Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. Although I make my payment there is still the notification in my car as if I didn't pay it. If the payment is not made there is a "kill" switch and the car will not start. Each time they have done that has been in error. I have to call and then get a rude person telling me they don't see my payment and then all of a sudden, they see the payment. If you have any other choice go to a different dealership. Challenged credit or not. Very frustrating

Worked great for a week until the turbo boot popped loose (which was another repair they made) . They failed to even bolt the head back correctly and it's leaking oil now and timing is off. We took it to the dealership trusting that it would be fixed correctly and now thousands of dollars later it runs worse than before. Repairs were supposed to be under warranty but they admit no wrongdoing or offer any real resolutions, instead lie and say that we were told it needed a new motor and declined, which I have invoices to prove was never presented as an option. Incompetent service and complete disregard and terrible customer service by their management. We're longtime customers but I will never buy and have anything serviced there again.
