Simply put, Roland (our driver) was outstanding!! He's very knowledgeable of the area (Paso Robles), was extremely personable and just really professional from the moment we met him. He made our trip that much better while also keeping us safe (driving) so that we could enjoy ourselves. Roland just loves what he does and it shows. There's nothing better than having a good time and allowing someone else to experience that good time with you. I would actually say he enhanced it which he did. I was in Paso Robles this past weekend for harvest festival with 2 other couples. We contacted destination drivers and they quickly responded with a driver for this busy weekend. This is a wonderful service where they use your car and provide a driver. A good cheaper way of staying safe where you can purchase wine and you don't have to lug it around because you have your own car. On this particular venture we went from Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo. We had some extra time and our driver, Eric, knew of a small but excellent winery with a beautiful tasting room. He also had great suggestions for where to go for before and after dinner cocktails. The driver was courteous, fun to talk with, and made sure we were taken care of at every stop. Definitely worth the $35/hr we paid for the safe journey and wonderful service!! We would definitely use this service again! read more
