Service was excellent. Everyone's very knowledgeable and friendly. Went home in a 2019 Audi S4 same day I came in, got a deal I could not turn down. Thank you Jay Elfman, and the rest of the team for an wonderful experience. Recommend this place to anyone looking into buying an Audi. read more

We purchased a certified preowned 2019 Q7 from Martin on 10/12. He provided great service, information, and was good with our almost 3yo son as well. We spoke over the phone and text messages a few days leading up to the day we went in to purchase the car. He was quick to respond and if he didn't know the answer, he was able to find out for us in a quick manner. The whole process was very pleasant, professional, and satisfactory. We ended up having an issue with the car's headlight a few days into the purchase - it was neither the dealer's fault or ours, it was due to a stress fracture. I was able to talk with Martin, and then his manager Victor and resolve the issue quickly. They are great about taking care of their customers. It was a very stressful situation and I was quite upset that our new vehicle already had an issue. We were able to bring it back, have them take care of the problem (which otherwise would have cost us $2K out of pocket to fix), and use a loaner car in the meantime. They replaced the headlight and were able to do it ahead of schedule so it was very quick. Patrick at the service desk was super nice, efficient, attentive, and quick about getting us checked in and out. He provided timely updates so we would know what to expect. The experience was seamless and we felt well taken care of. Despite the initial hiccup, we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Audi Queens to our friends and family. I did a lot of research before purchasing our car, and as far as CPO vehicles, they definitely offer the most competitive prices in the tristate area. read more

My experience with this dealership is horrible. I had an preowned A4 for 2 year which I just got rid off which is a relief :D. Poor service. Grace Kim was so rude. Finance manager Johny Shi ripped me off with a horrible extended warranty for 2 years which doesn't cover anything to repair. After like months of having this car check engine is turned on. They send check to wrong address. I can say a lot more negative things about them but I don't want to make this review so long. All I want to say is try to stay away from this dealership. read more

I had a great experience at Audi Queens! I first went in to check out a CPO Q7 and got Ken to assist me. Let me tell you, this guy knows his his stuff! He was not pushy at all, I could tell he was honest from the beginning, and was happy to walk me through the entire car and take it it for a test drive. When going through the numbers, I decided to go with the brand new Q7 as Rob, the manager gave me a great deal on a new one. However, the contingency was that my wife approves the deal. They were so awesome, that Ken came to my house with the car the next day and went through it all again with my wife, she test drove it, and that sealed the deal! The next day I came in and closed the deal, and it was a seamless process. Johnny, the finance director was not pushy with the pre-payed options, and demonstrated the value (cost savings) for Audi care and tire and wheel. In the end, Rob even threw in wheel locks for me (I had my tires stolen once so I needed them) for free and I went down to service and saw Grace, and she had them installed in 10 minutes! I want to thank everyone at Audi Queens for all their help! It was one of the best experiences I had. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone! I'll be back for future business here as well!!! read more

This is my favorite Audi dealer location in the NY metro area. Scheduling either online or over the phone is always easy, and appointments so far have been readily available (this may change as they take on more customers? (it's a new-ish dealership)). Patrick is always a huge help, and stays on top of updates to me, and the work being done on the cars. He's definitely a major reason why I repeatedly chose Audi Queens for my cars. The cafe area offers coffee drinks, and cold water as well as snacks. I've mande quite a few work calls from there already. Loaner cars are always clean, and they don't get stingy about stick return times. read more

I just leased a vehicle from Audi of Queens a week ago and my experience was great. I started off with Michael who took us for a test drive. He was very professional and accommodating. Since we were there for quite some time we ended up closing the deal with Jay Liu who was great!! Very patient, professional and knowledgeable about the car. He really worked with us. We also met Victor, the sales manager, who was also very helpful and willing to work with us. All in all I had a pleasant experience. I felt comfortable, and everyone was very patient. Also, the facility itself is just great! Thank you guys! read more

Thank you Justin Liu & Joan for being so patient and reliable! The best!! It was so easy to communicate. They really respected our decisions and making. They were able to help us get the exact car we wanted in such a short time with a good package deal. They made it so easy completing the process while being informative at the same time. It was such a pleasure working with them. Love my new car so much! read more

I figured I would give this dealer a shot as they are relatively new and fancy but had to walk out due to poor customer service. Upon entering, I was immediately stopped by the receptionist as if I was an intruder. I was wearing a mask and I explained the reason for my visit. She informed me I have to come back another time if I dont have an appointment and I would need to be supervised by a salesperson. I wouldn't be surprised if a Bentley/Lamborghini or Ferrari dealer required supervision, but Audi is not on that level, so let's back it down. If you want to be treated like a customer, then do not come here. Take a ride 20 minutes EAST and deal with a friendler and more professional staff at Biener Audi. Audi of Queens should be ashamed of themselves. Enjoy the LOSS of business! read more

Our 2 yr old Audi Q5 Hybrid stopped working. Audi needed to tow it and brought it back to Audi Queens service center. How could be a 2 yr old (miles used of less than 50K) break? We asked for a loaner car, and was told that there was none available. For so many cars they have in their location, they could not let us use one of their loaner cars. Ridiculous! We have to keep on calling them and ask for an available car, then no one could help us since our sales contact person is not around. Is that a good company policy to make us wait for our contact salesman to help us loan a car? What if the salesman is not around for the week? They were very nice at the time we were buying the car but when maintenance comes, not helpful at all. very disappointing. And the fact that AUDI NAME IS SUPPOSED TO BE WELL KNOWN FOR BEING A GOOD QUALITY CAR???? Will NOT BUY any Audi cars anymore! read more

Worst experience with the salesperson Jay Liu. Did not take us seriously from the moment we walked in (when we were absolutely serious), completely rude, begrudgingly got keys to open up one car on the showroom when we asked, and when we asked to try and test drive a car he told us he was busy with someone else. If you're in you're in your 20s and want an Audi, find another salesperson. The dealership is beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised and thought we'd get a better experience but left completely disappointed. read more

Completely a rip off. Had my car there to fix the coolant level warning which costed me a lot for it. One month after it the coolant level warning came back again. Called Audi Queens about it, they quoted my $179 for just check up again. There are so many alternative than have this shop to check up your cars and I fully regret money spent on this shop for car maintenance. read more

If you're looking for an Audi, definitely come to this facility and ask for Justin! This place just opened up a few months ago in Flushing and has a great location. I came here looking to lease a vehicle and Justin helped me out. He was EXTREMELY helpful in answering any/all of my questions and was very upfront about everything. We also worked with Johnny (who was GREAT) to help us with the financing portion of the vehicle. They worked as a team to get me the best deal possible for the type of vehicle that I was looking for. I've been to many dealers, but Audi Queens has the best customer service that I have experienced, by far. Justin and Johnny were both very patient and knowledgable and at no point were they ever pushy, nor did I ever feel pressured. I am happy to say I took home my vehicle with their help! My husband was so satisfied with their customer service that he went back and got his own vehicle with the help of Justin and Johnny as well! read more

Patrick Pires from Audi Queens Service Center took great care of my 2019 Q7. Brought my baby in for a punctured tire and dashboard gash. Patrick is very responsive and gave me practical recommendations. He went out of his way to arrange for a leather specialist to fix my dashboard while keeping me posted on the status. Excellent service is what I got from Audi Queens. I would not bring my baby anywhere else. I highly recommend them. Thank you Patrick! read more

This is not only a wonderful new facility but the staff's attention to detail and sense of urgency in streamlining the customer experience is unmatched. I worked with Sully Khan and he is one of the most professional, down to earth person I've ever come a cross in life. He was able to get me an amazing car that I love. Highly recommend. Special shoutout to Patrick from the service department for always holding me down! read more

I didn't even know this place existed until earlier this week! I discovered the dealer after exiting the local Home Depot! As an existing Audi A8L lessee who acquired his car from Benzel-Busch in New Jersey (I was NOT impressed with the Long Island dealers that I visited two years ago) I can attest to the extraordinary hospitality and professionalism I experienced this past Tuesday! Everyone I met exuded a genuine warmth and sincere interest during my visit! Skeptics might say that all dealerships respond this way when a valid sales prospect demonstrates interest in an expensive car. I contend that you have to experience the behavioral nuances exhibited by their employees, as I did, to make you a believer too. Kudos to their Human Resources department for making the right hiring decisions! Warmest regards, William G. read more

First time at this location since they've opened a little more than two years. OUTSTANDING customer service by Yuliang (Jay) Liu. From the start, Jay kept us well informed on our car status and made sure we were very satisfied with our car. Not only did he go above and beyond his duties, he called and updated us with a status. Very friendly, professional, meticulous and importantly, kind to us. We also want to thank Johnny Shi for his time, effort and patience as we picked out a care package for our car. Very professional, patient, helpful, and kind as well. Made us very happy and satisfied customers. Thank you so much for hiring such wonderful staff. We will be sure to refer our friends to them. Keep up with the amazing work!!! Stay safe and stay well. Thank you for your time! read more

I went to Audi Queens to get my 20k mile Audi care maintenance service. I typically go to Lynbrook or Biener for service but they did not have appointments available for the time I needed my car serviced. I scheduled a wheel alignment with Lynbrook 2 weeks after my appointment at Audi Queens because Lynbrook was $100 less for that service. Lynbrook informed me that my rear brake pads were at 2mm and needed changing. I was surprised because I had just had my car serviced at Queens 2 weeks prior and they didn't mention this. I looked at my paperwork from Queens and found that they had all 4 of my brake pads at 9mm on the inspection print out. I took my car back to Queens to have them check again only to find out my brake pads were, in fact, low. This was my first and last time going to Audi Queens. I cannot trust that they do a thorough job and actually service the vehicle properly. You can't go from 9mm brake pads to 2mm in 2 weeks when the car has only been driven less than 200 mi during that timeframe. Irresponsible and unacceptable service. Would not recommend. read more

Great Sales experience! Me and salesman Dennis have been in contact since the beginning of the year (Jan 2021) as I shopped for my new lease car. He has been helping me find the best price for me potential new Audi. As my recent lease ended around March, I finally came back to close out a deal, and with little to no back and forth car sale cliche, I got a good deal for my new A4. Management was also friendly , shoutout to Justin! read more

Patricia Tirado our SA was FANTASTIC super professional and got us the car we were looking for. Will be back to her in the future for sure! Johnny Shi was also great to deal with- efficient and made everything painless. The customer service is outstanding, they most certainly value their customer relationships. Highly recommend! read more

We just had our Audi serviced at AudiQ for a rearended dent and an oil change that's due already. Denise attended to us and she is such a delight to deal with. Very personable and such a pleasant change from the previous staff. She exudes warmth and cheerfulness which is what it should be. Sebastian who attended to the dent repair is also such a nice guy and attentive to the needs of customers. AudiQ has some valuable assets in these two individuals who just showed professionalism in their tasks. Thanks and Good job, Denise and Sebastian! read more

Saturday, 7/10/21, I went to audi queens and would like to lease a 2021 audi Q3 with MRSP 42K and agreed on 5K sign-on fee. I've submitted inform they needed. They asked me to pay partial sing-on fee before I sign the lease. I paid 2k while waiting for finance manager's notice abt lease application. They also asked me to purchase insurance even before I sign the lease. However an insurance agent recommended to wait after lease is signed. Next Monday, 7/12/21, I received call from finance manager. He told me although my credit score is 730 & monthly income is 6K, the credit history length is only 9 months, so Audi didn't approve my lease. He recommended to put more on sign-on fee without telling a specific amount, but he said ' I couldn't tell you the amount, but you know if you put 15k or 20k, Audi will pass your application immediately'. Who will do that? Then sales started to persuade me to finance 2018 used audi q3, generally around 35K. Wednesday, 7/14/21, I officially informed the sales that I would't continue any purchase/lease with audi queens and want my 2K back. She said even if I wait for another 6 months, it would be still very difficult for me to lease a 50K car due to H1B work visa status and I would receive the money in 3-5 business days. What finance manager told me is not true. On 7/17/21, I leased a 2021 q3 with a different audi store (Recommend audi meadowland, NJ) and sign-on fee 3.5K. It only took 2 hrs to finish all the paperwork, & I picked it up same day. Only 1 package difference, so MSRP is 40K. Are there two difference brands of audi? Or are you using different banks or credit firms? NO! Later I can see that Volkswagen Credit pulled my credit score on both 7/10 & 7/17, which means all the lease applications go to same credit firm, it's just Volkswagen. Wednesday, 7/21/21, I still didn't receive it, so I went to store after work, around 5 pm. My sales was off, & another sales told me accountant left so I cann't get money back today, and she mentioned it's usually 2 wks and I can only wait for it. I called my sales and informed her the situation, she said she would follow up with team, it should be soon. Wednesday, 7/28/21, I called sales since I still didn't receive it. She asked last 4 digits of my card and said she would follow up for me. Friday, 7/30/21, sales texted me that I would received it in 1-2 days. later same day, she asked receipt and I sent it. Friday, 8/6/21, I still didn't receive it. I texted sales if I haven't received it by midnight today, I have to officially file complaints. She called back and said she did eveything she could, not true, She blamed me that I did not update her regularly, still not true, and I should urge daily, blabla. She mentioned her coworker didn't asked for receipt until 7/30, and coworker sent it to headquarter 8/3, again 3-5 days. Based on her saying, the official refund request was actually filed on either 7/30 or 8/3. She kept saying the money went to headquarter then needed to cycle back to them then send it to me. I don't even sign the lease, why would it goes to headquarter??? and it's only 2k!!!! Not 50K or 100K, super big amount. Such fancy audi store doesn't have 2K CASH???? I cannot persuade myself to believe it. I didn't feel that way until she said they didn't hold it on purpose. I work in big org and know business operation may take longer time. 3-5 days is totally fine, even 10 - 14 days is also fine. But today's 8/7/21, It's been 24 days. I STILLL HAVE NOT RECEIVE IT! TBH, I don't blame this sales at all. I can tell she's newbie. Clearly her manager did not provide any proper training or guidance during the process. At least for my case. I am Chinese, all the staff I have interacted with in audi queens are also Chinese. I saw wonderful reviews for others staff there, I don't want my experience brings negative influence on those decent people. BUT if you are Chinese also international students/new to NY/new immigrants/h1b work visa holders, PLEASE RUN. 如果你是中国人且国际生，或刚来纽约，或新移民，或h1b工签，快跑 read more

I was referred to Audi Queens by Dominique. I worked with Arnolda - she had an awesome attitude throughout and worked with me and my boyfriend to get a sweet ride that we are very proud of, even though we do not look "good on paper". I was actually very happy with the APR we were approved for, they added in a 2 year warranty which helps us to feel secure in our new car! I intend to return when I want to upgrade in a few years, definitely recommended! read more

Had a good experience here after a truly terrible experience at Audi Manhattan where I got my previous Audi. Victor a manager actually read my negative review and reached out. When ready I can in and got set up with Constantin who was very nice. I ended up getting a barely used 3K miles SQ5 for what a Q5 would have cost. Dealership is huge and beautiful. Good hours. Only complaint was with the finance manager it took a little while to actually pick up the car and then two other issues. 1. The initial price quoted on Audi Care was marked up like 40% over MSRP. 2. They had only put in financing on Audi which had a pretty absurd rate for excellent credit. Given I had a prior lease so could avoid the disposition fee it made sense just to do this and refinance which he explained when challenged, it wasn't very up front. read more

Worst experience ever, service department will always blame aftermarket items when in truth its not, to make an extra buck out of you.

Mounting dissatisfaction from two previous visits. Had enough. Already filed complaint with Audi USA. Enough said.

Negative experience overall. Leased a car, they tried to rip me off countless ways (I mean, after the third "math mistake" it gets ridiculous). I didn't want to leave a review because I kind of want to forget about the whole experience but my spouse emplored me, to make sure others wouldn't have the same experience. I would not recommend using this location at all. read more

I recently just purchased a 2022 audi q3 from Patricia at Audi Queens! I am so happy I called when I did and found my girl Patricia. I traded in my 2016 audi q3 and she gave me the best deal that I couldn't refuse. I shopped around a ton of audi departments and noone ever gave me the deal that I was looking for. The minute I walked in audi with my boyfriend she was so kind and explained everything in exquisite detail. I wasn't looking to get an appraisal for my car but then she suggested we get an appraisal and got the best deal!! I am sooo grateful I made the appointment with Patricia as she is so down to earth and warm on top of that! Thank you again!! read more

Patrick Pires helped me when I went in for a recall fix. Only wanted the recall done and emphasized on no complementary car wash. Car came back washed and license plate was all dented like it was yanked. No biggie, sometimes messages get lost. Then I saw massive scratch marks on the hood. I contacted Patrick for remedy. He handled it well: had the car buffed and polished but it was a lose for both the dealership and me overall for something that could've been easily avoided. If you're very particular with your car, emphasize everything you want to your service rep and make sure the message is 100% relayed to the rest of the team. Maybe post a bunch of printouts on the car saying "don't wash my car, I'm really picky" Still recommend Patrick Pires for service though. read more
