Ellie and her team made our trip to Paso over the top. Will picked us up in a sprinter van. He had bubbly ready to pop at the airport, as we walked out of baggage claim. The seats in the van reclined. Every detail was thought through from the bubbly, to the help with our plans to the champagne glass holders to make sure your glass was upright. Will was flexible and dependable. He gave us great suggestions for breakfast the following morning and was willing to extend the day, to allow an extra winery. The second day we had Sara, who was equally as lovely. She was on time and communicated well. She also added an extra stop on our way back to SLO. Ellie helped me coordinated the trip beforehand. My family and I traveled to enjoy the Paso Robles Wine Country between April 12th - April 14th, 2024 for my 28th birthday! None of us had been wine tasting before, and were definitely unknowing to the ins and outs of how the process of booking tastings worked. Ellie was just outstanding to work with from start to finish! From booking the car for transportation, to discussing different wineries and restaurants to enjoy a bite to eat, Ellie was knowledgeable, patient, and truly made the whole process so stress free. Ellie even assisted my group and I with an existing reservation and handled the situation so professionally and flawlessly! Our driver for the day, Will, was absolutely phenomenal and was so sweet and kind. We asked to stop and eat between wineries and Will even called our wineries in advance to let them know we were behind schedule. Not to mention the inside of the car looked like a private jet and was so luxurious! Truly a 12/10 experience and Ellie was so pleasant to work with. Wow! What an experience. When I had 6 of my friends come to town for a fun adventure I knew transportation was a must. We ventured all over the central coast and had the absolute best time. Ellie was punctual and professional making our trip perfection. We were able to connect our phones to the TVs/sound system and rocked out to 90's music videos while also playing hilarious (provided) games! It was so great.
