However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Not gonna lie: sometimes I forget to shut my trash bin. Then it rains. Sometimes a trash bag leaks…read moreand leaves putrid trash juice in the bottom of the bin. Sometimes I forget to put the trash out and the bags sit for two weeks. Oh btw it's 90deg and humid, (and baby flies love it). At some point this becomes an untenable situation and I have to rinse out the bin. Where? My lawn? The gutter? Not ideal. And I imagine the trash truck workers having to deal with the horrendous smell of my trash can. I love this service: they eliminated all of this! And it's not expensive! And they're pros- show up when I need them, leave my bin clean, smelling like well, nothing. They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies.
