My pkg arrived Saturday morning 2:26 am. Today is Monday and pkg not out for delivery. Not sure how company stays in business with reviews I see on this site. Terrible. Thought USPS was bad but this company makes them look good. read more

My package from Ebay has been there for a week. It was an item I wanted to take on vacation and I ordered it a month in advance but I doubt I will get it in time. This place sucks! Do not use them if you have another option. read more

I ordered a used book via Amazon. Delivery has been at a so-so speed but showing progress. I looked at the status on Amazon this morning 6-24-2015. It said, "Latest update: Today (ME: aka June 24) 8:37 AM Your package was delivered. ...DE, US Carrier: DHL Global Mail, Tracking #: 198...00 " I read this around 9:30 maybe. No package outside my door. Our mailman typically delivers around11AM. I assume DHL has no direct access to our mail boxes, so their driver had no way to put my package in my box. If DHL passed my book on to the mailman--big if--the update should indicate that transfer, not delivery. Does DHL -ever- have the Post Office do the final delivery? Amazon's software won't let me contact DHL but I found a way to contact the bookseller & even sent a screen shot of the delivery status. Wondering what next. read more

Same comments as the others. Ordered a book for a gift to be delivered by Christmas. It's been sitting in their warehouse for days now and it's impossible to get through on DHL's customer support line. read more

For some reason, a monthly subscription service I use, insists on using DHL as their shipping method. Every month DHL is consistantly SLOW! I find it unacceptable for it to take over 3 days to tender a package from the Elkridge DHL over to the Elkridge USPS Post Office. A distance that, in rush hour traffic, only takes two minutes to drive to. I have tried contacting DHL about the mystery drive between post offices, but all I hear is ringing until an annoying beeping comes on. I keep hoping that my subscription service switches to a different shipper, but until then, I just keep waiting long waits and hoping everything eventually gets to its final destination. read more

My package has been in DHL Elkridge, MD for 13 days so far. Why does any retailer use DHL? This just angers buyers, and there are certainly other carriers out there. read more

ABSOLUTELY 0 STARS!!!!!!!! I call because my package was supposed to go to the USPS to be delivered to me in Hanover PA and all I get is a loud noise and no answer. So I have to call the main phone # just to get some updates on where my package is located. Furthermore, DHL takes FOREVER to update the tracking info. I subscribed to get notifications on the whereabouts of my package, and they don't send me any!!!!! Poor customer service if you ask me. They couldn't tell me where the truck was that was carrying my package....but they are going to test self driving trucks in 2018 (very scary) I think this company is a joke and it serves customers no good. I have had better service at Walmart and they are a joke too. If this company doesn't answer the phone, why is it still there and why did my package go there instead of straight to the Hanover PA post office?? On the DHL tracking site, it didn't say anything about going to Elkridge, MD, all it said was it was coming from Compton, CA to Hanover, PA, I understand the stops in between but why did it need to go to MD???? How much sense does that make???? I will never use this carrier unless I have to. I don't understand why any retailer would use such a screwed up company is beyond me. What doesn't make sense is they put my package in MD to be delivered by USPS, MD is close to my house so why didn't DHL save some time and money and just deliver it straight to my house? Furthermore, from Compton CA to Hanover PA is only a day and a half away but yet it took from the 3 till today. I usually don't have a problem with USPS but have had nothing but problems with DHL. Worst service I've ever used. If you value getting your items delivered to you when you are told, DON'T USE DHL, USE USPS read more

To update my previous review, it is now June 22nd and the package has had no updates since the 6th. I just called and they said they gave it to USPS, and that since its been such a long time, its fair to guess that USPS lost it. But, USPS claims they never received it. The estimated delivery was June 9th and the last update was that it was tendered to the local USPS from DHL in Elkridge, MD, on the 6th. USPS still says its on the way to them, and it has the last tracking update BEFORE the Elkridge update, which makes me wonder. Like other reviewers stated, it seems DHL isn't being totally honest. . This is beyond unacceptable. The dude on the phone just tried to blame USPS and as for my lost money, he pretty much said "tough sh*t". I was still super nice to him on the phone and he was as well, but they take no responsibility for losing people's money. And that was DHL Customer Support based in IN; I couldn't even get through to Elkridge because it's constantly busy, or just rings and rings. I ordered two other things (using the India Post) from the same city in India days after ordering this package, and although the tracking stopped updating after leaving India, they both were delivered perfectly fine. DHL, the incompetence is real. Your business model needs to be completely reformed. Losing our money and not being totally honest as to tracking updates is unacceptable. Get into the business of localized deliveries only, if that's all you can handle. You should at least refund people if you're going to lose SO many packages. Seriously, you are completely unacceptable. read more

I swear that from now on if I see that a business uses DHL as their shipping agent, I will not buy from them. I live literally 15 miles from the business that I purchased this item from and so far it has taken 3 days for DHL to just process this item. They haven't gotten it to USPS yet. So I'm thinking that total time for delivery is going to take at least 10 days. smh. Pathetic. read more

I am getting the same exact thing as the reviewer above, I've had a package that has been in Maryland for 3 days now, waiting for them to hand it over to the USPS. I tried calling and get the same tone, it's ridiculous. read more

I have to add another single star on this. They forward the package to USPS, and after that, the package is left there with no delivery. The expected delivery is yesterday, but so far the package is sitting somewhere in Boston. read more

I will never use DHL again. I cannot believe the ineptness. No Halloween costume because driver lied about delivery attempt (we cancelled plans to sit home and wait for this) and customer service had no way to contact him and no desire to help. Would not recommend dhl. It is sooo slow. My package has been in elkridge md for 6 days. I don't know why Newegg even uses dhl.

I have been waiting on a package that arrived at this facility 6 days ago (5 business days) to be transported to USPS. I've also contacted their "Help" and have not received a response... also get a busy/fax signal when calling this number. This is ridiculous. read more

Same as previous reviews. Package sits there for a week before being transported to USPS. Useless.

I ordered a phone case and it told me that a number of packages may experience delayed or missing tracking information. It took four days just to ship the phone case. I did not receive the case until several days later. Awful service!! read more

Ordered 4 books on Jan. 5th, they shipped DHL Global Jan. 7th it is now Jan. 15th (8 days of being shipped) and they have traveled 700miles (just over the miles a trucker drives in one day). They still have over 900 miles to go! So what am I looking at? Atlanta Ga. to Grand Junction Co. is less then a 3 day truck drive (with no co-driver) and in 8 days they are not half way yet........ read more

China Mail beats DHL GM again. This is the third time I ordered similar items on the same day and the Chinese packet got here (NC, USA) faster than DHL could move an item a few hundred miles. Both small packets, both free shipping, and, again, the Chinese/USPS get an item all the way from Shenzen to North Carolina faster. Hang your heads in shame DSL. Suk-factor off the chart. A simply AWFUL service. read more

You really should have negative star ratings. I can't top Robert F. because my package has only been stuck at Elkridge, MD, for 10 days and counting. They can do a good job, but apparently (and bizarrely), not consistently. My husband's medications sent by the same vendor and ordered a day after my prescription followed exactly the same routing and went straight through, arriving at the DHL warehouse in Elkridge MD Jan 3, was sent to the local post office in our Maryland town Jan 4, and arrived in our mailbox Jan 5. My medications, however, arrived at Elkridge, MD on Jan 2, was "tendered to delivery service provider" on Jan 3, just like my husband's medications, and has been stuck at that status from then until today, Jan 12. When I finally got through to a DHL representative, he said that it had been delayed by "internal logistic issues," which he could not explain, but I infer he meant, "we lost it." I am to wait another 24-48 hours and then call back and they will see if they can resolve it if it doesn't arrive by that time (which actually means 72+ hours, since Monday is a holiday, according to the representative). My meds are quite boring and innocuous, so if anyone swiped them, they will be very disappointed. read more

My package was to be delivered around May 31, I had tracking info that it was at my local DHL (Grand Prairie Texas) on May 30, and after that, nothing. Here I am on June 16 and still no package. DHL reps say that USPS has it in their main facility and it is still in a bundle waiting to be sorted. USPS tracked the package and they said it was not delivered to them as of yet. I requested to file a claim for a lost package with DHL, but Supervisor says that they cannot file a claim from me (the person that actually paid for the package), it has to be filed from the seller. Getting the seller to respond to anything has been in vain. DHL does not even have a phone number for the seller. Multiple attempts to contact via e-mail as requested by their site, but no response. (DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CELL PHONE CASES.COM) If your package gets lost, you will not be able to get in touch with them, Do not ship anything via DHL, or buy anything that is shipped DHL. If you do not get your package you are SOL. read more
