It's a shame I can't rate more than 5 for such an amazing service as Vanity Affair Electrolysis deserves. I don't believe there is one down side I can think of. I have been a client since March of this year, going once a week, so there is plenty of experience to speak from! I know there would be tons of additional five star reviews for this amazing person and her life saving (to many and their confidence this isn't too far from the truth) business, however, because of the delicate nature of many people's reason to go there is the lack of sharing of this great business. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Courtney, the owner of Vanity Affair Electrolysis. She is the only one who does hair removal here. She doesn't want employees as they won't be as good as her. I have been going to Courtney for over a year. I had hair on my chin, lip, and a few other places. My hair on my chin is completely gone. I am no longer a fur ball, as I joke with her. Above your lip hair takes longer to eliminate but that is also tremendously reduced. The key to getting results on unwanted facial hair is consistency. You need to go at least twice a month so you can get the new hairs as they are growing in. That is when you can kill them. I've had unwanted hair since I was a teen. I am in my early 50s. I no longer have hardly any unwanted hair. Courtney has been a pleasure to see; she's very personable. I know it is not an easy job but she treats all her clients very professionally. She's fun to joke with as well. Her office is clean and nicely decorated. This is embarrassing to mention, though you don't know me, but I will share it because it may help you, the reader. When I would travel to Orlando on vacation, with my husband and kids, I would shave my upper lip in the morning and upon arriving at the hotel, as it grew in later in the day. Those days are gone. I am almost hairfree in those unwanted areas. My appointments used to be about 30-40 minutes to get off the ugly dark hairs. Now I see Courtney for about 10 minutes twice a month to get some random hairs. Even those are almost gone. So, if you hate hair on your face, like I despised, you should schedule a visit with Courtney. I am not one to take the time to write reviews but Vanity Affair is a good place that has almost completely eliminated my fur ball face problem. I wanted to wait with writing my review until I had a few appointments behind me - to make sure this was meeting my expectations for real. I have been toying with the idea of Electrolysis for a few years without ever taking the time to do the necessary research. But then Vanity Affair opened basically in front of my door and I didn't have any more excuses. My case of facial hair isn't super bad but enough so that it made me pluck for 36 years. I have been blessed by Courtney Winfrey's treatments at Vanity Affair for just over a year now. When I started electrolysis on my face last February, I looked like a band member from Zz Top. Menopause and hormonal changes had wreaked havoc on my body for years, especially on my face. Just because I am a grandmother, I didn't want to look like a grandmother.
