My experience is good. Lack of communication, the phones rings and rings and then goes to voicemail. You have to actually drive to the site to find out what's going on with the car. What I like about them is that they record what they find wrong with your car and they send you a video. They tell you what they think you should fix oppose to trying to get extra money out of you. The issue that I had was trying to contact them by phone. Other than that, they are pretty good, better than the one in mount Vernon/Yonkers which I believe relocated to new Rochelle. Audi of queens staff are professional, it seems like they really care about the cars, and it seems that they know what they are doing. Just get someone to pick those phones up Pleaseeeeeee. Stay away from them. First oil change with only 3100 miles on car. They wanted 550.00 plus tax. They told me they also flush fuel injectors which is not needed until the car has at least 25000 miles or more. Told them I only wanted oil change, they then told me 350.00 which was more then I paid Mercedes. They said they would not reset my oil reminder if I didn't get the full 550.00 service. I would give them a zero if I could. read more

An auto service department is one of the last places anyone would want to spend any time. However, if your car needs servicing, Audi Queens is a revelation. Over the past 20 years, I've leased almost exclusively M-Benz, BMW, & Audi. They are all fine cars. But, at some point, they all need servicing. These brands all have fine service facilities. But, in my experience, no auto service department has provided the consistently high level of courteous, prompt and skillful service that has been my privilege to experience over the past 3 years or so. In fact, probably the main reason I re-up'd my Audi lease was the knowledge that for another 3 years, when my Audi needed servicing, John Partsinevelos & his terrific staff would be available to help when needed. She took a lunch break right after we met and didn't hand off the paper work to another employee and literally let it sit. Waited almost 2 hours before I went to the desk to see what's up, turns out they didn't even have the claim sent yet and they did it in front of me... then asked me to wait 20 minutes on top of that which turned out to be 45. read more

Let me start off by saying wow... didn't think id have to change my review and only after a few months. I went into my dealership Audi Queens because I was having slight problems with the car and I thought it needed an oil change because it's been 3000 miles. Come to find out I only need to change it every 10,000 miles so I was happy.. so they did a full check of the car for me, and came back and said I need a new back brake pads and rear rotors. Which means when they took over the car and sold it to me they never change the brake pads SMH over $800 and I'm just having the car a few months can't wait to see how much more I have to put into this car SMH. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance to test drive a 2020 Audi SQ7 and driving to the dealership about 40 mins, only to learn that the car is not available for test drive. treating a client who currently owns an Audi Sports car and have a track record of driving high performance sports cars, Audi team here not only showed lackluster professionalism, but also disrespectful of people's time. Not only did the dealership loose a valuable client the brand Audi lost a returning client to a competitor. This is such a shame. read more

So where do I begin without just coming out and saying @AudiQueensNY @audi and @Continental_Tire Suck? Im driving home on the Long Island Expressway on August 22, 2020 around midnight when out of no where this symbol pops up on my Brand new Audi that I bought on June 17, 2020 . I looked down at my dashboard and said what the hell since I didn't hit anything and these are brand new tires. Not even 5 seconds later my tire blows out completely and the entire car jerks and almost went out of control, but thank god i was able to get to the side of the road safely. I get out of the car and see the entire tire peeled off the rim in a perfect way. I showed up to @AudiQueensNY today for my service appointment and find out @AudiQueensNY @Audi will not cover this , even though it's a manufacture defect and basically a new tire/car, the service guys at @AudiQueensNY @Audi said to me "that's why we offer tire insurance" . What good is tire insurance if I'm dead? What I should invest in, is life insurance if I'm going to be driving around with @continental_Tire tires on this brand @audi. But really that's the best solution you can offer someone who just had a near death experience on their brand new vehicle. This is my 6 leased car in my life and never have I experienced anything like this and I would usually have no problem spending money on a tire I used but it's 2 months and barely used. I will never go to this location EVER again for my services. No one is honest with you. They have had my car for over three days just to do an oil change and and inspection even though i had gotten a text message from Denise Lopes - Aiken that the car would be ready the next day that Friday . They lack communication at this facility. I'm done i will take my business to Jersey if i have to. then there was a recall on the camera they wanted to keep it for the weekend for what who knows. They did give me a loaner however I couldn't go any further then Jersey. Try to get in contact with a service manager and there is no one to be found. I was told that I can't take it out the state and my car wouldn't be ready until Monday. When I told them that I would take their loaner out state then a miracle happen and I was able to pick up my car even though there still a recall on the camera that has to be done which I was told that they couldn't do anything for me. On Saturday Feb 22 at 3pm I called and placed a deposit on a specific used car (year, color, interior, trim) that I had been looking for. As I live over an hour away and your website says you close at 5pm Saturday I would not have been able to drive and complete the transaction before closing. I made an appointment to come down to the dealership at 1:30pm the next business day to check the car and complete the sale. My appointment was 6 business hours from my deposit. I have my cashiers check and documents (title etc ready) and had already transmitted all of my trade in pictures/vin. I received a call at 10am from Patricia that the car was sold to someone else. I truly do not understand what the point of the reserving deposit was if the dealership continued to sell the car to another individual within 6 business hours of my deposit. It would have been routine business courtesy to at least give me a call so I could have done more to verify my purchase. As an Audi owner I am really appalled at this customer experience. An Audi dealership isn't supposed to act like a fly-by-night sketchy used car and tire business. Would it be ridiculous  to expect better? read more

Had a good experience with Sully Khan - he was knowledgable, helpful and most of all, trustworthy. He was willing to communicate with me outside of office hours to help quell any concerns I had. If I had to purchase another vehicle through Audi Queens, I would do so thanks to Sully. The dealerhsip itself is -very- nice. Newly built with state of the art facilities. It was truly a comfortable pleasant experience. The rest of the staff was also helpful and kind. However, my one concern was that I was going to be charged sales tax when no sales tax applied. I'm not sure if this was a genuine mistake on behalf of the staff or if they tried to pull one on me. My other quip is with regard to the "mandatory" ETCH fee of $200-$250. I was not allowed to remove such a fee although I think charging this fee is illegal under NY law (might have to double check me on that though). Overall, it was a pleasure purchasing my vehicle here and thanks to Sully Khan, I would be happy to do so again. read more

***UPDATED 9/12*** From 5* to 3* I had to edit my review since my most recent experience with the Audi Queens Service center left an impression. My view on their sales team is still the same as before, fantastic and I highly recommend Jay Liu. However, I recently took in my car for service and while everything seemed OK at first, I had a frustrating experience with retrieving my car and after. I received a call that my car was available for pickup and when I went to get it, I was told to wait a couple minutes for the car. However, I ended up waiting almost 2 hours for my car to show up with no service member checking up on me. I went to the front desk and asked for my car and after another half hour of waiting they told me that they had forgotten my car and that they input the service number wrong. While I understand human error is a thing, I felt that this could have been resolved if anyone bothered to check in on me considering I was sitting at the lounge the entire time. People who came in after me had all left and at one point I was the only person in the lounge which is within sight of the front desks. While this experience was frustrating, Louis and David were helpful with resolving my issue so I didn't think much at the time. However, my negative review comes from two weeks after when I was billed for not filling up my loaner car's fuel despite having done so. I called and they told me that they are unsure why I was billed and that they are taking steps to resolve it. What had started as a normal car servicing ended up being a bunch of unpleasant experiences and while the staff has been helpful, I feel that a lot of these experiences were simple mistakes that could have been resolved if someone took a bit more interest and time. My rating is now a 3* purely due how good the sales team is. I will hope that if I do go back to Audi Queens for service in the future that they step up their game. ORIGINAL REVIEW: After looking in the market for an Audi for quite some time, I was pleasantly surprised to find Audi Queens. Now after having visited and done business, I can say with confidence that this is the best Audi dealership I've ever been to. My brand specialist Jay Liu managed to get a great deal on a new Audi in addition to providing excellent customer service. After expressing interest, Jay and the team were very upfront and honest with pricing and other details. Furthermore, Jay was able to answer all of my questions and concerns both in store and outside of store hours. Jeff Zonen, the General Sales Manager also assisted when Richie was out of the office and even responded to me on his day off. Overall a very disappointing experience for my first time visiting Audi Queens service. For a new dealership with few customers, the service dept had very poor customer service and no acknowledgement of your presence. Took my vehicle for a simple inspection and oil change where I ended wasting more than half my day without getting anything done. I usually take my car to Audi Lynbrook but wanted to give Audi Queens a try as it was very close to home, but oh what a disappointment! First of all their service prices are extremely overpriced and a rip off. A oil change was supposedly $300 where most other audi dealers charge no more than $150. a 50k maintenance was being quoted 900 +, whereas Lynbrook charges $625 for the same. Had to pick up my car the next day, supposedly because they were unable to contact my insurance for tire replacement, yet when I called they said no one had put in a claim. the next day when I went to pick up my car, it took them nearly over an hour to bring it down, yet there were merely 3 other customers there, after repeatedly going to the nice receptionist to ask what was going on. on picking up my car, no service advisor or personnel approached me to see if I was satisfied nor did they see me on my way out, un like other dealerships I have dealt with. I was thinking of trading my car for a new or certified Audi, but I am skeptical after merely visiting their service dept. read more

I brought in my vehicle to get serviced due to a low oil light that was present on the dash. After topping off the oil I wanted to make sure that the care was running properly. After making an appointment and arriving I was greeted by....absolutely nobody. As soon as you pull in there is a podium where an attendant is supposed to be but nobody there. There was a glass wall separating the service attendants from the area however they just sat there and were unresponsive. After finding nobody I locked my car and walked through the sliding doors to speak with the service attendant, Grace. Grace was not the least bit concerned or understanding about the situation. Instead she stated off by asking if we had a tag from the person we were supposed to meet when we drove in...obviously there was nobody there and she could clearly see that. She then began to look at our service warranty and told me that it is going to take a week to get my car back due to backups. I was confused why they were continuing to accept cars with such a long wait time and no promise of a loaner. While coordinating a loaner I mentioned that I had a short trip to take out of the state and I would be returning the week after. Grace rudely assumed that I would be taking the loaner vehicle out of the state and interjected that the car must stay in the state...I had a flight. Grace then stated that an attendant can pick up the car and return my car to me so I made sure to write the day, time, and address where the attendant can do this before my trip. I handed the short note to Grace and after looking at it she had a look of confusion and disgust. She stated that she did not need this and she would call later to confirm. After leaving it seemed as though she thought that customers needed to serve her needs and it was totally unacceptable. Not to mention her little Starbucks order during our encounter. Grace had non existent customer service and it was a displeasure to have had any dealings with her that day. I can't comment on the sales department but the service department is very poorly operated and I will not be returning. read more

I left one Audi dealership because the service was garbage and Audi Queens proved today that they're not any better! Made a service appt nearly three weeks ago and made it that far out to get a loaner. It's a better option for my needs. A week before my appt I called everyday Mon-Thurs to speak to a service advisor to confirm my service and make sure I'm good to go with loaner. Everyday I'm transferred, no one answers and you can't leave a message as their mailbox is full. This gets worse every year. No one tries to help over the phone and no one takes ownership of the problem. Their reservation people also take useless messages that don't get answered. Fast forward to today. I get in to drop off my vehicle. I get to the advisor and I'm told that a text message was sent last night advising me that they're out of loaners! I never received such message. How, unless you mismanage your department, someone didn't do their job or not care do you run out of loaners for someone that scheduled service three weeks ahead? How does a text message that wasn't even sent help the night before? I was given the option to drop off my vehicle and they'd deliver it but I had to find my own way home! The advisor just shrugged his shoulders and couldn't care less. No apology, not a care in the world. After missing a day of work and compensation, I was forced to take my vehicle back and leave! read more

Where to begin? After doing my homework and based upon pricing, I decided to purchase a car from this dealership. What started off as a straight forward business deal for me turned into a horrendous experience. I had previously given all requested documents plus a deposit which they made a point of saying they would be charging an additional 3.9% for a credit card fee. This was all done through my place of business. I was told that when I arrived a the dealership all I needed was my drivers license and final payment as they already had all necessary documents. At no time was I told that I paid again by credit card there was another additional 3.9% fee - which they are profiting from using your credit card! I eventually asked to see the manager as the service rep was not empowered to do anything to help me, he came and just sat silent as a lamb, I offered to let them hold my cc card until I returned Monday with a check, they were totally inflexible, they would not use my cc card as a hold. I told him I was going to share my experience on the web - he asked if I was " threatening " him and then said - now I may not sell you the car? After he left I just caved in and just wanted to get finished and leave. I then discovered they had filled out the paperwork incorrectly- which I was told was ready and waiting for me - it now took another 45 minutes to get it redone, the salesman was totally inept at helping me and after an hour I had to deal with a closing manager. I have a acquired a lot of cars over my lifetime but I never seen so much paperwork as this! When I asked for copies of all papers I signed the man looked extremely annoyed almost like he felt I wasn't entitled to them. So short story of this is I would not recommend this dealership to anyone - unless you like to pay additional cc charges and have plenty of time on your hands! I just purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 from Audi Queens last weekend and my personal experience at this dealership has been nothing short of amazing. As it was the last weekend of the year, the dealership was quite busy when I walked in. However, that didn't stop the staff from greeting me and responding to all my questions. I was eventually introduced to Joán Lopez. It was an absolute pleasure working with him before I made my decision to make a purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the technology and features of the Q5. Once I told him which model and options I was interested in, he immediately offered to let me test drive a very similarly equipped vehicle. During the test drive and upon delivery, Joán gave me a very comprehensive crash course on how to utilize the safety features, HVAC controls, MMI, and convenience features for my vehicle. I pretty much left the dealership that day knowing how to operate nearly every feature in the car. Wow! What service! Arnolda and Justin make a great team! When my daughter and I arrived early to our appointment that we made with Arnolda,Justin did not let us wait. He offered us a cappuccino and some snacks while we were looking around. He showed us the 2018's and because the prices were a little higher than our anticipated budget, he showed us some preowned ones too. As we were beginning to discuss prices, Arnolda joined us and assisted us further with a test drive. They both made us feel very comfortable. Never did they push us to any decision. With our trade in and different financing requests that were made to different banks, we left the same day with a beautiful 2016 Q5. What can I say! They made it happen! I have been to this audi about 3 times now and in my opinion it has been the best experience. I've been to the one in Manhattan and the one in Jersey and I still rank this the best one yet. They are Very professional efficient and always leave me satisfied with the work they do. I recently had audi universal dash cam installed even though I was the 1st customer at this location to request for it to be installed they did a great job on it. I have had no issues with the camera what so ever it works perfectly I can not remember the mechanics name but he did a great job with installing the camera and making it look like a professional job also Patrick was the gentleman who has attended me each time I have come to this audi and each time he has been very professional Informative and very helpful. Everytime I go I try to make sure Patrick takes care of me because he is very good at his job and will be able to answer all your questions I recommend everyone to come to this location if you want a great service and very friendly staff. read more
