I had a great experience at Audi Queens! I first went in to check out a CPO Q7 and got Ken to assist me. Let me tell you, this guy knows his his stuff! He was not pushy at all, I could tell he was honest from the beginning, and was happy to walk me through the entire car and take it it for a test drive. When going through the numbers, I decided to go with the brand new Q7 as Rob, the manager gave me a great deal on a new one. However, the contingency was that my wife approves the deal. They were so awesome, that Ken came to my house with the car the next day and went through it all again with my wife, she test drove it, and that sealed the deal! The next day I came in and closed the deal, and it was a seamless process. Johnny, the finance director was not pushy with the pre-payed options, and demonstrated the value (cost savings) for Audi care and tire and wheel. In the end, Rob even threw in wheel locks for me (I had my tires stolen once so I needed them) for free and I went down to service and saw Grace, and she had them installed in 10 minutes! This is my favorite Audi dealer location in the NY metro area. Scheduling either online or over the phone is always easy, and appointments so far have been readily available (this may change as they take on more customers? (it's a new-ish dealership)). Patrick is always a huge help, and stays on top of updates to me, and the work being done on the cars. He's definitely a major reason why I repeatedly chose Audi Queens for my cars. The cafe area offers coffee drinks, and cold water as well as snacks. I've mande quite a few work calls from there already. Loaner cars are always clean, and they don't get stingy about stick return times. read more

I figured I would give this dealer a shot as they are relatively new and fancy but had to walk out due to poor customer service. Upon entering, I was immediately stopped by the receptionist as if I was an intruder. I was wearing a mask and I explained the reason for my visit. She informed me I have to come back another time if I dont have an appointment and I would need to be supervised by a salesperson. I wouldn't be surprised if a Bentley/Lamborghini or Ferrari dealer required supervision, but Audi is not on that level, so let's back it down. If you want to be treated like a customer, then do not come here. Take a ride 20 minutes EAST and deal with a friendler and more professional staff at Biener Audi. Worst experience with the salesperson Jay Liu. Did not take us seriously from the moment we walked in (when we were absolutely serious), completely rude, begrudgingly got keys to open up one car on the showroom when we asked, and when we asked to try and test drive a car he told us he was busy with someone else. If you're in you're in your 20s and want an Audi, find another salesperson. If you're looking for an Audi, definitely come to this facility and ask for Justin! This place just opened up a few months ago in Flushing and has a great location. I came here looking to lease a vehicle and Justin helped me out. He was EXTREMELY helpful in answering any/all of my questions and was very upfront about everything. We also worked with Johnny (who was GREAT) to help us with the financing portion of the vehicle. They worked as a team to get me the best deal possible for the type of vehicle that I was looking for. I've been to many dealers, but Audi Queens has the best customer service that I have experienced, by far. Completely a rip off. Had my car there to fix the coolant level warning which costed me a lot for it. One month after it the coolant level warning came back again. Called Audi Queens about it, they quoted my $179 for just check up again. I went to Audi Queens to get my 20k mile Audi care maintenance service. I typically go to Lynbrook or Biener for service but they did not have appointments available for the time I needed my car serviced. I scheduled a wheel alignment with Lynbrook 2 weeks after my appointment at Audi Queens because Lynbrook was $100 less for that service. Lynbrook informed me that my rear brake pads were at 2mm and needed changing. I was surprised because I had just had my car serviced at Queens 2 weeks prior and they didn't mention this. I looked at my paperwork from Queens and found that they had all 4 of my brake pads at 9mm on the inspection print out. I took my car back to Queens to have them check again only to find out my brake pads were, in fact, low. This was my first and last time going to Audi Queens. I cannot trust that they do a thorough job and actually service the vehicle properly. You can't go from 9mm brake pads to 2mm in 2 weeks when the car has only been driven less than 200 mi during that timeframe. Irresponsible and unacceptable service. Would not recommend. read more

Saturday, 7/10/21, I went to audi queens and would like to lease a 2021 audi Q3 with MRSP 42K and agreed on 5K sign-on fee. I've submitted inform they needed. They asked me to pay partial sing-on fee before I sign the lease. I paid 2k while waiting for finance manager's notice abt lease application. They also asked me to purchase insurance even before I sign the lease. However an insurance agent recommended to wait after lease is signed. Next Monday, 7/12/21, I received call from finance manager. He told me although my credit score is 730 & monthly income is 6K, the credit history length is only 9 months, so Audi didn't approve my lease. He recommended to put more on sign-on fee without telling a specific amount, but he said ' I couldn't tell you the amount, but you know if you put 15k or 20k, Audi will pass your application immediately'. Who will do that? Then sales started to persuade me to finance 2018 used audi q3, generally around 35K. Wednesday, 7/14/21, I officially informed the sales that I would't continue any purchase/lease with audi queens and want my 2K back. She said even if I wait for another 6 months, it would be still very difficult for me to lease a 50K car due to H1B work visa status and I would receive the money in 3-5 business days. What finance manager told me is not true. On 7/17/21, I leased a 2021 q3 with a different audi store (Recommend audi meadowland, NJ) and sign-on fee 3.5K. It only took 2 hrs to finish all the paperwork, & I picked it up same day. Only 1 package difference, so MSRP is 40K. Are there two difference brands of audi? Or are you using different banks or credit firms? NO! Later I can see that Volkswagen Credit pulled my credit score on both 7/10 & 7/17, which means all the lease applications go to same credit firm, it's just Volkswagen. Wednesday, 7/21/21, I still didn't receive it, so I went to store after work, around 5 pm. My sales was off, & another sales told me accountant left so I cann't get money back today, and she mentioned it's usually 2 wks and I can only wait for it. I called my sales and informed her the situation, she said she would follow up with team, it should be soon. Wednesday, 7/28/21, I called sales since I still didn't receive it. She asked last 4 digits of my card and said she would follow up for me. Friday, 7/30/21, sales texted me that I would received it in 1-2 days. later same day, she asked receipt and I sent it. Friday, 8/6/21, I still didn't receive it. I texted sales if I haven't received it by midnight today, I have to officially file complaints. She called back and said she did eveything she could, not true, She blamed me that I did not update her regularly, still not true, and I should urge daily, blabla. She mentioned her coworker didn't asked for receipt until 7/30, and coworker sent it to headquarter 8/3, again 3-5 days. Based on her saying, the official refund request was actually filed on either 7/30 or 8/3. She kept saying the money went to headquarter then needed to cycle back to them then send it to me. I don't even sign the lease, why would it goes to headquarter??? and it's only 2k!!!! Not 50K or 100K, super big amount. Such fancy audi store doesn't have 2K CASH???? I cannot persuade myself to believe it. I didn't feel that way until she said they didn't hold it on purpose. I work in big org and know business operation may take longer time. 3-5 days is totally fine, even 10 - 14 days is also fine. But today's 8/7/21, It's been 24 days. I STILLL HAVE NOT RECEIVE IT! TBH, I don't blame this sales at all. I can tell she's newbie. Clearly her manager did not provide any proper training or guidance during the process. At least for my case. I am Chinese, all the staff I have interacted with in audi queens are also Chinese. I saw wonderful reviews for others staff there, I don't want my experience brings negative influence on those decent people. Very personable and such a pleasant change from the previous staff. She exudes warmth and cheerfulness which is what it should be. Had a good experience here after a truly terrible experience at Audi Manhattan where I got my previous Audi. Victor a manager actually read my negative review and reached out. When ready I can in and got set up with Constantin who was very nice. I ended up getting a barely used 3K miles SQ5 for what a Q5 would have cost. Dealership is huge and beautiful. Good hours. Only complaint was with the finance manager it took a little while to actually pick up the car and then two other issues. 1. The initial price quoted on Audi Care was marked up like 40% over MSRP. 2. They had only put in financing on Audi which had a pretty absurd rate for excellent credit. Given I had a prior lease so could avoid the disposition fee it made sense just to do this and refinance which he explained when challenged, it wasn't very up front. read more

Patrick Pires helped me when I went in for a recall fix. Only wanted the recall done and emphasized on no complementary car wash. Car came back washed and license plate was all dented like it was yanked. No biggie, sometimes messages get lost. Then I saw massive scratch marks on the hood. I contacted Patrick for remedy. He handled it well: had the car buffed and polished but it was a lose for both the dealership and me overall for something that could've been easily avoided. If you're very particular with your car, emphasize everything you want to your service rep and make sure the message is 100% relayed to the rest of the team. Maybe post a bunch of printouts on the car saying "don't wash my car, I'm really picky" Still recommend Patrick Pires for service though. read more

Went down to Audi and John got me the updates. So yes, everything is fixed for now and I have collected the car. The whole process was 1 week for fluid change. A lot of inconvenience caused not to mention the bad customer service from Robert. Basically do not expect great customer service from their service support department. 6 months ago I bought my dream car. I didn't know how or where to start when I called Audi Queens as I live in Seattle, WA. I knew what I wanted and I knew Audi Queens had it. When I called I was lucky to be connected with Joan Lopez who jumped on the opportunity to help me get into my car with ease. He was happy to answer all of my questions and even took the time to send more pictures and video of the car saving me a lengthy trip in the middle of winter. Just before I bought my car I found a similar one closer but after speaking to that dealership it was clear I would go with Joan's offer. He has always been super helpful and courteous and never once seemed annoyed with me. The car is beyond what I could have expected and six months in I still couldn't be happier with it. I recently purchased an 2018 Audi Q5, and I'm compelled to report my negative experience with the dealership's ability to provide an orientation to all of my new cars' features. Firstly, my salesperson was woefully deficient in his understanding of the Q5. It took repeated visits to the dealership to gain a fuller understanding of the basic technological aspects of my vehicle. Secondly, the sales manager promised a follow-up call after three days if there were any additional concerns that may arise. Sadly weeks later, there has been no contact, and I continue to struggle with both the MMI system and Audi connect. I will be contacting Audi of America to voice my displeasure. Brought my older Audi to Audi Queens because of an airbag recall and also to get my inspection renewed. It was my first visit at this location and I was very pleased with their service! Grace Lim was my main point of contact there and she was amazing. She provided updates on my vehicle every step of the way and she was an overall pleasure to work with! While my car was being serviced, they also allowed me to use a Loaner car, which was an absolute lifesaver. This review is for the Service Department. In all my experiences with car dealership service departments over 25 years (Used to handle my parents cars when I was younger) from Cadillac, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Volvo, and most recently, BMW, Audi Queens service department is the model for what every service department should be. Robert, the service rep, was attentive, professional, answered my questions, was inquisitive with the issue and watched him and RJ, the service technician, trying to problem solve. Very rare, never seen this kind of relationship before. They were able to fix my issue within 24 hours and covered under warranty. I had taken this to Audi Brooklyn 2 times for the same issue which they weren't able to fix and had nothing to lose trying out the Queens location which I'm so glad I did. I was provided an Audi courtesy loaner, which at Audi Brooklyn, they gave me a Nissan Sentra. Car was washed after servicing. The physical space is incredibly clean, modern, and spacious. Even the service bays are immaculate. Due to COVID, they weren't offering food services like most dealerships do but this will definitely be my go to for servicing in the future. Only complaint was when I received my vehicle back, the seat belt was either sprayed with a strong cologne. Gave me a mild headache and been trying to get scent off the past week as it also seeps onto my clothing. Maybe it's part of courtesy cleaning? Anyway, thrilled they were able to fix problem and if anyone has tips on getting the fragrance out without damaging seat belt material, please share! read more

My experience is good. Lack of communication, the phones rings and rings and then goes to voicemail. You have to actually drive to the site to find out what's going on with the car. What I like about them is that they record what they find wrong with your car and they send you a video. They tell you what they think you should fix oppose to trying to get extra money out of you. The issue that I had was trying to contact them by phone. Other than that, they are pretty good, better than the one in mount Vernon/Yonkers which I believe relocated to new Rochelle. Audi of queens staff are professional, it seems like they really care about the cars, and it seems that they know what they are doing. Just get someone to pick those phones up Pleaseeeeeee.
