While they don't have the service department or the huge lot of vehicles, the process with them is pressure-free and friendly. Also, you don't spend a whole day at the dealership if you buy from them, they know what they're doing and don't waste time going back and forth between buyer and manager or whatever it is the larger places do to drag things along. They also won't push you to buy something you don't need. Every time we've been there, they've waited awhile before approaching us, letting us look at vehicles without feeling like you're going to be accosted by a stereotypical salesperson as soon as you park on the lot. Also, if you're looking for something really specific, they do offer to do the searching for you and will get you the car you're looking for, if you can't find it here right away. Being untrustworthy they told me, " do not to worry about it and we will set the car aside for you" 2/16 Called multiple times about the status of the deal. I was told multiple times that the finance department was working on my loan. Called later that evening and was told, "sorry since it's a holiday the finance department couldn't process your loan. 2/17 Called and spoke with someone who told me the car sold but I was approved for a loan. So I should just pick a different car and that the car I wanted has sold. This place is an absolute dumpster fire and completely wasted me and my daughter's time. I would also add the inside of the dealership is absolutely filthy which should have been my sign to turn around. I wish I would have.
