Tomato and olive (top) and Leek and parmesan (bottom)
Kerasa T.

I tried both the toasted marshmallow latte as well as two of their savory pastries (tomato & olive and leek & parmesan). The coffee is STRONG. If that's your preference, you're in good hands. I have a huge sweet tooth and this coffee missed the mark for sweetness. I do, however, love coffee so the strong taste didn't deter me too much. The pastries were AMAZING. The tomato and olive one was the better one, if I had to pick. Inside there are a few seating areas. I went at around 1pm on Thursday and there were 2 seats open. The people working there were super nice and were very patient with me as I decided which drink and foods to get. They have so many options (I forgot to take a picture of the menu) so there's bound to be something there for you, even if you don't like coffee.

Great coffee and pastry shop! First time here, happened to just look it up on yelp I was in the neighborhood driving through the city. Great service, great tasting coffee. We also had some pastries. They were delicious. We took it to go, but the café itself looked really cute and if we had more time we would've sat at the table they had plenty of seating. They were also very dog friendly. They had a bowl of water outside the door.

Diamond Coffee N Pastry is a fantastic option for grabbing coffee with a date, studying/getting work done, or an afternoon pick-me-up. The menu offers a delicious array of pastries, croffles, and of course coffee/tea at a very affordable price point. The perfect Saturday morning for me involves coming to Diamond for an iced Kona Coconut, spinach feta pastry (warmed), and a walk around either the Presidio or Golden Gate Park. The interior space is really cute with a Bohemian vibe. There are coffee beans and other merchandise available for purchase. Restroom is available for customers, just ask the worker for the restroom key. The restroom is spacious and well maintained. Kona coconut- This is a sweet coffee but well balanced and refreshing from the coconut milk. The coconut on top adds a unique texture to each sip. Kona mocha- Be sure to mix this one well. The mocha flavor is rich and not too sweet. Spinach feta pastry- Ask for this warmed and you won't regret it! The puff pastry is light, airy, and buttery. The spinach filling with well seasoned and slightly creamy. This is a delicious pastry while not being too heavy. If you're looking for a dog friendly cafe with plenty of great drink and snack options, I would highly recommend Diamond Coffee N Pastry. The coffee and pastries are affordable and high quality.

strawberry matcha latte

I met up with my friends here for lattes before going to a banh mi meet-up nearby. Luckily, they were able to grab us a table while I was looking for parking. When I arrived, it took a while to place my order, since there were only a few staff members working, and a lot of customers placed their orders right before I arrived. While waiting in line, I considered getting a chai latte, but then I saw that a strawberry matcha latte was listed on the cafe's specialty menu, so I got that instead with coconut milk. I actually really like that coconut milk is as an alternative milk option here because I find it's not as common in SF. The latte was pretty good/standard, and the design of the cup sleeve that came with each drink was cute.

After finishing the iced strawberry matcha, I don't think that the drink was very good. The strawberry puree tasted very artificial, and eventually overpowered the matcha.

This place was bright and had a cute vibe because of the decor. Ordered two oreo croffles and one hot mocha. The coffee wasn't outstanding or anything special it just tasted burnt. The oreo croffles were good in size and flavor. They weren't insanely sweet and balanced well with the Oreos. I don't think I'd come back but it's good to know it's in a convenient spot and easy to find. The wait was about ~5 minutes on a Sunday so very quick too.

TLDR: Good drinks, variety of pastries. A nice place to work/talk for small groups (tables seat 2). Parking may be hard on Clement. --------------------------------------- 1. Atmosphere Love the color scheme and well matched decorations! Warm colors with very aesthetic decor. The shop has made good use of the narrow space by using shelving, half-walls, etc. to create a little more complex layout with pockets of space. At the same time, the open counter/bar maintains a sense of openness. 2. Drinks / Food a. Ferrero Roche Mocha - 8/10! Has nice strong flavors of hazelnut, chocolate, and coffee. However, a little too sweet for me for a morning drink. Will definitely come back and try others though! b. Unfortunately didn't get to try any of the pastries cuz of allergies :// but they look delicious! 3. Amenities Lots of seating, mostly 2 person tables! Has wifi and outlets. Good place to work remotely or chat with friends!! Parking can be more difficult (as always w SF), but there's metered parking outside + spots in nearby residential areas. Overall, loved the atmosphere and visuals of the cafe, would definitely recommend! insta @baycafedays

Amen to the apricot cornetto! Once it's warmed, the gooey nature of the butter and apricot just melt in your mouth. Absolutely Delicious. But- I came for the coffee and didn't care for the flavor or ratio of milk so it ended up down the drain. Wouldn't return for a coffee but am tempted to try a tea with such a nice selection. And the cornetto! The flies were a little distracting and gross near the entrance where I sat, so I didn't stay to read. Hopefully they can address the issue.

Diamond Coffee n Pastry is welcoming, pet friendly, and a very cute coffee shop. The menu doesn't stop there as breakfast items, teas, coffee beans, comfortable seating, and a casual vibe. I've had the chai and the rose oolong. Prices are decent, staff are friendly, and everything is made to order. I've stopped by twice and needed up sitting and enjoying the space longer than planned. Treat yourself and feel the stress lift right off your shoulders.

Blue

Nice spot to work for a little bit- popped in at 4pm on a weekday and there were a few tables open. WiFi worked well and it wasn't too busy or loud. I got the "Blue" drink which didn't really have a flavor for the "blue". It tasted mostly like coconut milk- a nice non caffeineated drink nonetheless, though I thought the blue would have been flavored.

Strawberry matcha and cold brew
Anisha Y.

The strawberry matcha was really tasty! I would have liked a tiny bit more sweetness but it was great. The leek and Parmesan savory pastry was delicious, and the service was incredible.

The interior is super aesthetic. I felt very calm walking in. I didn't stay in the shop, but I can imagine it's great place to just chill, work, read, etc. Service was quick. I ordered the cold brew and I gotta say it's really good. No acidity, full body, smooth, and toasty tasting. I'd definitely come back to get their cold brew or try one of their pour overs.

Dirty Coffee
Agnes J.

Cute coffee shop with great drinks and cozy decor!! I have tried Hojicha Einspanner and Dirty Coffee. Both were creamy and unique and def will get me back again. I would have easily given 5 stars but there were improvement opportunities to the overall experience: 1) I came during a busier time, and several people ordered Dirty Coffee. When my drink was ready, the customers who ordered after me stepped up and grabbed it before I could. It would have been really helpful if the staff called out names or order numbers. 2) After that, I had to wait a bit to get someone's attention so I could get my drink remade. While waiting, I watched the barista accidentally spill some espresso while pouring into my drink. She did not address that at all, not even wiping it clean. It became a little puddle in my wooden tray... Again the drinks were amazing, but the experience was interesting haha.

Cute napkins!

Sometimes you cannot tell the difference from Spring to Summer weather in San Francisco. There is no consistency when the sun will come out. When the sun comes out and Karl the Fog is on vacation people come out and look for something delicious and cold. There is one place you can enjoy a refreshing drink like matcha no matter the weather. It's located on Market street and Noe and it's called Oishii Matcha. On a sunny Market street stroll in San Francisco Don Juan de la Matcha landed at Oishii Matcha. Inside I scrolled and ordered using the kiosk. Since it was hot with the sun was out in the city I got the purple yam the Ube ice cream not on a cone but on a croffle ( part flakey croissant and waffle in SF). The Ube ice cream was not too sweet and was tasty and the croffle was soft and a bit crispy. I then had to wash it down with a refreshing Matcha Mango Latte with foam. The matcha was delicious and hit the spot . Now the only thing to consider next time is which nearby park spot I should hit to enjoy a Matcha. Will it be Dolores Park or Duboce Park or Noe & Beaver Community Garden ?( Questions in my Mind). Come get the real matcha and not the "phony"go to Oishii Matcha because it is organic ceremonial "only" so let's have a tea "ceremony" with Don Juan de La Matcha giving the true matcha "testimony" Fake matcha should be "unlawful" it is tasteless and the flavor is very "awful " at Oishii Matcha you can get the purple Ube ice cream on a "croffle" it's a cross between a flakey croissant and a "waffle"

Just a quiet marble table, a tiny vase with two yellow flowers, and a slice of matcha crepe cake that makes you forget what you were stressed about. I came in on a weekday afternoon and ordered the matcha crepe cake and a passion fruit refresher. The cake is the kind that looks almost too precise to eat. Dozens of paper thin layers stacked with the kind of patience most people reserve for things that actually matter. The matcha flavor is real, not the green tea powder imposter you get everywhere else. The drinks are thoughtful too. Not sweet for the sake of being sweet. You can tell someone actually tasted these before putting them on the menu. The space itself earns its own mention. Marble counters, natural light pouring in from the street, good music at a volume that lets you actually have a conversation. It feels like someone designed it for the experience, not the Instagram photo, which ironically makes it very photogenic. 4.7 stars on Yelp with nearly 300 reviews and I understand every single one of them.
