I'm very appreciative of Diamond Cosmetics! I've had several visits with them, and the staff (Sapphire and Hai) are consistently welcoming, caring, and upbeat. On my first visit, I was given a thorough skin evaluation. I was also given a treatment with the Marvelous Signature light therapy wand. This wand was my first purchase. I made the investment because I've always favored more natural/alternative solutions to health and body care. I had investigated possible cosmetic surgery, but after seeing this device and understanding its skin-rejuvenation potential, I decided to go with "cosmetic technology" instead. I was given detailed instructions on how to use the wand, and how often. I was also told from the beginning what I could expect from the device and what not to expect, which I appreciated. Using the wand is easy and very relaxing. I've now used mine for approximately six weeks, and I am very pleased with the results so far: a more even complexion, crepeyness disappearing, and smaller pores. The improvements are subtle but noticeable and increase over time. The best surprise was around week five when my son, who I see often, looked at me and said, "You look great!". When I said, "Thank you," he replied, "You look great! You really do!" Up to this point, I've only used the wand on my face, but I plan to try it out on my arms and legs as well. I'm optimistic that I'll see equally positive results. At my most recent visit to Diamond, I had the pleasure of enjoying a relaxing facial with Alexa. She was professional, very sweet, and always ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. It was a special treat, and I left with a fresh, glowing complexion. I was scammed by this store a few years ago while suffering from heat stroke in the mall. They literally held me hostage til I said yes and they let me go home. Immediately called police from my car since I lived 2 hrs away. They told me to call mall security and have their officer go with me to return the items. I did that. They refused to take products back and cancel contract--a violation of the law! I never opened products. Returned a few days later with a different security officer to try again and informed them I'd be filing a police report. They refused to accept products or refund my $250 but did cancel the contract. I left all products with the security officer in their office and filed the police complaint. I never heard from Eugene police, Diamond Cosmetics staff or mall security again. I had an uneasy feeling that mall security was either involved with the scam or restricted from intervening somehow. But calling the police definitely made store staff uncomfortable. I'm so disheartened to read others continue to be scammed and that the store is still open for business there! DO WE ALL NEED TO CONTACT THE CITY ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND/ OR THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL? WE MUST STOP THIS AND SHUT DOEN THIS STORE. My complaint is on record. read more

Scam Alert!!!!!!!!! Took advantage of my 83 yr old mother with early onset dementia. Sold her a magical vibrating facial device for $3k that sells for $14 on Amazon. Also held her as a hostage trying to get her to pay another $6k but we busted through the door in their sales office to rescue her. Credit card was already out and she didn't know what to do. These people should be in prison. read more

Agree with every other review on here. They scammed my 82 year old mother, who had one day away from caring for my disabled father, out of $7500. I went back with my mom and tried to get her money back and the manager pretended to be very sympathetic but still wouldn't give us a full refund-even offered us a second red light tool for "free". She actually had the nerve to try to talk me into using one while I was there. There is a special place in hell for people like this! read more

Watch out, this is a sales scheme. They get you at the kiosk, show you a product which seems to be great, you only need to apply once a week. wait a day, not true. Conveniently, they don't happen to take payments at the kiosk, let's walk down to the storefront. Once you get there, they offer a bonus, just for you. It will take 20 minutes. You'll be there an hour, while they try to sell you a miracle machine that will change your life, but you don't get to test it, they put a collagen mask on your face instead, but promise great results with this machine light. Oh, usually it's $15k, but today you can get it for $7500, no. Oh well we have one in a damaged box that I can secretly sell you for $3500. No, no way, no hell. You will guarantee it for a year if I'm not satisfied...just taking a guess, you won't be there in a year, nor do I have any idea what this miracle machine really does. I hope they stop me next time I'm in the mall and tell me what the product can do for me, and I can tell them I thought it already did, you promised. read more

Horrible scam of a company. DO NOT GET DUPED as others have. Their products are all open no shrink wrap. They lie to get the sale and indicate guarantee if not satisfied yet on sales slip states no refunds. Credit card challenge cannot help because of sales slip that is only produced after the sale. Products are not warranted as stated not do they provide the lifetime warranty paperwork. Total scam and questionable business practices. Products are repackaged from returns warehouse. read more

This was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever been through in my life. I basically feel like I got accosted in the mall and could not say no. The whole thing was a set up everything they did seemed fake and I ended up getting roped into being in a back room from some guy who claimed to be from Italy for one day only. I have read tons of better business Bureau reviews about this company and how they have taken advantage of a lot of older women. I felt very uncomfortable, and I had to get my friend to come in and basically be insistent that she sees me so that I could go. It was the worst experience and I still don't even understand what it was all about except trying to get me to purchase something for $20,000 or sell products for them. I ended up getting completely duped into buying some thing for $200 and I feel like an absolute idiot. I've read all about it the ingredients in the products that are not good and have preservatives in them. I ended up having a reaction with a puffy rash under my eyes for two days. there is no way to get a refund. I don't know why the mall in Eugene would allow this business in there. First off, I'm the idiot! Went into this retail shop and was totally snowed! Sapir Yacobi was a real heavy weight scammer. What I came out with was wrong on so many levels. Products: 1) Marvelous Signature Skincare system... $14,950.00 2) Empire LED Eye device New Generation... $ 995.00 3) Dermalactives Body Scrub... $70.00 4) Introstem Stemcell Facial Toner... $250.00 5) Introstem Stemcell Antiaging... $1300.00 TOTAL... $17,565 After much pressure, calling her "boss", using her own credit card, pinky promises not to tell what she just threw in at no charge, $700 facials free as often as wanted if I bought products. I ended up with a price tag of $2000.00 Now how does this happen? That a huge adjustment in products. That would be a "loss" of $15,565.00 Is this a legit company? Went home, spoke yo my spouse (also though I was naïve) and angry. With in 45 minutes returned to the store to return products, feeling something just didn't add up. Sapir Yacobi informed me I couldn't return items because: they were opened (not by me but her to show the product), stated she did the dealings without company knowledge and wouldn't be able to refund my money, and the largest costly item WAS NOT OPENED!! Yep! I believe as well as my spouse, I WAS SCAMMED!!! This all took place 2/27/2023, states any "un-opened" products have 14 days to return.
