The driver's name was Andy he was a complete douche bag and this is how my vehicle was treated after I paid them and then even paid them $100 just to pull it out on the street I wish I could give no stars and I will be talking to whoever's in charge of this little arrangement at the Austin Police Department and I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of license and registration against easy towing and Denver towing because they're one in the same they're owned by the same people and the same location doing the same shady crap
