Even though she tried not to show it. I told her the issue I would like to avoid- the edges always chip and lift after a week and I would like to get another week out of them if possible. When gluing the tips on she rushed through it, didn't size them appropriately, and only applied glue to the middle and didn't ensure the nails were completely glued on the edges. She stopped and left the station multiple times to gather different things and a certain point it seemed she chose to stop the process entirely to just finish with a rushed airbrushed version that looks terrible. She didn't communicate with me about her struggle to complete my request for dip ombré nails, or ask me if I would be ok with an airbrushed result. She just did it, leaving white paint all over my hands that would not come off for over an hour. I expected to pay around $60-65 max. So when I was told 74.00. I walked out paying 84.00 after tip for SIMPLE dip nails that were unprofessionally done with a stressed/unknowledgeable tech. I don't know if it was me, the day, the customer before me or what happened to make me receive the experience I did but I won't be back for a fill repair or replacement , just to pay overblown prices and walk out with nails I'm not happy with. It's been three days since getting them done and of course the edges are cracking, peeling and lifting. it's now very obvious she did not ensure quality of the tip fit or anything else as it looks like I need a fill, and repair, but probably better off with a full replacement of all nails....after 3 days. But like I said, Im not going back just to pay the same amount for poor results again.

Parking at this location is very easy because it's conveniently located in the new Reed's crossing shopping center which I find very easy to navigate. When I entered I was greeted promptly and able to check in for my service and select my color (bright orange) from the many available options. I love how the colors are organized, so neat and aesthetically pleasing. The salon itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed and constructed. There are 8 pedicure stations on each side/end and I believe there are 16 manicure stations in the middle. The salon is bright white with shiny accents and lush greenery with plants displayed throughout. I got the divine pedicure which included a scrub, paraffin wax, hot stones, and a massage, and it was so relaxing. I was in and out within an hour which I greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be back! Note: Tips are only accepted via cash, Venmo or Zelle. Definitely something to be aware of prior to getting your service.

We both got the pedicure with the hot stone massage. I've had a lot of pedicures over the years, so this particular service did not quite meet my expectations. The massage felt more like they were rubbing my legs rather than providing an actual massage. Also, when I got home, the bottoms of my feet did not feel smooth at all. They felt rough and uneven, which is something I really dislike. Because of that, I can't give this place a full 5 stars. I also got a full set of acrylic nails, and my nail tech was amazing. She practically read my mind and even picked out the perfect color for me. My nails turned out beautiful. The only thing I noticed was that my cuticles were not cleaned up. I'm not sure if that's typical in Oregon or just part of their process, but I do wish a little more attention had been given to them. Overall, it was a good experience. I have small nail beds and short nails with very arthritic hands and feet and they some how made everything look uniform and beautiful which not only requires skill but also experience! One of my toe nails was cracked pretty badly and they were still able to help shape the nail and never complained or made me feel bad for my the condition of my nails or my inflammatory situation. These people were so kind, intuitive and professional so for all of the above reasons I will not hesitate to bring my mother here in the future as well as myself for repeat business. Yes, it's a little pricey and having several technicians is unique but this shop is top notch, and was absolutely worth it in my opinion. She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
