I am beginning to see less and less hair in the treated area. With Courtney's commitment to a job well done, I have every confidence that the day is coming when I will see a smooth, soft, feminine face! I also love Courtney as a person. She is professional, but also personable. I look forward to our sessions because her caring personality and unusual ability to make people feel at ease gives a lift to my week. She makes each visit enjoyable and I look forward to our times to relax and catch-up!
