Loved this store! You get a small free coffee if you check in through Yelp. The coffee is actually really good and it's something I would come back to get . The parking lot is small but you can find a spot if you get there earlier in the morning. The service is very down-to-earth and the environment is very relaxed. I could spend hours there just sitting on my laptop if they had some chargers - this is probably my favorite place to get work done so far. There is a sale inside the store right now where you can get 40 to 70% off select items. The organization isn't the most intuitive but the person at the front desk can definitely help you and will walk you through what they have to offer.

I had no idea they had coffee here. I had heard of them as a clothing store. While a lot of people were sitting with their laptops, it's actually a fun vibe. Mostly to look at their merch and the motorcycle in the middle of the room. So tried an iced vanilla latte while my sister got chai and my cousins got a coke (LOL) and a cappuccino. Prices aren't listed for the specialty drinks. While we waited for our drinks, we browsed around the store. Good quality clothing! A lot of fun things you can buy here, like stickers or sprays for stuff. Didn't look to closely at much but the clothes. Parking is kinda tricky. It's tight and there aren't enough spaces. I'm sure we could've found parking on the street.

This is what an $7.5 oat milk cappuccino looks like. But nice place and outdoor seats and parking. Cappuccino was watery and foamy.

$8 oat milk cappuccino. They have nice outdoor seats, parking and nice clothing. But overall, pricy and not good.

$8 for THIS cappuccino is CRAZY! Trashed it unfinished as you see in the picture. What a pity, it was a beautiful spot.

I bought it less than two weeks ago and it's already broken. Very poor quality, I don't recommend it.

Poor customer service, poor product quality. I tried to contact them and they didn't help. The shipping was also very long.

Cute little coffee shop, perfect for a quick bite, Coffee date or mid day pick-me-up. Yummy coffee selections. I enjoyed the blueberry muffins with an iced vanilla latte.

Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk. Not good. What a horrible color.

Probably the worst matcha you can get in Venice. Not only that but it was overpriced. Will not be coming back. Please take a look at the picture of the matcha I ordered. It is all milk and no actual matcha for $8. What a ripoff for low quality matcha powder! My girlfriend ordered coffee and didn't like hers either.

Nice place to grab some tasty coffee and teas. They serve food as well. A good amount of seating indoors. Plentiful seating outside as well. Staff was very friendly. I asked for a towel to wipe down a table and they were quick to do it for me. A good amount of motorcycles and a couple interesting cars on a Saturday morning. Thanks to Mr Sun for the natural warmth.

We stopped in to Deus Ex Machina for coffee and a quick breakfast, and found it pretty busy on a Saturday morning. Thankfully, the line moved quickly! I got a Honey Bee Latte and an Avocado Toast and my boyfriend got the Superfood Iced Coffee and Smokey Chipotle BLT. We grabbed a table while we waited in the outdoor patio area, which was very cute and dog-friendly. The coffee took a while, but the food took significantly longer, so I don't recommend this place if you're in a rush. We both enjoyed our drinks (mostly me, the Superfood Coffee was just okay), but the food really stole the show. I absolutely loved my Avocado Toast, especially with the sun-dried tomatoes. The BLT was delicious too, and we did not leave hungry. Would return!

Deus Ex Machina is a place for Great coffee, awesome vibes, and a passion for motorcycles. Perfect spot to fuel up and gear up. Highly recommend!

Hipster coffee. I get the flat white and it's very good. Comfortable setting and a place to start off your beachy adventure.

We haven't been to that store before so I called ahead to see if they had the right size. I spoke to the manager Nelly, who helped me. The nice girl over the phone said they showed one pair, but wanted to physically check inventory to confirm. They did have them, and she set them aside for the day. Vuori is located on the first shopping block on Abbot Kinney (if you're coming from Main St). Upon entering, it's easy to find the counter towards the back of the store, and I was greeted by the blonde girl working. Letting her know an item was on hold, she directed me over to the fitting room. I saw two doors open but one had clothing in it, but another employee offered assistance, letting me in the other open room. I wanted to make sure the fit was proper, so I walked on out and the same employee was there to help. She was very informative, and said the fit depended on how you wanted the length to be, if you wanted them low or higher on the hips, etc. I knew I had made the right choice. Even though I had planned on wearing these primarily on flights, I have a feeling they'll be sneaking into my weekly wardrobe. Same girl rang me up, and this was a seamless transaction. She also sent me an offer code via email so I was able to save on my next purchase (which I already used on another pair of joggers). The name 'Shawn S' was on the bottom of the receipt, and I was here back in later March on a Monday. I'm starting to check out Vuori's site more now, and I'm happy my experiences with the company have improved immensely.

DO NOT BUY CUSTOM LEATHER JACKETS HERE…read more These guys have no idea what they are doing when it comes to measurements and tailoring and have terrible customer service to top it off. I wasted $1,600 on a leather jacket that's 10" too big for me and they won't exchange it or give me my money back. I stopped into the store one day, and a woman named Mary extolled the many benefits of a custom tailored leather jacket, mainly the specifics of how well it would fit. I bought one, and she took my measurements for it at the store. Nearly six months later it arrived and was WAY too big (see photo #1). We arranged for a return and she asked me for my correct waist size. I told her (and this is in writing via email exchange "I wear a size 32" jeans") and she assured me that would be enough for the correct jacket to be sent. Another nearly six months go by, and the new jacket arrives. And low and behold, it is again way off in the waist. I measured the waist (see photo 2) and it corresponds to a size 44" jeans. And now the store is accusing me of having worn the jacket and refusing to process my return, sent the jacket back to me, and refuses to answer my calls or emails. I spent a year dealing with these clowns. They are negligent and have no clue what they are doing. They got the measurements wrong not once, but twice in row! And now because they don't want to have to pay for the jacket (presumably the manufacturer is not to blame so they would be stuck with the bill) they are looking for loopholes in their return policy to stick me with the bill despite the fact that this is clearly their fault. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THIS STORE - THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING

What a wonderful surprise…read more I live just around the corner from Jamaica Bay Inn, and for whatever reason, it took me far too long to finally have dinner here with family and friends. I wish I'd discovered it sooner. The restaurant overlooks Mother's Beach, and the setting is exactly what you'd hope for: peaceful, relaxed, and quintessential Marina del Rey. You almost expect the view to be the highlight... Then the food shows up. For appetizers, we shared the hummus plate and the calamari. Both were excellent. As someone whose kids were practically raised eating seafood around the ports of New England, calamari is one of those deceptively simple dishes we judge pretty harshly. Beachside absolutely passed the test. I ordered the cheeseburger, which was solid, but the real stars of the evening were the roasted Jidori chicken and the jumbo shrimp fettuccine. The chicken was perfectly juicy, something that sounds easy but surprisingly few restaurants consistently get right. The shrimp fettuccine completely stole the show. In fact, it's now become my daughter's regular takeout order, and she's easily the toughest pasta critic in our family. Congratulations... you've officially earned the title of our favorite pasta spot in the Marina. The service was another highlight. Our server spoke both German and Italian, had a great sense of humor, and made the evening feel warm and effortless. Between the location, the food, and the hospitality, I already know this is going to become one of our regular family dinner spots.

First let me say that Nahum, who helped us was excellent. The absolute perfect balance of checking on you but not overdoing it. If it weren't for Nahum, morning sun, and the breeze, I think we would have sent back our plates and left. Really. We didn't tell him there were any issues, because once the decision was made to stay, why ruin his holiday too? lol Ordered coffee. Dreadful. Ok, no big deal. The food came out and I could immediately SEE The Unappetizing . It's special when you can tell that your food is going to be bad before you take one bite. The French toast was Sahara dry, burned and flavorless. The chicken, was competing with it in the dry and flavorless category-- I really can't say which was worse. I don't really use hot sauce and I drowned the tenders in Cholula just to make it halfway edible. Literally we could have waited for the AMC chicken tenders and they would have been better, which is horrifying. Particularly when you try to avoid fried food in general and now you are poisoning your body for no good reason. Husband ordered a steak and eggs, medium well. I'll attach the picture and I'll let you be the judge of whether or not it was cooked properly. Eggs were not good either. Immediately, I gave hubby more than half my plate because he eats All of Everything that's put in front of him. Something would have to get up and walk off his plate for him to not eat it. He was taught not to waste food, period. The exception was steak so that he could take it home, cook it, and then eat it. This was possibly the worst meal I've ever had, and certainly on a special occasion. So many places we could have gone today that would have been a different experience, but it will never happen again.
