My latte heart was happy to see this spot use Clover Milk. The layout is nice and spacious with indoor and patio seating and lots of nooks to soak in the vibes or remotely work. The service is awesome and friendly! Recommended bites are their breakfast burrito with the Habanero Salsa on the side, Breakfast Sandwich and Truffle Parmesan Tots with a Vanilla Latte or a Lemonade to cool you down.

Most beans had been roasted a month ago and the "newest" was about 2.5 weeks old. Selection was limited with about 4 varieties mostly natural (not washed). Shop is small but has decent seating and I can usually find neighborhood street parking.

I loved the floral flavor of the Sakura matcha, and the wrap was fresh and flavorful. This is a great spot to grab a quick bite and coffee from, and I would totally come back if I'm in the area.

I don't know if this message should be directed at the workers who are always trying to be nice or the customers who don't seem to care about the people waiting around them.

The one odd thing was all the drinks we ordered came in glass with large cracks in them. They looked a bit risky to drink out of since it looked like it could shatter if you're not careful.
