I highly recommend Toast Tours for your next wine tasting day in Paso. Ask for Ernie! We had a group of 9 women who wanted to wine taste for the day. We rented this great party bus where we could all face each other and talk and dance to music and it was the absolute perfect day. Ernie was our driver and he did a great job keeping us on task and allowed us to play our own music and brought the positive energy and the great vibes the entire time. read more

The reason for writing this review is twofold. First, I want to share my experience with everyone who may be considering Toast Tours. Second and most importantly, I wanted to thank Toast Tours for a wonderful and memorable experience, from beginning to end. My Wife and I were making our first visit to the Central Coast, and decided that visiting some local wineries would be a nice way to get more acquainted with the area. I liked some of the reviews I had seen on Yelp regarding Toast Tours, as well as watching a a few quick YouTube vids before contacting them. From the very start, Kristina was a huge help. Thank you again. I conveyed some of what were looking to do on this trip, as well as our past experiences in Napa and Sonoma. Kristina did a masterful job of giving us options. Some more mainstream and like we have experienced before, as well as some smaller, boutique style options. Every question, she had an answer and suggestion for, and when we decided to book, I was confident in our choices. Toast Tours also takes care of the reservations, so that's one less thing to worry about as well. We chose to visit three wineries; Tablas, DAOU, and Ciento. All three were an amazing experience (I'll write more about those individually on their pages). I do want to highlight Ciento, however. This was a direct recommendation from Kristina, and they really stole the show. We would have never known or visited this wonderful winery if it wasn't for Kristina and Toast Tours. Our driver, Jimmy, was on time and extremely courteous. He has a wealth of wine knowledge, as well as local area knowledge, and he shared them in a fun and engaging way. He was a great help at each of the wineries, getting us in and out with our reservations, while also assising with our purchases. Thanks again, Jimmy!. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and they provide water and some small snacks, if needed. Another thing I want to mention that was very nice as well is the price. While these types tours can be a bit pricey at times, I feel their rates are more than reasonable. Kristina itemizes everything beforehand, so there are no surprises. If you decide to make some small changes to the itinerary, Toast Tours will work with you, and give you the cost differential. Exceptional service from top to bottom, and I would gladly and confidently book with Toast Tours again.. read more

Had a wonderful time with Toast Tours. Our guide Lori was amazing and so accommodating for our big group! Had small kids and were able to get our car seats and everything loaded in safely, wouldn't have been about to do it without toast tours, thanks again! read more

What an amazing experience, we had never been wine tasting. From the beginning booking process with Kristina was flawless and tailored to what we wanted and even what we didn't know we wanted. Our guide Lars was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, he explained the history of the region, the differences in wines and was able to get us situated with the winery we chose to have lunch at. Very laid back and made us feel comfortable from pick up to drop off. Highly recommended. read more

We went up north to Paso Robles, and wanted to do a wine tour, but we had our dogs with us. We did a little bit of research and found Toast Tours and they accommodate people that have their fur babies with them! Jennifer was our driver extraordinaire and she came to pick us up in a beautiful large van that had plenty of room for three adults and two doggos. She had great stories and was very knowledgeable about the area and wine with a good local vibe lol She kept us on track and had really great advice for us as well. AND she has horses . We highly recommend and would definitely do this again! read more

Amazing Tour Company! We only asked for a driver, but received incredible service with Toast Tours. They offered guidance on what we had planned, and they coordinated everything for us - they gave us information on the area and the wineries we were going to visit, they introduced us to the wineries, and they even color coded our purchases so we went home with the proper wine at the end of our day. Kind, knowledgeable, effective. We will have them do more of our planning on the next trip! read more

Booked at the last minute and they were able to fit us in. Lori, our driver, was excellent. She had lots of fun facts about the area and the wineries. We felt like a friend was driving us around town to her favorite places. They offered us lunch from a local deli which we had at one of the wineries. You will need lunch after you hit a couple of wineries! We are already talking about when we can come back for another lovely day being shepherded around Paso Robles and drinking some excellent wines. read more

Amazing experience!!!! I pretty much followed all of Kristina's suggestions including the road trip to and from Paso Robles. She made perfect suggestions on the wineries I chose, and we ended up switching from a commercial winery to the boutique Still Waters. Which ended up being our favorite. Toast Tours is something special. From the ease of booking and flexibility to the personable tour guides. Kristina and her team truly make you feel like an old friend. I have booked multiple tours with Toast Tours and they never disappoint. The team takes the guesswork out of trying to plan an eventful day in Paso Robles. Lori was amazing during our Tin City Walking Tour. She fit in with our group seamlessly. Madison arrived promptly to pick us up and was very kind to have water and snacks prepared for our trip. Kristina was so attentive in ensuring we made it back to where we stayed. All in all... AMAZING. I plan on booking any further tours of Paso Robles with Toast Tours. read more

Toast Tours - Tasting at Giornata during Tin City Walking Tour. - Wine Tours Near Me - Paso Robles, California

We used Toast Tours for a wine tasting trip in Paso Robles this past weekend and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our driver was Ernie - he was on-time, patient, helpful and very informative. We drove through the vineyards on the Westside of Paso Robles and he provided very interesting information on the area, the wine making/growing insights and on many of the vineyards we passed on the way. He checked us in at every location and did a great job of keeping us on schedule without being intrusive during the tastings. He provided water and snacks and brought umbrellas for us as it was raining. We really, really enjoyed having him shuttle us and the service provided by Ernie/Toast Tours was excellent. read more

Responsive ownership, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and professional service marked by timeliness and organization. I was looking for a tour company in Paso Robles that could accommodate a group of 15-17 and Toast was one of the few. They got our business based upon Kristina's prompt responsiveness and detail-oriented approach. She helped me to consider factors I otherwise would not have, and her organizational skills helped the day of our tour run smoothly. Our driver, Jennifer, was incredibly knowledgeable about the region as well as the histories of the wineries, and she was always available to answer questions and accommodate our needs. Our entire experience was seamless and comfortable, and many of our guests commented on their preference for Toast's approachable style versus the more pressured and dismissive nature of that other wine region a little further north. I would highly encourage others to strongly consider Toast for any wine tours in the PR region. read more

Kristina helped us curate the perfect day and our driver/guide Bradley was awesome. Couldn't recommend them more!

We had an incredible time on this tour. Lars picked us up a little early and offered to take our pictures. In the bus, he had bottles of waters and snacks available for us. Lars answered all of the our questions that we had about the various wines or even the wine process. We had booked a few tours and he drove us to the different locations. He was very knowledgeable about the area and environment. We did run a little late so it would have been better if Lars could have kept us on time for the various wine tour. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. read more

We had an amazing time. Lars knew the area and gave us information on the wineries and the town. I have been on quite a few wine tours before...but this was by far the most comfortable, best run, biggest vehicle, best value, and just overall best experience I have ever had. First, we were picked up on time (the bus was early and we were loaded, instructed, and on the road super quick). It was a pleasant surprise to see a happy birthday banner put up for my mom. We brought a dog and the pup got to ride with us and there was even a doggie bed for him on the floor. Next, Steve was our driver and he definitely knew what he was doing. Ice cold water, loads of great information, and he made sure the winery and the drinkers kept to the time schedule. Not rushing but just checking. Also, Steve knew where to take the best pictures, loved on the dog we brought with us, and was just a great human being to be around. You can tell he loves Paso. Finally, Kristina was a breeze to work with. I chose our wineries but she double checked that they were dog friendly. I cannot recommend this tour enough! As someone who loves wine and has been on many tours in California, this was the easiest and best experience I have ever had. Book this company. You won't regret it. read more

We used Toast Tours for the second time! This trip was to celebrate my 30th birthday! Kristina thoughtfully planned out our itinerary and we also had her as our guide for the day! There were a total of 6 in our group and we rode in the van named "Ava". My wife was able to connect to the van radio to DJ and Kristina shared her wealth of knowledge of the area throughout the day and helped make it special! We visited 3 wineries. We started with a tasting and cave tour at Eberle which was fantastic. Our second stop was tasting and lunch out at Cass, which is a beautiful location with great food and wine. Our last stop was Tobin James. We ended up buying at least one bottle from every stop we made. At each stop Kristina stored our purchased wines on the bus for us. She used color coded stickers to keep track of which bottles belonged to who. Can't compliment or thank Toast Tours enough for their professionalism, thoroughness and dedication. Highly recommend them for your wine tour needs! read more

It was a girls weekend in Paso Robles/Cambria and Kristina and Jennifer at Toast made it an amazing experience. We booked with Kristina a couple of months ago because she was so responsive and really listened to what my group wanted. She gave of several options to select from. The morning of the event we met up with our driver Jennifer. It was nice to have a woman driver. She was amazing. We had some newbies in our group and she educated us on how to sample our wins with the 5 "S". First stop was Chateau Margene. What an experience. John and family treated us to an world class experience. We sat out in the garden and were treated with a Charcuterie Board, a trip to vineyard, barrel room blending and taste of amazing ports. Jennifer kept us on track and we moved onto Stillwater Vineyards Here we enjoyed wines , incredible views. We enjoyed a picnic we brought and just relaxed. Finally, Jennifer took us to Dresser Winery. Again, great selection by Kristina. Wines outstanding. OG Ron was our server and a complete pleasure for the part of our afternoon wine tasting. Jennifer we took your advice and went to Taste for dinner. Great choice after a day of wine tasting. You made our experience over the top. We hope to plan an other trip and have you take us to some new spots. read more

If you're headed to Paso and not using Toast Tours, you're doing it wrong. Christina, the owner and resident wizard of logistics, pulled together the perfect wine tasting day based on my wish list--and managed to work some last-minute magic like it was no big deal. But let's talk about the real MVP: Jennifer. Our guide, conversational queen, and walking wine encyclopedia. She wasn't just knowledgeable--she was engaging, hilarious, and made sure every moment was easy, fun, and fabulous. Jennifer got us settled in at each winery like we were VIPs (because we obviously are), and even worked her charm to score us a few premium tastings since it was my birthday. Now that's the kind of energy I want around me on a wine tour. We'll 100% be booking with Toast Tours again--and we'll be requesting Jennifer by name. Because once you've tasted wine with her, anything else is just... grape juice. read more

We were in Paso Robles to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday and decided to do the Tin City walking tour with Toast Tours. What a fabulous experience! I would highly recommend taking this tour. The wineries (and one distillery) we visited were each unique in their own way and the included family style lunch at Etto had some of the best pasta dishes I have had in a long time. Kristina, one of the owners, is charming and extremely knowledgeable about the area, local history, and all things wine related. She really made the tour something special. This was by far my favorite event of our fun filled weekend and I can't wait to come back next time I visit Paso Robles and share the experience with my husband. If you only do one thing in Paso Robles the Tin City Walking tour should be it. read more
