It is so refreshing to get high-quality, reliable service these days…read more And that is what we get from John and the Sparkle Pool & Spa Service. Sparkle came recommended by the previous owner when we bought our home in April 2022. And Sparkle has serviced our pool since then. The guys who do the weekly maintenance keep the pool perfect. They have a high standard and are quite personable. When our sweeper pump failed, John guided us through the warrantee process so we could get a free replacement via the extended warrantee on our system rather than the one on the pump (which had expired.) This saved us over $900. Further, because it was under warrantee, another pool service company that services that vendor got the replacement installation reimbursement from the vendor, not Sparkle. So all good for us, and nothing but a satisfied customer for Sparkle. Sparkle also helped us get automatic cover problems resolved, first by trouble shooting the cover themselves and then guiding us how to work with the pool cover vendor. We did contract with Sparkle to replace our Deck-o-seal when it weathered. They did an excellent job. Bottomline, if you want a high-quality, reliable pool service company that can do the everyday upkeep well and resolve the bigger problems quickly and cost effectively, hire Sparkle Pool and Spa Service. You will be glad you did.

This review is long overdue! I can't recommend Pool Whip Pros enough! Wesley, Paulina, and the…read moreentire team were absolutely amazing. They helped care for my 88 year-old mom's pool and she was very particular about who worked on her home. Wesley & the team handled everything with so much patience, kindness, a great sense of humor, and respect. He earned her trust by consistently doing outstanding work, and just being an understanding and kind human. What I appreciated most about Wesley was his honesty and integrity. From the beginning, he was upfront that sometimes a company and a customer just aren't the right fit, and that he also has a business and his employees to protect. I respected that because he wasn't just telling us what we wanted to hear. Instead, he worked with us every step of the way to make sure it was the right fit, and he absolutely delivered. We had actually been over-treating the pool ourselves, and it had gotten out of balance. The Pool Whip Pros team quickly identified the problem, got everything back on track, and had the pool looking beautiful again. Their extensive knowledge and expertise were obvious. Beyond the excellent pool care, they were always responsive, reliable, and genuinely cared about providing great service. It's rare to find a company that's both incredibly skilled and made up of such good people. Thank you, Wesley, Paulina, and the entire Pool Whip Pros team. You made a stressful situation so much easier for our family, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy pool service. Thanks for everything!!!
