This is the only cafe in SoCal that I've ever heard of that has Freddo Espresso, Freddo Cappuccino, Frappe, and Greek coffee on offer. This is huge! My fave neighborhood spot! All of the staff is great. You can tell by all the regulars :) have to shout out or fave barista Ian. He always makes us smile. I'm a big fan of their large drink option (why don't more places have this?!) and their sugar free vanilla. My go-to is an iced matcha (or regular latte) with sugar free vanilla. My partner always goes for the honey vanilla. Super smooth every time. Stop by here if you want a break from the farmers market crowds, and don't forget to check out the patio. Cute coffee shop with friendly service. Got the iced hazelnut latte with almond milk and it was the perfect afternoon pick me up. In addition to coffee and matcha they offer smoothies, juices, flavored sodas, bagels, and muffins. There's limited indoor seating inside the shop and a lovely outdoor patio area in the back which is a shared space with the restaurant next door. The outdoor spot truly was a gem to enjoy your cup of coffee while getting work done. As for parking there is paid meter parking near the front of the shop and around the block but can get packed if you go around peak hours. read more

I visited this coffee shop for the first time today before going to a nearby farmers market. A friend recommended it and kindly brought me here. I ordered chamomile tea, and it was excellent. When I asked about it, I learned that they make their own tea bags in-house, which really shows their care and attention to quality. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A gentleman came in with his service dog, and the staff were kind and respectful to the dog as well. I especially appreciated that he washed his hands properly after touching the dog. I once had a similar experience at another shop where that wasn't done, so this really stood out to me in a positive way. The shop was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. My 4 star rating would be 5 stars, but you can't help parking in L.A. There's plenty of meters but I love that free free so I park about 2 blocks down and stroll like the main character I am, all the way to the coffee shop. If you see a pastry, don't think twice and just buy it bc it WILL run out. I think about the olive oil cake often. Another good one is their delicious, gooey, chocolate chip cookie. There's space inside for you to work in (limited to know plugs though so come with a charged laptop) and ample space in the back if you want natural light, shade, and greenery (no plugs obvi) I tend to rotate the drinks I get but my top faves are the Spanish Latte, the Strawberry Matcha (half sweet), the Glow Up. read more

I loved the interior and little patio they had outside-- the vibes were very cute, perfect for catching up with a friend or working/studying! There's outlets inside by the tables too if you plan to study inside. We got the matcha latte and strawberry matcha. Strawb matcha was beautiful with a pink cream top and dried strawberry topping, but honestly the matcha flavor wasn't as strong as I'd like it to be. I've been trying to be more adventurous lately with finding places that serve good match lattes, but I think this one was a bit of a swing and a miss. I came early morning before work (around 7). The shop definitely gave off hip yet quaint vibes at the same time, and there was one barista serving at the time. The menu is short and sweet, but I wish there was more clarity on alternative milks and flavors they have. I got a matcha latte with whole milk and I asked for a bit of vanilla to sweeten the deal. The matcha grade felt a little weak, and I didn't taste too much vanilla. It tasted like a light earthy milk, which wasn't bad on my taste buds, but not was what I was looking for. I do applaud the service though, as the one barista offered me different sweetener options. Parking is pretty much 2 hr-metered spots along the street, but I got lucky since it was still early before the meters started running (and no one was really around yet). But I'm not sure if I'd struggle for parking during busier times. I think this is a decent spot, but not one of my faves just yet. read more

The raspberry flavor was negligible, and it pretty much tasted like a standard mocha, nothing special. The tables and stools were not my favorite for studying. They're pretty uncomfortable, even for short periods of time. On the bright side, they had plenty of outlets available. Also, the decor is so cute. The service was okay, but nothing extraordinary. While the staff was polite, I feel like they could have been a bit more friendly. They seemed almost irritated by our presence. read more

It was my first time coming here. The clerk recommended an espresso with tonic water and lemon rind. I liked trying new things, so I followed through with the recommendation. The first few sips were bitter and unfavorable, but as I continued to sip it, it started growing on me. It tasted more and more refreshing without the need of any sugar. I ended up enjoying it and I'd like to recommend other adventurous coffee drinkers to try it. I want to ask if maybe it will be less bitter if lemon zest was used as opposed to a lemon rind to avoid the bitter pith. The interior of the business was beautiful with naultural lighting. This is the best lighting to have when studying or working, which they appropriately accommodated. It was clean and well organized. P.s. they also had a handsome man in their mirror. I was expecting a cute mug or latte art given the drink was $7. However, it was just a simple paper cup and lid. The taste was too sweet for me and I couldn't taste the coffee. I think the ratio of coffee to milk/ sweetener is off. My friend had a different latte and also disliked it. Overall, I loved working here and the patio is lovely. There also was not much seating which I know is not always available but there just weren't many options. I ordered a latte and was not overly happy with the quality. It was bitter and not smooth.
