We disc the project and he said he would get back to me in a day or so. After 3 days of no response from them I sent a follow up though the Yelp conversation. Never heard anything back. Yes he has the correct contact info. My guess ie that he didn't want the job. If they want to do a job, just say so. Not professional at all to not respond. For this I had to give them 1 star. thats only because he showed up quickly to review. UPDATE: Hector got back to me and informed me of the issue with the delay. The owner stated that only one painter, among the 10 or so that he employed, was trained to spray the exterior of our three-story house, and this painter was leaving the company. But rather than postpone our project while another painter was trained to, uh, paint, Final Touch simply canceled. Now we have to start all over again finding a reputable painting contractor who can fit us in during the busiest season of the year. What a frustrating waste of time.

Initially, we needed a handyman to install baseboards in our kitchen/family room.
