Second - expect great latency when trying to reach management or ownership. I'm not sure why, but it took me several emails and follow up to get answers & to cancel the membership. And yes, emails ... no phone number available nor provided when pressed to actually speak with the shop owner/manager. Third - training seems to be an issue. The staff at the shop are slow and appear to be learning. After 2 services that each lasted about 40 plus minutes, I could not take any more pain. Training the staff would show up in quick, efficient, and comfortable services. This is not the staff's fault, but management for not training & inspecting their team. Overall, I do not recommend this place for hair removal - it painful, long & confusing with pricing/membership that the team doesn't even understand.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is essential for such a personal service. Katie was my esthetician, and she was absolutely fantastic and very easy to talk to. Her professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. She took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was at ease before beginning. Her technique was precise, efficient, and surprisingly gentle, making the experience much more comfortable than anticipated. What really stood out was Katie's attention to detail and her ability to make the entire process as painless as possible. In short, I was extraordinarily pleased with all services and have return visits scheduled. Mini facial: The mini facial was amazing and Kathryn's technique is flawless. I could literally feel the toxins leaving my muscles and pores. I immediately booked myself and my husband facials/men's skin treatment for the following month. I can't wait for my next treatment to experience the full facial with massage and light traction. The wax: The wax treatments were also the best I've ever received. Getting a Brazilian is never fun, but Kathryn made it as painless as she could and asked me if there was anything she could do that I thought might make me more comfortable. She is willing to alter strip length and heat settings (to the extent that is feasible) in order to make it the best it can be for you. The most impressive part of the wax service is the care she takes in healing your skin. I've been to many salons (Boston and Denver) and every wax I've ever received was only focused on getting me hairless and quickly, with a few tweezing of strays. Kathryn introduced me to a whole new way of looking at it. She took her time and was careful to take special care of ingrown hairs. I will not only be hair free "down there" but also with beautiful, healthy skin. Kathryn is the best at what she does, and feels it's her role to not only provide services but to really care for your skin and help it heal. She's truly an artist at what she does. Side notes: There was also no push of products and if you have concerns or breakouts within the next couple days, she'll see you again free of charge. My wax was cheaper than other salons by 15-20 dollars.

I would NEVER have an add-on service at a place where I was even for the sake of convenience again, and why? Because Kathryn tailors her services to you... That means what you're comfortable with, and she explains everything before, during and after her sessions. Kathryn uses natural, plant and flower based products which she mixes while she is studying your skin. Her services are all personally tailored to you, and your skin's needs. I have a tendency to get acne and cysts that are hormonal, and Kathryn can conduct extractions that cause my partner to say, "Your face looks different." She is truly a miracle worker with any type of skin. I LOVE KATHRYN
