First time getting an Audi vehicle and I don't even know where to start! This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Due to con Ed blocking the parking lot, I was able to pull in through the service department where an awesome gentleman met us, offered to wash my wife's car (which is a different brand car), took the baby stroller out of my wife's truck and opened it for us! Prior to our visit, I had already spoken with an amazing brand specialist named Joán about the car I wanted and the payment I was comfortable with! They don't beat around the bush at this dealership. The payment we spoke about didn't raise a cent when finalizing the lease once we reached the finance manager, Johnny Shi. He was very awesome, so kind to me, my wife and my son! He was very informative and clear when explaining everything. He made the experience very comforting. I will never lease anything other than an Audi and will only go to this dealership moving forward. Side note - this is the all inclusive resort of dealerships. Reached out to the service department to inquire about the cost for an oil change for daughter Audi A3, a gentleman/man answer the phone, as I ask for the price of an oil change, I was immediately put on hold, no hold on no nothing just music. I have purchased many new cars and have become all too accustomed to having bad experiences. All of them were not bad, but I have been hit with financial surprises at the last minute enough times, that I almost expect something to go wrong at pickup. The Audi service is probably one of the worse experience in terms of car service. It was already annoying to hear that you need to schedule an appointment one month out for a loaner. What's even more frustrating is that you bring your car in for service and all 4 tires are all of a sudden balding when you only have 13k miles aka someone swapped out all 4 tires. Unfortunately I have no proof but my own word and knowing that's not the condition I dropped off my car. I purchased a CPO vehicle from Audi Queens, asked about how to add myself as primary user to the vehicle and in order to do that, Audi needs to provide me with the Vehicle Code, as it no longer appears on a sticker as instructed from the Audi app (since it's a certified pre-owned). Audi Queens said they don't have this information and it's a pity that I cannot register myself as the owner to the vehicle, which is ridiculous. I paid for the vehicle but I can't make myself the owner/primary user. On the other hand, the service department did a good job though, when I took my car in to have it checked when the signal lights came on. I was treated better at Nissan than I was at this Audi dealership. I'm not going to write a novel here, but about a year ago, my Audi broke down and I called Audi and they promised me that a tow truck would come and pick me up. Seven hours later, dozens of phone calls, and text messages later, a tow truck never arrived. I was out of state and had to call my own tow truck. I paid out of pocket for this tow truck. The issue was something with the gas tank , which they ended up sending out a recall for on my S6 about a month after they fixed mine. Audi never reimbursed me for the tow truck that I had to pay for. Keep in mind that I was stranded on the side of a busy highway from 11 PM until 6 AM. Multiple cops came and stayed with me for hours at a time using flares, because I was in such a dangerous area, but Audi did not seem to care. On top of that, I did pay for the tire and wheel package, out of nowhere yesterday my tire pressure light came on, they told us to come in as they were open until 5 PM which we later found out that the insurance company is not open on the weekends, so we were very confused why they told us to come in when we clearly stated that we would need to go through the insurance company for this. So on Monday I brought the car to the dealership and was sent a video from the mechanic which shows about 10 different chunks of tire missing and what appears to be low tread, which is weird because the car only has 19,000 miles on it. The dealership told me that my tire will not be covered because the tread is low. The amount that they cover up to is 3/32, my current tread is 3/32. Allegedly I am right on the cusp of it not being covered and it being covered and Audi decided to not cover it. You would think after my horrible experience that the dealership would still offer me some sort of discount or even be willing to pay for the tire, but they were not. It seems like this dealership is a circus with a bunch of clowns running it, who do not care about the customer experience. I would have been a lifetime customer of this dealership, but after all of these horrible experiences, I honestly cannot wait to cut ties with this dreadful dealership. read more

I bought an SQ5 a while ago and now it's due for its 2nd maintenance, instead of paying one service upfront, I've decided to purchase the Audi care package which covers 4 maintenances. This place is an absolute joke, dropped my car off first time and they end up charging me $1k for my car to get "fixed" and they didn't actually fix the issue they didn't even know the issue because they didn't hook up a smoke test to find the leak causing engine code. So I bring my car back and now the issue is obvious the second time because they decided to use smoke test, part was on back order and was told we will reach out to you the following week. I decided to call the same Friday and they end up telling me my cars done and I need to get it asap so they can have the loaner?? What happened to needing another week, anyways I tell them I can get the car Saturday. They tell me Saturday that the payment still hasn't gone through check in Monday Now Monday they tell me payment never came so I decided to call warranty company myself, turns out they sent payment Friday at 4pm so I was able to get my car either Friday or Saturday So to see it up I got ripped off from dropping my car off the first time and them neglecting to find the actual issue and instead fix a common Audi issue (under my expense of course!) for them to find it the second time after doing proper protocol to find a leak and none the less have to help them coordinate between the warranty company and dealership or else who bows how much longer I'd be waiting for them to check their emails that have customers payment for their vehicle. read more

Why the 2 star rating then? Thanks to Justin, after my 3 year lease ended, I wanted to purchase an Audi full time. The people I have interacted with from the valet people to even the front desk lady (Grace maybe?) have been nothing short of helpful. However, Lisha Zhou was the worst sales experience I've had. She was rude, not informative, clearly ONLY cared about commission and not about the customer experience and was not helpful whatsoever. Whatever, we chose a car. She asked if we wanted to change our license plate and we explicitly said no. However, she changes it anyways WITHOUT notifying us. We are now stuck paying for insurance for both license plates. We have called her numerous times and she will ignore the calls and never get back to us. It took calling someone in a higher position to get her attention. Even then, she still doesn't help. We are down a couple hundred dollars because of this and it makes me never want to recommend Audi Queens to anyone I know. I will say that Justin is helping us looking further into the situation and has been trying to help. But, this has been going on a month with Lisha and she has offered no help, no remorse, NOTHING. Dealership is great but I'd steer clear of Audi. Coming from several Jeep Grand Cherokees, I expected the same convenience, plus a lot more for the price point when leasing the Q7. That didn't happen. No remote start, Audi claimed "it's a German thing" but BMW & Benz both have it. As usual ,The City of New York Sanitation Department did not salt or de-Ice the streets. I drove from Jackson Heights to my house located in Flushing , Queens, a distance of 5 miles, without a hitch. On December 26, 2019 I visited Audi Queens because the blue tooth, garage door opener in The A4 , would not pair with my remote garage door opener. John P. The Audi Queens Service Director helped me fix the problem. He printed a 2 page instruction sheet from my garage door manufacturer and when I returned home I just followed the instructions and now my garage door opener in my Audi A4 Quattro works perfect. Updating my review because we recently had to change license plates, and discovered that Audi Queens drilled new holes in order to use their dealership frame. So what should be a simple task of switching out license plates took longer because we had to go look around for a different sized drill bit. Also, for context about my original review, we always brought our Audi to the dealership every year for an inspection (before we moved to NYC). Our next door neighbor also happened to be a mechanic, so we would sometimes ask him for a second opinion to make sure our car was fine. First, I wish to thank Danny and Konstantine? for their welcoming and professional approach. They were 5 Star all from beginning of visit when I drove up to end when I left to go to another Audi dealer. Danny and Konstantine tried earnestly to help me, a customer in destress over 300 miles away from home with coolant issue. The 2 Star: Once inside the dealership the first person with face buried in the phone, no eye- contact, pointed me to Carlos. Carlos started off semi-professional and began speaking/advising in a very condescending manner, beginning with "You have no warranty on this car." We do not do top-off coolants. I don't know why they told you that and send people in with attitudes" He went on to say, we charge $399.00 to diagnose and then whatever the repair cost. This is my second review for Audi of Queens my first review was for my purchase with sales which was such an amazing and smooth experience! However, I cant say the same for my first time service with Audi Queens they are polar opposites. I took in my vehicle because the apple car play was not working, the screen wouldnt close down when turning off the car I had to turn the car on and off smh basically so many things wrong I took pictures and videos to make it easier. First, you walk in no one greets you properly ex: good morning or good afternoon second, I had my small yorkie in my purse with me and once all the malfunctions with the car were noted I was told by the SA to go see the lady for the loaner and then he tells me oh you cant bring your dog in the vehicle! Ok, so what did he expect me to do leave my dog there?? Perhaps, he should have mentioned that before all paperwork or maybe when booking the appointment the rep should have mentioned policies etc.. smh I then proceed to get the loaner I gave my chase bank card and she tells me they dont accept that. So, the advisor says oh yes it needs to be a credit card and I explained to them no one said that to me. I own a mercedes and I always service at Helms bros and I never had an issue with them and I have been a loyal customer for years. I know the loaner protocols well at least for Mercedss Benz . Nevertheless, they ended up taking my bank card etc and he then tops it off with oh your not going to use the easy pass right? I said I have my own easy pass smh. I felt so uncomfortable and annoyed I just wanted to leave. The worst first impression ever. Fast forward, spoke to service manager and he assigned a new advisor. Basically, my car was there an entire week and the problems are still occurring if not worst now. The only thing they fixed was the battery in my key. Now, my car says "safety system malfunction" and lights up with the seatbelt signals going off while im driving. This is alarming so of course I call and they tell me I have to wait until end of may for an appointment which I made. I ended up talking to the advisor again and explaining the situation and he said I can choose the wait option so Monday is a full day he has 24 cars and Tuesday he said was a "light day" and I explained Tuesday I have an important doctors appointment at noon. Then it was like crickets on the line??? Ok, so is there another day I can go in? Any available options. I believe to anyone thats driving and all of a sudden you see a safety system malfunction warning in a bright yellow color with an exclamation point is something not to be taken lightly! So now I dont even feel comfortable or safe driving my own new car smh....Eventually, I spoke to the sales manager Don who was very nice and I explained to him what was going on and he said not to worry he will email someone in the department that can look into this matter. What is so crazy is that he was very kind and it wasnt even his department. I honestly am so disappointed in my service experience. On top of having to deal with the fact that the car is acting abnormal. You have a bad experience with service. I wish there was an audi service area closer but there is not smh I expected much more since I had such a stellar experience with sales. Our 2 yr old Audi Q5 Hybrid stopped working. Audi needed to tow it and brought it back to Audi Queens service center. How could be a 2 yr old (miles used of less than 50K) break? We asked for a loaner car, and was told that there was none available. For so many cars they have in their location, they could not let us use one of their loaner cars. Ridiculous! We have to keep on calling them and ask for an available car, then no one could help us since our sales contact person is not around. Is that a good company policy to make us wait for our contact salesman to help us loan a car? What if the salesman is not around for the week? They were very nice at the time we were buying the car but when maintenance comes, not helpful at all. very disappointing. We purchased a certified preowned 2019 Q7 from Martin on 10/12. He provided great service, information, and was good with our almost 3yo son as well. We spoke over the phone and text messages a few days leading up to the day we went in to purchase the car. He was quick to respond and if he didn't know the answer, he was able to find out for us in a quick manner. The whole process was very pleasant, professional, and satisfactory. We ended up having an issue with the car's headlight a few days into the purchase - it was neither the dealer's fault or ours, it was due to a stress fracture. I was able to talk with Martin, and then his manager Victor and resolve the issue quickly. They are great about taking care of their customers. It was a very stressful situation and I was quite upset that our new vehicle already had an issue. We were able to bring it back, have them take care of the problem (which otherwise would have cost us $2K out of pocket to fix), and use a loaner car in the meantime. They replaced the headlight and were able to do it ahead of schedule so it was very quick. Patrick at the service desk was super nice, efficient, attentive, and quick about getting us checked in and out. He provided timely updates so we would know what to expect. The experience was seamless and we felt well taken care of. Despite the initial hiccup, we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Audi Queens to our friends and family.
