When I opened the door the ladies were there and so was the mail man with a package I had to sign for in order to receive. So, I am guiding the ladies in, signing a receipt, telling the caller to hold on, and my little dog is excited with all this activity. The team went right to work! When I got off the phone and went to formally greet them they pleasantly stopped for a moment to exchange greetings and get some details about something I wanted them to do on this visit. I have had individual house cleaners, small and large company cleaners, but never have I had the efficient, detailed cleaning as I had with Two Maids and a Mop. I cannot believe I waited so long to set an appointment. I am so glad that I finally tried this company. I will be a regular customer. Great job! Thank you. Amoke A.

Whatever you do, don't agree to automatic scheduling because they won't let you opt out of it. Nor will they let you cancel appointments, however much notice you give. I cancelled an appointment two weeks in advance, BOTH by phone and by email. Then two days before the cancelled appointment, they emailed me a confirmation of the appointment, as if it were still scheduled. When I emailed them to protest, they replied that the message was sent in error by a former employee. (This was implausible, but fine: no harm done.) Then, two days later, at the time of the cancelled appointment, the cleaners came anyway. I wasn't available then, so I had no choice but to send them away. I called the company to complain about their aggressive practices and to rebuke them for wasting their cleaners' time, but they neither answered the phone nor replied to a subsequent email I sent. Avoid them!!!!!!

They particularly asked what kind of chemicals we prefer and we said whatever that can get the carpet cleaned. They then sent two cleaning ladies (who were late for half an hour). I gave them my phone number to call me once the place is done, but they never called and left with the door unlocked, carpet uncleaned, and various other places uncleaned. I then communicated with the manager, manager said they can't clean the carpet (which they agreed to at the first place and was the reason I hired them in the first place) and found another carpet cleaning company to do it, at extra $550. I asked for a discount because the work was not done well, e.g. even surface of cabinet and floor uncleaned, manager gave me $20 off, and with many back and forth, sent back the ladies to finish the cleaning, which delayed our showing of the place by two days. After the second cleaning, I was going to pay them, they said they will take the $20 discount back because they came back finished the cleaning - not that I care $20 that much, with such service and all the time and efforts used to communicate with them and the delayed showing of my rental property, I would think taking back $20 discount at last minute is ridiculous, but I am exhausted communicating with them, will definitely not recommend them -- Follow up - They accused me lying on google review and try to twist what happened (go check it there if you want) and i have to paste the screenshots of the texts to prove I'm not, avoid this business
