They are punctual, respectful, responsive, and well priced. For all the cleaners I've worked with (and we've been through quite a few before finding the right ones), I have yet to find a company that matches the quality and value of Complete Green Clean. This is usually less appreciated when looking for cleaners, but the manager is on site for just about every cleaning and every walkthrough, so things are always done correctly the first time. They are also not a team that will work slowly to get more hours charged, I've never seen them lollygagging and they work hard, efficiently and thoroughly. If you find yourself wondering if you should hire them or not, you should. If someone as picky and difficult as me is impressed, you will be too.

They particularly asked what kind of chemicals we prefer and we said whatever that can get the carpet cleaned. They then sent two cleaning ladies (who were late for half an hour). I gave them my phone number to call me once the place is done, but they never called and left with the door unlocked, carpet uncleaned, and various other places uncleaned. I then communicated with the manager, manager said they can't clean the carpet (which they agreed to at the first place and was the reason I hired them in the first place) and found another carpet cleaning company to do it, at extra $550. I asked for a discount because the work was not done well, e.g. even surface of cabinet and floor uncleaned, manager gave me $20 off, and with many back and forth, sent back the ladies to finish the cleaning, which delayed our showing of the place by two days. After the second cleaning, I was going to pay them, they said they will take the $20 discount back because they came back finished the cleaning - not that I care $20 that much, with such service and all the time and efforts used to communicate with them and the delayed showing of my rental property, I would think taking back $20 discount at last minute is ridiculous, but I am exhausted communicating with them, will definitely not recommend them -- Follow up - They accused me lying on google review and try to twist what happened (go check it there if you want) and i have to paste the screenshots of the texts to prove I'm not, avoid this business

While her reviews on HomeAdvisor spoke volumes of her expertise, the services rendered to my home were less than acceptable and highly disappointing. I conducted a walk-through with Kris and discussed that I needed a deep cleaning to my kitchen floor, throughout the entire home, windows/blinds cleaned and dusted, curtains taken down, washed/dry and re-hung, cabinets cleaned out, stove and countertops, doors cleaned, vacuum carpet down to basement, bathrooms cleaned and MBR shower cleaned - IOW, clean the entire home. I would provide the laundry detergent for the curtains and she would provide the cleaning supplies and equipment to clean our home. She agreed and even suggested to me that she would ensure to also "scrub the doors where dust collects in the grooves where people don't pay attention to". I was ecstatic that she noticed things to further address that I didn't even consider. She asked if there were any cleaning products that I preferred or disliked and I informed her that I did not like Comet because it leaves a powdery residue behind. This was one of the products that she prefers to use and she convinced me that she would ensure my home would be explicitly cleaned without the residue, so I agreed to her using it for the services. She quoted the price of $520/$260 deposit upfront and the remainder after our walk-through post-clean inspection. I thought this was somewhat pricey in my but for the size of our home and due to us moving out, I was willing to pay her price, and proceeded to contract her services for 0900, the morning of 24Jun22. The evening prior to service date, Kris texted me to confirm the appointment for 0900 on the 24th of June and I acknowledged that my husband would be there to let her and her team inside the home. That morning, my husband texted me at 0859 to inquire as to the time of the appointment. They finally arrived at 0915 and my husband escorted them into the home. At 1:51pm, Kris texted me to let me know they were finishing up with the cleaning and for me to come and conduct the post clean walk-through and I informed her I would be there in 40 minutes. On arrival, I met Kris assisting with the clean up and she asked me to walk through to see if I was pleased with their services. I proceeded to the master bedroom and noted that the floorboards had not been cleaned, there was comet residue stains all over the tile in the shower, the door had not been mopped, the doors had not been dusted, nor the shower floor cleaned. Furthermore, they had just placed the curtains from the living room in the washing machine prior to my arrival. None of the other curtains were cleaned, nor the carpets throughout the home vacuumed. I pointed out these deficiencies to Kris and she sent her son to re-clean those areas and she said "It's not going to be perfect". I took her to the side and told her I did not hire her for perfection, I contracted her services to clean my home. At that point, I asked her and her team to leave as I was not about to waste more time and money for services that should have been rendered during the 5 hours they were in my home. Consumers, please be advised that Keen Queen Clean LLC is a SCAM. How she is being endorsed by Angi's list and HomeAdvisor is incredibly disheartening as these are reputable resources that promote QUALITY CLEANING SERVICES; however, KEEN QUEEN CLEAN LLC does NOT even measure to the BASIC standards of CLEANLINESS. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone!

After a lot of back and forth trying to reach them for a meeting (enough back and forth for it to be very noticeable, but I assumed and assume they were simply frequently on call, and I had some connectivity issues during the latter phase of trying to make an appointment, so no foul there), we scheduled our appointment. I emphasized how urgent it was that we meet on a Tuesday, starting at 3:30 and ending at 6:30, and they agreed to the time slot. Move out services, and all. Nobody likes to upset the person holding their deposit, so we wanted things to go smoothly. Around 2:00, I was notified that the cleaners were running up to two hours late. That was far from ideal, but if we started at 4:00, maybe it could still work. As the hours rolled past, I grew increasingly anxious until, finally, I took off work to be present in case they showed up. I called several times and texted the number I had been given, but no reply. Finally, my landlord arrived to see what was going on with the cleaning and was met with a house not ready for review. They commented on many areas that would have been resolved with cleaners, but now they've got in their minds that the place is in some kind of disrepair. That was supremely upsetting. VERY close to 6:30PM, Brittos finally texted me back saying that the cleaners would arrive around 7-7:15PM. I was gobsmacked that they even reached out, it being AFTER the entire window had passed. There was no fuss when I said I was unwilling to pay and didn't want the services anymore, which I appreciate, but I do feel used wrongly here. I'm sure this isn't indicative of their general service, but lacking explanation or apology, I don't think it's unfair to post this experience. --- An update: Around 9:30AM the morning and after this review was posted, I saw in my email that Briitos had charged me for the services rendered (not rendered) after all, with this added to the end: "Also please understand this is a company and we thank you for your review." So five days ago, I was told the payment would not be taken, and about an hour after I posted a review, the payment was taken with an out of context "Please understand this is a company and we thank you for your review." Yeah. Pretty expensive bit of integrity, but worth it.
