What an amazing experience with Destination Drivers! The process to book, the communication throughout, and the day of experience = all 5 star! Jamal was our driver and he showed up dressed to the 9s with his 10 out of 10 professionalism. He was courteous, a true gentleman, and was an extremely safe driver. He checked us into all of our wine tastings, opened our car doors, and was a great conversationalist. This man is a gem! He is a great representative of Destination Drivers. We will definitely be using Destination Drivers for all of our future wine tasting needs

We had such an incredible experience all throughout, and having Jamal as our driver made it even better. He was so patient, professional, attentive, personable, and made us feel taken care of. Jamal was such a great addition to the wonderful day we had. We're so grateful for all he did for us--checking us in to every winery, opening the car doors for us, helping us manage our time between reservations, and even calling places on our behalf notifying other vineyards that we would need to push our reservation back. Used Destination Drivers service on a recent wine trip to Paso Robles. I booked the service last minute (8 pm at night) due to a change of plans. I got a phone call shortly after confirming my request. The deposit was easy and confirmation was made for the driver to show up at our Air B&B the next day at 11:45. "Anne" was prompt, friendly and super accommodating! The service allows the driver to drive your vehicle and wait while you stop at various locations. We booked our service from 11:45 to around 5:45-6 pm. Anne was safe and handled my vehicle with ease. It was a great experience and was super easy. I would most definitely use this service again!

This was my first time in Paso Robles and I can't tell you enough how gorgeous this county is!!!! Our trip wouldn't be the same without our driver and now good friend Wayne. What a genuine, knowledgeable, and witty driver we had along our journey, making this trip the cherry on top. He is truly one in a million keeping our group hydrated, entertained and up to date on any extra curricular events in the area. I will gladly give this company another 5-star review. We used this company due to their great reviews and since using them, my wife and I agreed with these ratings! Simply put, Roland (our driver) was outstanding!! He's very knowledgeable of the area (Paso Robles), was extremely personable and just really professional from the moment we met him. He made our trip that much better while also keeping us safe (driving) so that we could enjoy ourselves. Roland just loves what he does and it shows. There's nothing better than having a good time and allowing someone else to experience that good time with you. I would actually say he enhanced it which he did. He made these delicious homemade cookies which he didn't need to do but that was awesome as well. My wife and I will be using this service again when we come back and hopefully we get Roland again! Our designated driver, Wayne, was phenomenal. He was on time, professional and friendly. It was our first time using a service like this and we will definitely be repeat customers! I was in Paso Robles this past weekend for harvest festival with 2 other couples. We contacted destination drivers and they quickly responded with a driver for this busy weekend. Pat, our driver was promptly at our hotel and drove our car for us!! We all had a fabulous time without worrying about who was driving. Pat was extremely knowledgeable and a great driver. We had a list of places we were visiting. Pat gave us additional information on some other wineries. What an amazing day! Best and safest decision I've made ever for wine tasting! We had 4 of us and it was so comfortable in our own car. Jamal was an absolute gem! He Called the winery to let them know we were running a little late and we were able to get to 4 wineries and eat lunch all in our time allotted. Offered to take pictures for us, and kept us tracked for our next tasting appointment. I would definitely use Destination Drivers again. This is a wonderful service where they use your car and provide a driver. A good cheaper way of staying safe where you can purchase wine and you don't have to lug it around because you have your own car. On this particular venture we went from Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo. We had some extra time and our driver, Eric, knew of a small but excellent winery with a beautiful tasting room. He also had great suggestions for where to go for before and after dinner cocktails. The driver was courteous, fun to talk with, and made sure we were taken care of at every stop. Definitely worth the $35/hr we paid for the safe journey and wonderful service!! We would definitely use this service again! read more

Destination drivers was an easy and convenient way to go winetasting in the Paso area. Our driver Eric went above and beyond. He brought us to some wonderful wineries that were delicious. Our four-year-old daughter was with us and Eric was very sweet to her, even signing along to the Frozen soundtrack as we drove. I highly recommended this service and especially Eric. This is a GREAT service!! FIVE STAR. Pat, our driver, was at our front door exactly on time and took the wheel of my car without hesitation. He was so friendly and informative and had great insider info for wineries and restaurants. There are a lot of winding roads and narrow passages that I was relieved to not have to worry about. Richard was our driver for the day and made our trip so much better. It was great to not have to worry about driving and just enjoy the wineries in Los Olivos. We had unfortunately forgotten to fill our vehicle up with gas before we headed out. He noticed on our way to the first winery. He found a nearby gas station and went and filled it up while we were tasting. He kept track of our schedule and called ahead to the wineries when we got a little behind. Trust me...book them for your wine touring in Paso Robles (PR)! At the suggestion of my cousin, who lives in PR, we booked them for our touring. We were so happy we did...everyone should. Based on our first winery our driver, Billie, realized the more boutique wineries were what we would love. Billie was exactly right! We will be back next September for my bday and definitely book Destination Drivers, requesting Billie again. She made our day special by giving us tidbits about PR and the wineries we toured. We loved chatting with her. She even baked us cookies to go along with our cheese boxes which was very sweet of her, we loved them. And God forbid any paying customer -- solo or not -- has a problem with a wine tour, for we can see the level of cordiality, care, and accountability they'll encounter *** The Wine Line discriminates against solo travelers and refuses to do business with them unless you agree to a hefty solo supplement -- for a shared tour! I was once a happy repeat customer, but when trying to book last year, a representative told me, word for word (see emails in photos), this: "We are currently not servicing single passengers due to the work required... your patronage is simply untenable, financially." Wow, my patronage is simply untenable. That's straight up greed with a dose of haughty nastiness. I've never heard anything like that before, ever, from any business, and I've dealt with some truly awful and shady businesses before. Also: want to bring your pup along? No more, and especially if you are traveling solo with one: "It's just a bit burdensome and financially a loss to accommodate a single... particularly with a dog." Wow, we're a bit burdensome too. This policy and this attitude is the opposite of the welcoming spirit I experienced from them before. If they're comfortable sidelining solo guests, I can't help but wonder what other corner-cutting decisions, surcharges, and greediness now lurks behind the facade they project on Yelp and on their website. I truly regret having given them a glowing review in the past. To anyone who heeded my previous advice and ended up deceived, I apologize. Avoid. We don't need to condone this behavior from ANY business.

I would highly recommend this service. Because he would let us know how far to the next winery prior to tasting in the current winery we were able to maximize our tasting experiences. Jon was personable and nice and hung out somewhere close by so that he could carry our purchases to the car appearing almost magically as we checked out. Another thing I really liked was that he would text me in the morning to confirm the pickup time. That also made sure we were on time for our first tasting. A great way to taste by maximizing your time and not worrying about who is driving or getting lost.

This was a last minute decision for my husband and I to book a driver, but the best one we made all weekend.... Sean was awesome and gave me all the information I needed to get the day booked and started. Rick our driver was AMAZING. I cannot say enough great things about him. Rick was at our hotel on time, professional and ready to go. He asked me what wineries I wanted to visit, I told him my plan and never again did he ask me the names. He remembered all 5 and in the order I had said - and the best thing was he knew a few little shortcuts to make the best of our time! He had amazing information about the area, facts about wineries, great suggestions of places to visit and check out and just an overall personable guy. He opened our doors, went into the wineries with us (so they could see we had a driver and let them know a heavy pour was ok :P), took photos of us at each stop and he even got us a cheese box to enjoy after our second winery from a local cheese place! He was truly professional and a wonderful guy that made our getaway experience that much better. I can't wait until our next trip up there so we can request Rick to be our driver again. read more

What a great idea! Finally, we can get together to go wine tasting and no one gets left out because they have to drive. Our driver was so accomodating as well as friendly and professional. He picked us up at our hotel, took us where every we wanted to go, and made great suggestions. At the end of the evening, he dropped us at one of the wineries for dinner and drove the car back to our hotel. He made sure we had the number of a cab company, suggested we call early and even offered to come back for us if they didn't show. Now that's customer service!! However, the best part was being dropped off and picked up at the entrance of each winery where he opens your door. Who needs a limo when you've got limo service. Not to mention for a fraction of the price. The water and snacks were great too, gotta find out where he's shopping. I loved this experience and can't wait to use this service again. read more

Wayne was a great driver during our visit to Paso Robles this past Martin Luther King holiday weekend! It rained and one vineyard canceled our tasting due to weather and Wayne was able to use his networking to get us in to Austin Hope. Amazing winery and wines. We got a great seating area! Wayne was so helpful with loading our purchases and into the car. During the next few places he would take pictures of us enjoying to amenities and the offerings. He made suggestions of places to eat and they were delicious! He even went to do a task for us while we were at another tasting. During out tasting at Anarchy, Wayne waited for us to finish which was almost two hours past the time we set. We spent the day with Deneen this past Friday, and everything about the day exceeded our expectations. I found DD through a Google search after realizing we wanted to go tasting, didn't want to drive, and wanted to bring our dog. This service was the perfect fit! Sean got things off to a great start with suggesting places to go that fit our desires and getting reservations set when needed. Deneen brought everything home when we were connected with great lunch suggestions and prompt communication. She knew everyone at the wineries we went to which made things so easy. By the end of the day, we called her our friend (well, that probably happened about 30 minutes in!) I highly recommend contacting DD for your Paso (or anywhere they are I bet!) driving needs. This is such a great service! You get to ride in the comfort of your own car and have a friendly, knowledgeable driver take you wine tasting. They served us water and food throughout the trip, carried our purchases, and introduced us to some of the wine makers. They arrived on time and stayed until we were ready to go home. It is a lot cheaper than a limo and again, you get to ride in the comfort of your own car. I would highly recommend this service not only for safety (don't drink and drive) but it made wine tasting more enjoyable and fun. We have wanted this type of service for a long time. We've used many driving services in the past to visit our favorite wineries, but Destination Drivers is the BEST! The price was very competitive and as a bonus they carry their own insurance. Our driver, Wayne, was prompt, friendly and an excellent driver. He had knowledge of the area and made sure we arrived at each appointment on time. Additionally, he offered to take pictures and even get gas for our car during one of our appointments, when we were running low.
