The food was good, but there wasn't a huge selection, but I think this is typical for an average Indian buffet unless you go to a very high-end place so the food was good for the price paid. The price was reasonable. I went with a large group and everyone was having the buffet so I just decided to do that too but next time I would probably just order what I want off the menu. It was pretty cramped though but it was clean and nicely decorated.

We were in at dinner time. We ordered malai kofta on the high spicy end. In taste it was good the curry was creamy and thick. The kofta balls also soft and flavourful. Only complaint they had less kofta balls as compared to amount of curry. Aloo paratha was spicy and had less stuffing, a bit under cooked too. Garlic naan was nice hot and crispy. Ambience is okay and staff service is good. Overall an okay experience there.

Kothu was generous with the chicken and very aromatic; it was spicy but I also tasted its depth. It was also rich with egg and other vegetables I could not identify. My understanding is that everything else (such as the recipes) are unchanged. The place looks pretty modern and is brightly lit. Looks like they have a decent bar selection too. Staff are friendly and chatty. As of the time of writing, there is a dinner special. I had a lamb curry combo. Comes with (plain or garlic) naan, some salad, a bowl of rice, and a tandoori chicken drumstick. Pretty tasty stuff. Portion size was a wee bit small though, as the combo bowls are physically smaller than the non combo bowls. Garlic naan is nice and buttery. Special mention. Paneer lababdar - nice big chunks of paneer. Really good sauce. Food was definitely tasty. Wouldn't mind coming back at some point. Recommended.

So, what do you do if you are craving for scrumptious chow anytime after midnight till the start of…read morethe witching hour at 3 AM when in or around Vancouver ? Forage in your fridge or pantry? BZZZZTT! Wrong! The right answer is to set out for a late night traffic-free drive and head straight to the aptly named Dosa Factory. Or, for the not-so-outgoing kind, order delivery via Uber Eats. Been there, done that! Foodie Factor: Each and every dish that we have had the pleasure of trying here has been delish, from the perfect Medhu Vada (the right level of crispy on the outside and tender on the inside), the oh-so-tasty Onion Rava Masala Dosa with Paruppu Podi (sprinkled generously with gun powder), the Gobhi Manchurian (so so good that it got me nostalgic!), the yummy goat biryani, the different flavorful curries, the spot-on green Coconut Chutney and Sambhar, to the refreshing Indian coffee. Top off the sumptuous meal with mukhwas or sugar-coated saunf (fennel seeds) when you visit the counter to pay the bill, and the entire end-to-end Desi meal experience is complete! Service with a Smile: What best complements the delicious food on offer here is the fantastic, friendly and prompt service, even at 1 AM! Hats off and kudos to Bhakti and co. for serving us hungry souls post-midnight, not just with yummy chow but also with their genuine smiles :) Ambiance & Vibe Check: Given the mostly Desi crowd at all hours from day to night, the babble of conversations, the quality cuisine being served, plus the ambiance and decor with larger-than-life frames containing snippets of India's culture and its monuments, it's perfectly reasonable to feel as is you've been transported to the country itself for the entirety of your visit! Talk about a holistic and immersive meal experience which is great for dates, group meetups, and even solo treats! Parking Pain or Perk: Parking along Kingsway during rush hours is no cakewalk, and the limited street parking makes it a tad bit challenging. Cue, one or more times of circling the block! If you do get lucky, rest assured that parallel parking to fit into a tight spot by the busy road will whet your appetite (though you might lose it in a jiffy if you make a dent on the street before getting to make one on the plate!) Bang for Your Bite (Value/ROI): Given the good portion sizes along with the quality of food and service, plus unlimited bottled water, you get a fair deal for the price you pay without feeling like you're splurging. Be mindful though that the EBTT syndrome (read, Eyes Bigger Than Tummy) will ensure that you end up ordering way more than you had planned to, so it's more likely than not that you will get an inflated bill with leftovers to take home. Clean-o-meter: The place is pretty neat, thanks to the attentive cleaning staff who are constantly on their toes, attending to plates and tables that warrant their attention. The restrooms were A-OK. All in all, my mother would approve, I think! Overall: Needless to say, I'll be back here soon, risking the EBTT and ensuing food coma, just to enjoy the food-induced high! Highly recommend! *BURP*

We were surprised by such a short expiry period and did not expect the vouchers to become invalid so quickly. When we questioned the expiry, the discussion became focused on our decision to challenge the policy rather than on resolving our concerns saying it was abusive. Instead of reaching a solution, we felt we were being lectured about etiquette and manners, which left us feeling dismissed and disrespected. Ultimately, we chose not to use the $50 in gift vouchers that had already been purchased. We decided to leave the matter there and did not use the vouchers and let her get away with the money as we would not trust the food that they prepare for us after this desperate treatment over $50. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed with the customer service, and we have decided not to return and telling everyone in the community. Don't give this place your money in advance, be careful and aware.
