2021 Audi SQ5

I came here to check out a car I saw online and was immediately greeted by JT, he's been a pleasure to work with & I can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. I'll be recommending everyone to him & would definitely be a return client. He kept me updated on every step of my purchase and his communication was very prompt. I normally don't feel comfortable working with salespeople but JT made me feel like a part of the Audi family. I got the car I wanted & couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you again JT!

First time getting an Audi vehicle and I don't even know where to start! This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Due to con Ed blocking the parking lot, I was able to pull in through the service department where an awesome gentleman met us, offered to wash my wife's car (which is a different brand car), took the baby stroller out of my wife's truck and opened it for us! Prior to our visit, I had already spoken with an amazing brand specialist named Joán about the car I wanted and the payment I was comfortable with! They don't beat around the bush at this dealership. The payment we spoke about didn't raise a cent when finalizing the lease once we reached the finance manager, Johnny Shi. He was very awesome, so kind to me, my wife and my son! He was very informative and clear when explaining everything. He made the experience very comforting. I will never lease anything other than an Audi and will only go to this dealership moving forward. Side note - this is the all inclusive resort of dealerships. Stopping by the Quattro café is a MUST for a grab of complimentary snacks (they have the good snacks!) and refreshments.

Brought my newly purchased CPO SQ5 in for an annual maintenance. My SA was Grace, I had my A4 services here before and it was a great experience. I bought an SQ5 a while ago and now it's due for its 2nd maintenance, instead of paying one service upfront, I've decided to purchase the Audi care package which covers 4 maintenances. Grace took care me as I arrived, I was given a loaner during my car's service. I was able to get my car back the same day before they close. At the end of the day, I'm a happy customer, period.

Not sure how this hole was missed if they performed a smoke test the first time?

I recently sold my car as I no longer needed to drive to an office every day for my job. I have a…read morevery busy job that requires me to work a lot of hours, so dealing with putting up ads, answering phone calls and emails would have been a pain and I live in Manhattan, so setting up a test drive would have been a pain. Also, I was not getting another car, so going to a dealer was not going to happen either. Adding all of this up, I went to Big Bucks Auto. These guys buy cars pretty much on the spot from people and are not creepy used car salesmen. They were all friendly and professional and work quickly. They ran the history on my car, did a physical inspection, went on a test drive and put an offer together. BAM! That was fast. They handle all the paperwork, they will even pay off your loan and deal with bank / financing company hassle for you. The whole process took an hour or so. They are also a few blocks from an E & F train station, so after you sell your car, you can easily get home. Although they pay less than what you could get selling the car yourself on Craigslist or Ebay, it is way less hassle and if you are a very busy person, it is totally worth it.

Two stars for the easy of online form and attention to the sale process…read more -1 star for saying its in a range of 19K-22K depending on condition, getting my hope high -2 stars for making me come in and then low balling the lowest 19K by $2,500 and explaining that Honda is offering a 2500 rebate to customers! Wow I've never seen a Honda with 2500 rebate! Ever! ** FYI - I recently sold it on my own for 4K more than what was offered by them. Sure it took longer (3 days) so this is purely self preference This is just my experience... use Craigslist... sure it takes longer, but the savings... you make the call.

He was immediately communicative, forthcoming, did not try to gouge me on the price, got me a good deal and stayed in communication over the couple weeks we had to wait for the car to arrive. These reviews are for the dealership personnel who helped me during the entire buying process of my 2016 Toyota Corolla : 1. Thumbs up for the great effort of sales person Sean Hoque in providing me the car I wanted based on my needs and my budget. He showed too much work in giving me full satisfaction for my purchase. He made me feel an employee family treatment since the moment I have shown an interest in purchasing. Communication is a factor in any car purchasing deals. Sometimes it gives you doubts. Sean who tried to be direct in giving information to me, came in a little short as there were some disappointments along the process and I naturally considered all as part of any sale dealings. The certification inclusion was not properly explained. I suggest for future buyer to asked more about it because it will not be provided. 2. The new finance manager Mr Persaud helped me to the best he can in assisting in my financing. The interest percentage given to me though was way above to my expectation knowing I could have received a better deal. The add-on product ( extended warranty) coverage was not clearly presented to me. He was focus to provide a balance satisfaction to both parties. *The last thing a purchaser wants to experience is an aggravation which may lead either to take or leave the deal. We were pressed in time and there was no point in contesting the offer as it will delay up everything as seen with other customers prior our turn. Truly understand that anyone in car business is working on a commission basis and part of the job is to sell that should benefit them more at the end. Remember though car dealers that customers coming to you has pure intention of purchasing an item that will be use as means of making a living. Each purchaser is wanting to make sure each penny he worked hard for and plan on investing to an item is worth it. The car lot nor the office is not inviting by appearance . For buyers, it doesn't need to be as long as they are satisfied with their business.
