I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.

When my husband arrived at the shop, Daniel remembered my name, which was such a nice personal touch and showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers. After taking payment and completing the recharge (which didn't solve the problem), they told me I had a refrigerant leak. But how was that diagnosed? With the compressor not engaging, there was no circulation, no dye test, no vacuum hold -- just a guess after the fact. They later explained that the recharge was done "to see if the compressor would engage" -- but I had already told them there was pressure in the system. Skipping basic electrical tests and charging for a recharge first is not professional diagnosis. What I received was uninformed consent: I agreed to a recharge without being told it was unlikely to help unless the compressor was working. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to guide the process -- but they failed to explain this critical limitation. I wasn't given a service report or receipt during the visit -- both were sent the next day, after I posted a review. Their mention of a refrigerant leak was never documented, and no leak detection tests were performed. It felt like an after-the-fact explanation when the recharge didn't solve the problem. Their process seems designed to create more work (and more charges) instead of solving the actual problem from the start. He appraises the damage on your car and patiently explains everything to you, which helps you make an informed decision. If there are any issues that comes up, you can count on him to resolve it.
