None of my old outgrown lashes were ever removed, instead they would just glue a new fan of lashes on the old fan of lashes on top of a single eyelash. Over the course of 5 months I was left with almost no natural lashes left due to breakage. It took having to go to another lash tech to tell me how damaged my lashes were and to not go back here. I started getting my lashes done in March- and there are some women that can go years with lash extensions before this kind of thing happens. I'm definitely not going back. As nice as the people are there- I need to care for the health of my poor lashes.

I wasn't rubbing or anything but they almost ALL fell out within a week of me having my last fill. I have loudly complained to all of my friends and remembered my friend having BOOM lashes all of a sudden who said they weren't extensions. SO she said she'd had a lift and tint. Essentially a "perm" to curl the lashes and tint to give your natural lashes that vavavoom!!! I'm SO very excited to say the least. SO excited. The waiting area is clean, extremely comfortable and QUIET. So far I'm loving the atmosphere. Fingers crossed for some BAM for my lashes!!! I have to admit I'm a big fan of the lash lift and tint!!! I have decent natural lashes. Mascara helps boost them but I'm used to being low maintenance with extensions. So I was looking for low maintenance again. My extensions ALL fell out, I believe due to allergies, and the technician who did them (NOT RETA,) offered to redo them but I was having SUCH bad eye allergies that I had hives and my eyes were swelling so I just opted to take a break during allergy season. I've tried 7 different lash techs for my lift and tints throughout Vancouver over the years, including at some very well known lash places. I've been disappointed every time until I found Ruby. I don't know how she does it but the amount of lift she is able to get out of my lashes is incredible. She is extremely detailed, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend her.
