Sergio and Rodolfo were incredible to work with and did such amazing work!…read moreWe recently bought a house and, after tearing out carpet in pre-move-in haste, we realized the floors could use some love a little sooner than planned. I reached out to Sergio for a quote and he was super friendly and answered all my questions/concerns without ever being condescending, unlike some other contractors that recently quoted the same job. Their rates were great and he had an option to add flush wooden vent covers to make it look even nicer than I could imagine! I feel so lucky they were able to squeeze me in for this job! We were hoping to beat the clock and have the floors refinished before all our furniture got moved into the new house. Now the house is looking beautiful! These floors are great and they patched over an ugly/defunct vent at the entrance, so it has made a world of difference walking through the front door and now just seeing this gorgeous floor shining with new light.

They've been very accommodating to install on my very specific schedule. They have a nice showroom with lots of samples to choose from. The install crew has been equally as professional, experienced, and wonderful to work with. They are so efficient and clean up when they leave. Their superstar install crew are Tyler, Jon, and Kevin. I highly recommend this business and will most likely use them again for carpet in another room when I'm ready.

From start to finish they were fantastic. Orest came out for a free estimate, gave us a clear plan and a fair, firm price, and stuck to it. The work was fast but incredibly high quality -- they matched our wall texture and blended the paint so well you genuinely can't tell where the openings used to be, and the siding repairs look seamless. They even went above and beyond, tackling an extra spot we hadn't asked about. Great communication throughout, and genuinely friendly, kind people who take pride in their work. We could not be happier with how everything turned out, and we'll absolutely be hiring OrCo again for our next round of home projects! Highly recommend!

His estimate was very good, and he and two of his three brothers, Viktor and Dimitri came to do the work along with David, who we called "a brother from another mother" as he was just like another family member with them! They joked and enjoyed some music as they worked and each knew exactly what they needed to do. They finished the work a little ahead of time and the completed job was most excellent! We would have them back in a heartbeat as their work was so precise and well done! David did a fantastic job of placing and taping plastic over the bed, over the clothes on the higher rods in the closet, over the sink areas in the bathroom, etc. so that they all stayed dust free. We visited the store several times with lots of questions, and he answered every one of them patiently and pleasantly. We picked out our carpet and tile and arranged installation. Ron made a measuring error on the carpet order, but as soon as he caught it, he owned it and fixed it right away. The carpet installers were quick, efficient, and polite. The tile work turned out beautiful, genuinely great craftsmanship. What really stood out, though, was this: when we got the estimate for the carpet installed, we couldn't afford it. We told Ron we'd come back and pick something cheaper. He said, "No, don't bother, I'll talk to my supervisor and get you a discount so you can have the carpet you actually like." And he did. Overall, a great experience from start to finish, and we love the results.

Paulson's preparation recommendations were very helpful - we knew ahead of time to clear any and all artwork on walls between the front door and the rooms being carpeted.
