Took wife yesterday for nails. Worst experience ever. The guy there from Vietnam told her how about how he had every nationality of a guy before. Talked to her about oral sex etc. paid for a Gold package. Never got the leg message or hot towel treatment. Told after using dryer she could wear shoes. She didn't . Instead wore flip flops until we got home 3 hours later. Shoes after 4 hours screwed up nails. To make matters worse, she went back today only to be yelled at that it was her fault. And she must of got full treatment paid for. They don't make mistakes. After $130 yesterday they charged her $20 today to fix everything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

Oh man....I've been getting dip manicures back home in Boston for over 3 years now and I love it. I'm visiting my family in Evergreen right now and desperately needed my nails done so I made an appointment at Diamond Nail Too. The man who did my nails made me extremely uncomfortable. He kept asking me if I had a boyfriend, and all these questions about him including what his race was. He also said I look like I have 50 boyfriends and that he could be one of them if I wanted. It was so damn creepy..... When it came to the actual manicure, one hand had a different sized nails than the other hand. He didnt properly file them, and he made my cuticles bleed. Definitely way under par. As far as atmosphere, I dont know if you'll have a relaxing time here. One lady was blabbing on and on about vaccines, and how we shouldn't take them. She said we should be taking hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. She also complained that Obama had a maskless party, meanwhile she was the only patron in the salon not wearing a mask. I know none of this is the salons fault but the entire experience was just unenjoyable. They also offer a 20% off coupon for first time customers, but were laughing at us for asking to use it. My mom and I came in and paid separately but they only let one of use it. I never complain this much, trust me, I'm cringing at myself for going on this long, but it had to be said. read more

I don't think it's totally the employees fault but... I waited long enough to fall into a thought spiral about inflation (typical for 60 minutes of waiting) and it turned out toooo sloppy for $60. They use a technique to take if acrylics that make me think that biting them off in a stress frenzy is better for my nails then going here. I know it's hard but if the place is itself starting to look run down, my nails look a little wack, and I have to sit in my car for a 20 minutes thinking about what in the hell I just spent my money on trying not to tear up... mmmmmm - ya know? Places like this made me stop getting my nails done in the first place. I got my nails done for a photo shoot and they started to get in the way so I made an appointment to get them off. When I sat down to start the service, my nail tech got out what looked like a pottery tool and started prying off my acrylic set, nearly taking off my natural nails in the process. When I asked him to please stop and soak them off, he responded with " Im not taking 30 minutes to soak them off when I have other customers to tend to". When he cut my nail bed and I was more serious about it hurting, he said that "he had been doing nails for years and he knows what he's doing". He wanted to glue my natural nails back together while they were almost bleeding, red and inflamed. Not to mention the dirty tools and his unwashed and dirty hands. I never complain like this, but I left in tears. These pics were taken after I fixed them a little bit and put some cuticle oil on them. My nails are still throbbing. Where to begin! I took my niece for pedi and mani. First the pedis....my niece got a silver they said it didn't come with a sugar scrub which the sheet said it did and my gold they said it didn't come with cooling gel which once again the description said it did. They then claimed the prices were old. So not off to a good start. For the manicures they quoted $75 for my niece because she wanted colored French with a flower design on 1 figure and solid color for 1 figure which means $30 for that that's ridiculous so she said just white tips. The guy did the white part up so high you can see the white tip of her nail through the clear part. Didn't paint the sides and she said was very painful when drilling. My lady used her nail to fix her sloppy painting job which hurt like hell and turned out terrible. Worse mani and pedi either of us have ever had. read more

I am so disappointed after my experience. I thought I would treat myself to a mani pedi to kick off the summer and really looked forward to my appointment. At first glance everything was clean and there seemed to be a lot of regulars which I took to be a good sign. However the woman who was my nail tech was abnormally rough and nicked my big toe so bad it started bleeding. She didn't do anything to stop the bleeding and just put my foot back in the water to soak. I now have a huge red gash that I have to clean and put Neosporin on. She left polish on my skin and the polish on my toes is smudged and unprofessional looking. I could have done them better myself and without the pain. I should've known not to continue with the manicure but I hoped for the best. I left with bleeding fingers that I had to dab with a Kleenex as soon as I got to my car. I have visible cuts on 4 of my fingers which still sting a day later and really ruin the look of my nails. Luckily the gel itself looks nice. She tried to talk me into get to my my eyebrows waxed and I politely declined. If my mani pedi hurt this bad I can't imagine how waxing would go. I honestly wish I would've asked for a discount or refused to pay but I'm a people pleaser. So I'm writing this review in hopes that the shop does something about this so it doesn't happen to anyone in the future! Sadly, I will never be back. This place was one of the worst mail salons I have been to. They did my manicure first and were very aggressive and careless with my feet. She scraped a chunk of my big toe off and had to put a bandaid on my toe to stop the bleeding. She cut my big toenails lopsided as well so it looks very odd. I have gotten dip powder at many different salons and they did the worst job by far. I asked for a basic, mid length nail almond shaped French tip set. She cut my existing nails very short and filed them to an almost stiletto shape. They seemed to be in a rush with me because they messed up other client's appointments. The line between the white tip and the natural color is very messy, and they didn't even paint down to my cuticles, so half my nail has the natural dip color and the other half is just my bare nail. They look awful and they also cut my fingers up. They tried to charge me $145 and then $80. I ended up paying the $80 but I was still very disappointed. read more

Amy the manager is so friendly and my god does she know manicure!! I always leave completely satisfied with my shelac french manicure. I am all about the details and want my shelac manicure a specific way. Amy totally gets it and gives me excellent nails every time. EVERY TIME! The salon is VERY CLEAN and decorated so that you feel relaxed and at peace while there. The pedicure chairs all work and give the best massage while getting pampered in a pedicure. (I get pedi's here too). The staff is so friendly!! Tao is so cute (he sings all the love songs that play on their pandora station). If you don't like love songs they will switch to whatever kind of relaxing music you would prefer. Tao also gives an AMAZING foot massage. Hands of God this man has!!! Very disappointed in this facility after reading some good reviews. The staff were friendly but our two employees had very limited English. My daughter had a French manicure by a guy and it was horrible with a board over her lap as she sat in a pedicure chair. The guy who did her manicure was standing along side her, prepping her nails. We both had pedicures and it appeared that files had been used on many customers and would have definitely preferred clean disposable tools used. Needless to say, we Won't be back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would as it is the worst nail place I have ever personally been to. I got a manicure and pedicure here a few weeks ago and both were done in a bad manner. My pedicure looked bumpy and gross and they didn't even paint my whole toe nail, leaving some of it on the bottom not painted. For my manicure I got acrylics for the first time and it was as if they put blocky squares on my nails; they didn't shape them to my fingers at all. They also put the acrylics way too far down on my nails, which can cause mold (according to my mom that has been getting hers done for as long as she can remember). Yesterday I went back so they could take them off because I had 2 that had fallen off and didn't want to get them re-done. Before I went I specifically called and asked how much it would cost and what their process was on taking the acrylics off because if they were planning on ripping them off then that can severe damage to my nail and I would do it somewhere else. They said they didn't and mainly just soaked them (in an acidic alcohol that isn't good for your nail either but whatever). I went in and they soaked them in the alcohol and then started ripping off some the acrylics!!! They also filed my nail down to an uneven piece of paper which was highly unnecessary because even when the acrylics were off they kept filing my nails. When I said "this looks uneven" or "my nail feels really thin" they would blame it on me saying "it's not uneven, your looking at it wrong" or "your nails were this thin when we put the acrylics on, it's your fault". After already being extremely frustrated and just wanting to get out, they insisted I owed them $20 because "I got my eyebrows done" when they said on the phone it was only $10. Idk how they could have gotten this confused as I was the only one in there so I don't know when I could have gotten them done, also considering that girl that made this accusation was looking at me the whole time! I threw my $10 at their face (WITH NO TIP BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T BE DESERVING OF 1 PENNY) and got the hell out. I defiantly don't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!! P.s. Yes, everyone is entitled to their own opinion but EVERYONE THAT IS GIVING THIS PLACE A GOOD REVIEW IS HIGH ON CRACK, DON'T LISTEN TO THEM!!!! read more
