Gutter Gophers came over during a downpour and was able to clean my gutters and down spouts. They could have cancelled but didn't. I was relieved to get my gutters draining again with the fear water might end up getting in my house. They were reasonably priced, quick, and knew how to be safe while doing the work. I would highly recommend them and will use them twice a year. read more

Super fast response to my yelp inquiry and follow-up to subsequent questions. On-time and efficient. Valued their opinion and expertise.

Fred and Ben were true professionals! They did a great job however in our case, we had a lot of water mixed with our lint in the connecting ducting to the outside of our house. The heating element of our dryer wasn't working and Fred pointed this out to us. We need to fix that and dry out our ducting and Fred told us how to do that as well. Yes, definitely, we highly recommend DGC services. Louis and Jane read more

Doug and his team are always fantastic to work with. They send reminders each year, are usually available within a day or two, show up when scheduled, and leave no mess whatsoever. When we arrived home we couldn't even tell they had been there. Dennis scheduled the work for us this year, and was very prompt and thorough in his communication. I highly recommend their services. read more

Wow. When I was told how much it would cost to clean the dryer vent, I was skeptical but not only was it thoroughly cleaned, the owner (Doug) & his employees went above & beyond to rectify another problem that came up, communicated with neighbors on my behalf, went to obtain the part AND the owner came back himself the very next day to complete the job on a Sunday. The communication was absolutely stellar & I am extremely impressed with their level of customer service & follow through. Thank you Doug & staff! One less stress handled. :) I highly recommend this company. read more

Lint Bandits was a wonderful company to work with. I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule my appointment for Monday afternoon. The owner called ahead to let me know the technicians would be on their way, so I didn't have to sit around waiting. Both were efficient and friendly. After the service was complete, I was shown the length of the dryer duct as well as all of the lint that had accumulated over the years. I was very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning performed by Lint Bandits. The two service technicians were very polite, explained the process to me, answered my numerous questions, and even took photos for me up on the roof where the dryer vent ends. It showed that the vent was 3/4 blocked with lint. They also explained that the vent tube was not even connected to my dryer, which probably explains why there was lint visible behind the dryer as well as a burning smell I've been noticing for the past couple of months when running the dryer. They replaced the tube and properly secured it with bands. I ran two loads in the dryer afterwards - no burning smell, and the clothes were completely dry. I wholeheartedly recommend Lint Bandits for their dryer vent cleaning. read more
