"window blade problem. wat a change? " i said " how much? " he said " $50 something " i said "okay " he said " want wash service? " i said " yes plz" forth. he said 3:40pm " we will waive window blade price " i said " thanks " fifth . 4:00pm he said "all done but sorry too late so cant wash" i said thats okay. then he didnt tell me price range and im not wondering price range too. i did month ago change oil for my s5 . ( i know price range for change oil ) he said " go there for payment " and i question to reception woman. This would be the 2nd time I leased an Audi from Audi Queens. Both times I worked with Andres. My experience with Audi Queens and Andres is phenomenal as always. Andres is always willing to work with me on options that works with me. He goes above and beyond to make sure I satisfied with my vehicle. My first lease from Audi Queens is an 2019 S4 I leased back in September 2019 which I am still currently driving today. Its an amazing fun car to drive. 19 speakers in the car? I feel like im in a concert . The responsiveness and power of the car surprises me every time! Last week I went to different Audi dealer closer to my home to get a lease on a Q3 at a Audi in Long Island but they weren't willing work with me on a deal and they didn't seem interested in helping lease the vehicle. I have had great service at Audi Queens with my new 2020 Audi a-4 which i leased from a dealership in North Carolina in November 2020. I dealt with Malcom in the parts department and Grace a service advisor. Malcolm gave me the correct information about how to affix my new front license plate and told me correctly that the hardware was already on the front fender. Malcolm was so polite and answered my texts promptly. I showed up on December 29th without an appointment and Grace took a look, figured out what had to be done and took my car to the back despite it being a very busy day. She then gave me what I needed to affix my easy pass and showed me some things about my new car which I did not know. She was so helpful, nice and professional and knew everything about the car. Avoid Audi of Queens at all costs! My experience here was beyond disappointing due to the poor professionalism of their finance manager. The wait time was unbearable--over 2.5 hours just to sign papers. To make matters worse, the finance manager was caught red-handed trying to alter the deal and sneak in an extra $250! When confronted, instead of owning up to the mistake, he became obnoxious and unprofessional, trying to shift the blame to someone else. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The finance manager clearly needs a lesson in respect and professionalism from his superiors. If you're considering this dealership, think twice and save yourself the headache. There are far better options out there! read more

I was extremely impressed by this dealership. It's rare to find a place that really cares about their customers. From the guys that took my car to valet it, to my salesperson, Emil, and then to the GM, Will, I have never felt so comfortable at any other dealership. I was a bit indecisive about what I wanted next, Emil and Will were very patient and explained all my options. I test drove 2 cars and discussed buying my existing. Got my Audi served here yesterday, it was my second visit, i purchased an Audi care package this time because I think I will stick with my Audi for a while. Building is new and modern, state-of-the-art. My service advisor was Grace( both visit), she is one of the best I have seen, she get her work done nice and quick, I don't have issue dealing with her. I had my car oil and break fluid changed, card washed, in under 3 hours. I was offered a loaner. Today I had a follow-up text from their service director, I am very happy with their service. To start he had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned my review which I'm assuming either the above reply is auto generated or by a secretary. That being said his reply to my complaint was "Ok thanks for letting us know." I guess I was naive to expect a "Please come in, let us make this right, we want your business" reply.
