You can definitely tell they just opened because everything feels fresh, clean, and well designed. My son and I had a mother and son date, and it was his first time getting a pedicure. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right away. The massage chairs were large and comfortable, although I wish the massage feature had been a little stronger. We both got the pedicure with the hot stone massage. I've had a lot of pedicures over the years, so this particular service did not quite meet my expectations. The massage felt more like they were rubbing my legs rather than providing an actual massage. Also, when I got home, the bottoms of my feet did not feel smooth at all. They felt rough and uneven, which is something I really dislike. Because of that, I can't give this place a full 5 stars. I also got a full set of acrylic nails, and my nail tech was amazing. She practically read my mind and even picked out the perfect color for me. My nails turned out beautiful. The only thing I noticed was that my cuticles were not cleaned up. I'm not sure if that's typical in Oregon or just part of their process, but I do wish a little more attention had been given to them. Overall, it was a good experience. The salon is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and my nails look great. There were a few areas that fell short of my expectations, but I would definitely give them another try.

Parking at this location is very easy because it's conveniently located in the new Reed's crossing shopping center which I find very easy to navigate. When I entered I was greeted promptly and able to check in for my service and select my color (bright orange) from the many available options. I love how the colors are organized, so neat and aesthetically pleasing. The salon itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed and constructed. There are 8 pedicure stations on each side/end and I believe there are 16 manicure stations in the middle. The salon is bright white with shiny accents and lush greenery with plants displayed throughout. I got the divine pedicure which included a scrub, paraffin wax, hot stones, and a massage, and it was so relaxing. I was in and out within an hour which I greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be back! Note: Tips are only accepted via cash, Venmo or Zelle. Definitely something to be aware of prior to getting your service.

The clientele was trashy and swearing loudly. Overall, I think that I would have been ok with the price if I was told about it first. Also, there are not enough technicians working which was why my massage was so long. You do not need a license until the drill is used and chemicals are introduced. I have small nail beds and short nails with very arthritic hands and feet and they some how made everything look uniform and beautiful which not only requires skill but also experience! One of my toe nails was cracked pretty badly and they were still able to help shape the nail and never complained or made me feel bad for my the condition of my nails or my inflammatory situation. These people were so kind, intuitive and professional so for all of the above reasons I will not hesitate to bring my mother here in the future as well as myself for repeat business. Yes, it's a little pricey and having several technicians is unique but this shop is top notch, and was absolutely worth it in my opinion. Wouldn't you rather pay more to get quality, long lasting results? I may be easy to please but I'm hard to impress but I was definitely impressed and I'll be back!

First time in my life it was so bad that I didn't even tip and I have no guilt over it. Person #1 came to remove polish from my dip nails. She was nice. No name badge so you don't know their names. Next this feisty madame running the place comes and says we do your toes. Okay!!! But it's someone else. I can tell she's new and has no clue what to do. I sit and put my foot in the bowl. NOOOO you can't do that? What?? They have to put a shower cap in the bowl. What an experience, having your foot in a plastic garbage bag. I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
