I swear if I order something again and it says delivery with DHL I'll cancel it. One of the worse I've ever encountered. The driver rang my doorbell then ran back to his vehicle by the time as I came down within 3 mins, he left a sticker on my door saying that we missed you. How are you gonna Miss me when you didn't even give me time to get too the door? That is how people packages go missing. Then I called and the audacity of Camila to say what is she suppose to do?

Packaged required signature. I never requested nor authorized this packaged to be left at my door.

So my experience is the same as everyone else's. They failed to deliver my package on 10/10 for no apparent reason many more calls later claimed to have delivered the package on 10/11 by leaving it at my door while I was actually in the doorway on the phone with customer service about why I haven't received my delivery at 8PM on a Friday. Basically they have driver or pool of drivers who falsely claim to deliver packages only to never get a real signature and more than likely steal the contents of the packages. Wouldn't be surprised if there is a larger fraud/deceptive ring operating out of this particular location. There is no accountability. There are no loss prevention measures in place that are working or being enforced.The States Attorney General's Office will be notified. Hopefully DHL Franklin Park is thoroughly investigated and have their entire operation suspended. I hope all that have been involved in this deceptive and fraudulent activity be fired and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Lastly, I hope merchants began to cut ties this this company as they cause unnecessary financial losses for merchants, consumers, and insurance companies.

Finally received our package after being delayed for 5 days (with everyday guaranteed delivery) and looks like a forklift drove into it. Completely damaged our 9000 dollar pinball machine! We refused the package, driver seemed surprised!!!??? Totally disappointed, we have waited a year and a half for it, now it's ruined!! The pictures really minimize the damage!

I don't understand. I have 6 packages with 1 tracking number. But why they have to deliver 1 package a day instead of delivery all 6 packages on one day???

They could've left a mess everywhere, but everything was clean and spotless between the times when they left and came back they brought a large team to work as quickly as possible, they documented any issues with the products. There were issues that arose later that were not their fault. There was a manufacturing issue and they were sent back out to try to fix it a few times and again the same level of service absolutely a five out of five. Hello, I'm writing…read moreto share feedback regarding our recent service, which was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We were initially told to expect a one-hour delivery window between 3-4pm, and planned our day accordingly. Shortly before 3pm, we were informed the timing would shift to a 4pm pickup and closer to a 5pm delivery. In reality, the delivery did not occur until nearly 6pm. This caused significant disruption. Our building has a strict 5pm cutoff for deliveries, and we had to scramble to accommodate the delay. I had arranged coverage at work based on the original window and ended up losing additional time and income. The sellers also had to adjust their plans and wait around for most of the day. What was especially frustrating was being told--without acknowledgment of the inconvenience--that the only remedy offered was a $10 discount. We later learned that our job had been added at the last minute, and we were not actually scheduled, which helps explain the delays but does not excuse the lack of communication. I do want to note that the delivery team themselves were excellent--this is not a reflection on them. Given the nature of our work, we frequently require reliable moving services, including for art and mid-century pieces, and had hoped to establish a dependable relationship. Unfortunately, this experience has made that difficult. At a minimum, we would appreciate a more meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, along with consideration of a partial refund or credit toward a future service. Without that, we would not feel comfortable using or recommending your company moving forward.
