Will is always asking if we have any questions and if he can explain what and why they are doing things. The mitigation team, the packing team, the demolition team always call 30-45 minutes before they show up at the house. They are very polite and respectful. I have not encountered anyone who made me feel like I was not the owner of the house. Communication was over the top and Will always wants me to understand the what and why and what to expect in the future. I especially want to name Will (project manager), Michael (packing and moving team), and Cody who is the head of all these teams. I highly recommend this company! Communication was awful -- the first project manager ghosted us for weeks, and no one at the company even knew he had disappeared. The new PM took another month to "get up to speed" on the project. We didn't get notice when workers would be arriving or what to expect for scheduling in general. There was no foresight about the scope of the project. We were encouraged to order flooring materials that ended up being impossible to use and then were charged a large fee to return them. Then they tore up flooring they were supposed to leave in place, causing another delay. It was a huge relief to finally finish and not to have to deal with their team anymore.
