The good part started with the first phone call to Kate. I explained that we already had a reservation at a winery for day two of our visit. She asked me to send a list of other wineries we wanted to visit. From that list she worked out a three day schedule that allowed us to visit all of the ones on our list and suggested specific dates and times for us to make the reservations. On the first day Justin showed up five minutes early. He was very nice and professional and as a like long resident of Paso Robles he provided some insight on most of the history of the area and also of the wineries we were visiting. Justin was prompt on all of the other two days also which matches my credo of "If you are not early then you are LATE". The costs were as quoted or a little lower than quoted. If we ever get back to Paso Robles we will definitely use Fetch again. read more

I'd give more stars if I could! So friendly and dependable. We were dropped off for dinner after he gave us some good food recommendations for our restaurant. We scheduled a pick up but were running late. We text to push back the time. After dropping us back off at Halter Ranch, just outside of Paso (not a short drive), I realized I left my purse at the restaurant. He drove back, got my purse, and returned with it AND did not charge me! He absolutely saved me. Thank you Fetch!!! skip other options and schedule Fetch. read more

I highly recommend Fetch! Can't say enough good things about them. Justin goes the extra mile to provide excellent service and great communications. In the past I've used Uber and been stranded at night after a wine members party in Paso Robles that had no cell service. Justin and his drivers ensure that you will be picked up and are true professionals. Won't use anyone else. Thank you, Justin and Fetch. read more

Customer service. If you'd like to listen to a rant about Uber and Lyft being the "prostitute" of transportation, then by all means this is the business for you. But if you want a helpful, reliable, respectful transportation service, when you're trying to be responsible yourself, stay away from this company. read more

If you're looking for a wine tour shuttle service, go with Fetch! Our driver Michael was prompt and friendly. I would use Fetch again!

Mike was timely, professional & made our trip so fun! The van was spacious, comfy and clean too :) would book again!

I just had an encounter with a driver of a Fetch vehicle. I've since learned the driver is an owner of the company. My teen daughter was on Pine St. receiving her first driving lesson (I was observing from the back seat). The Fetch driver reversed quickly from a parking space in front of Odyssey as she was driving and clearly had the right of way. The driving instructor laid on the horn to keep the Fetch driver from backing into us as my child braked quickly. The Fetch driver proceeded to jump out of the car and start yelling belligerently and waving his arms. This is not the behavior I expect of a businessman representing the hospitality of the Central Coast. I am disgusted at his actions and will not be using his services in the future. read more

Fetch was totally indispensable for our trip to Paso Robles! Justin was so organized and helpful with our itinerary and restaurant recommendations and Dave was punctual to the minute for our pickups! This is not like uber that you can assume they have time for a last minute ride. They're booked like private drivers so make sure you call them as soon as your visit is being planned. These guys are your liaisons for your visit and will schedule every pickup and drop off in advance. We were lucky they had some wiggle room for us because our timing fluctuated during our visit but they were always accommodating and always on time. I can't say enough about how great this company is. We'll use them every time we come back! read more

I have used the wine tour service provided by Fetch Taxi before, and it was excellent. The driver was very polite and had a great driving manner, ensuring a safe journey, The winery and wine tasting locations were incredibly beautiful, The company's owner very nice with a good personality, and the prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing wine tour without having to drive themselves and with a knowledgeable guide. read more

We hired Fetch for a wine country weekend. They were by far the most affordable place for booking, and the driver was also super prompt, friendly, and we felt very safe. I'd definitely use them again when I'm here read more

The first time my wife and I visited Paso Robles, we found out the hard way that rideshare service isn't that plentiful in the area. Being more knowledgeable for our second trip, we decided to coordinate our wine tasting schedule using Fetch and our experience couldn't have been better. Our first driver, Doug, was always prompt, super friendly, and got us safely to each location. What really put Fetch over the top for us was on our last night in town. We had scheduled a ride to Sensorio, but a large party had reserved their fleet for later that night, so unfortunately Fetch wouldn't be able to pick us up. Our driver to the venue, David, felt bad that they couldn't provide a pickup and waived our fare! I offered to tip him and he politely declined. Completely unnecessary and unexpected, but very much appreciated. Fantastic customer service and better people. Can't recommend them enough! read more

This is the best way to safely get around Paso Robles! We had a total of two drivers over at least eight rides through our three day vacation to the wineries. Dave was a very interesting guy with so much knowledge of the area and was generally great to converse with. He would also show up promptly at the pickup time if not a few minutes early and was always gracious if we were not as timely in meeting him. He also let us stash some of the wine in the back of the van so we did not have to lug it around all day and made sure we remembered to get it out at our final stop. Flexible, friendly, and timely at a great price! read more

Everything from booking through to day of service, Fetch was top notch. Justin was beyond helpful, fun, dialed in to what we needed and flexible to help provide us with the transportation we needed for the weekend. recommend this company. Katie was super cool and nice too read more

Dependable service in Paso. Uber/Lyft left us stranded at a winery in 2021 and thankfully Fetch came to our rescue. Now I'll never book a trip to this wine region without Fetch. Drivers are super nice and they're always on time for pick up/drop off read more

I was visiting Paso Robles with a large group, which proved to be difficult to find ride share options/taxis knowing we'd need multiple cars. Someone at our hotel suggested Fetch as an option, and so I called for a ride for one of our groups. By the time the driver arrived, I had already left but our second group was still waiting for the Fetch driver. When the driver called me upon arrival and asked if I had already left (I said yes because I had, but the second group was still waiting for the ride with Fetch) he immediately started cussing me out. I'm talking "F#%K YOU" before I could even explain there was still another group who would be using the ride. I have never been spoken to like that in my life and was shaken up for the rest of the evening. I understand it may have been confusing or frustrating since I was the original caller/coordinator, however this was the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had and was incredibly unwarranted. No one deserves to be cursed and yelled at, regardless of the circumstance, especially as a business. HORRIBLE. read more

This service used to be so wonderful and reliable. As a local, I've used them for years. No more though. We called to get a ride home from Vina Robles, and waited for a ridiculously long time. When we called back, they told us they were right there, which was not the case. What they didn't tell us was that we had to walk over to the winery (which was closed) from the concert venue (where we naturally assumed we needed to wait, since we were getting a ride home after a concert). How would we know to wait somewhere else? I described exactly where we were when I called to say we were still waiting (still right in front of the Vina Robles sign at the entrance to the amphitheatre), so why wouldn't they just tell us where we needed to be instead? Over we finally figured out where we needed to be and were finally picked up, the driver told us that if we had taken Fetch there we would have known where the pickup point was. Then sarcastically asked: "Where's your Uber now?" Seriously?! So apparently if Fetch doesn't drop you off (vs. Uber or Lyft), they get offended if you call them for a ride home. What?!! So don't count on them caring too much about picking you up later if you didn't use them to drop you off, I guess. It was apparently too much effort to just simply tell us where we needed to go to get picked up when we called. Ultimately we were grateful to finally get a ride home, but also incredibly disappointed at how this once stellar service has apparently stopped caring about customer service. read more

Such a fantastic and reliable transportation service. Our group only uses Fetch because they have been so professional and friendly. They are timely and we will always use them for each of our trips to Paso. Be assured that you will be very happy and comfortable with Fetch! read more

Great service. Friendly staff. On time. highly recommend. best recommendation we got all weekend. read more

Fetch is great! Used it while I was in Paso for the weekend wine tasting. It's really easy to call and get a reservation or have them come get you right away. Call in advance though, much better. 4 stars only because our driver didn't properly wear his mask and made us a little nervous. I feel like they could be safer and better about sanitizing and safety etc. also a little expensive for a cab, but it's the best option in the area so it's ok. read more

I'm writing this review to publicly express my gratitude for this company, Justin and Dave were my angels today and they didn't even know how much they impacted our lives today by showing up quickly and doing so efficiently Payment was super easy and they worked with me as if I'd known them for years. Today I was desperate to get my son away from an abusive situation with his father and without fetch I am not sure I could've done it in time. I've never been more grateful in my life. Thank you Justin for working with me so fast and getting Dave out to bradley when literally NO OTHER COMPANY would drive out there. He gave me a discount even!! Dave had a hard time finding my son but he didn't leave he actually drove around Looking for him and had amazing communication! Thank you so much for excellent service. You saved us today. And you didn't even know it. 5 stars absolutely! read more

We were staying at the Hampton Inn in Paso Robles....it cost us $55 to get to Le Vigne Winery...7.9 miles..3 people. Biggest rip off EVER. Call UBER even if the hotel refers you to Fetch. We got back from the winery to our hotel for $6.20 read more

Fetch! - Sorry it was 9.8 miles for 21.78....now ur funny too - Taxis Near Me

Great service and wonderful driver. I appreciate that driver did not go 80 down the grade like so many do. I felt safe based on drivers driving. Clean vehicle and was able to get ride within ~ one hour. Great all around. read more

My experience with Fetch was amazing. My friends and I decided last minute we wanted to get a driver to bring us vineyard hoping and Fetch came through for us. Justin provided advice on how to make the most of our vineyard hoping by planning out our route so we don't spend the majority of our day trying to get from one place to the next. They were full of helpful tips on where we should go and we're very communicative and timely. Would definitely recommend and use them again if I'm back in the area read more

Just used this service, for the Tobin James Festival, this past weekend. Perfect from beginning to end and Justin was GREAT! Will use again, next year. read more

I can't say enough great things about Fetch! I had Fetch provide shuttle service for my wedding last October and from start to finish the process of hiring them was effortless. Katie would always respond to my emails or questions that I had in the process in a timely manner and when it came to our big day they never missed a beat. Our driver was very professional and punctual and made our guests feel comfortable. Thank you for being such a wonderful addition to our wedding! read more

Loved Dave! He was always on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable! Great recs for restaurants, too.

We called them to come get us after a concert and they hung up on us twice and when someone did answer they were super rude. They weren't able to come get us, so why advertise flexibility and convenience? read more

I called Fetch last minute on a Saturday night needing to get back to my hotel. Justin answered and apologized saying they didn't have any availability at the time. I called another service he recommended, well guess what! The other company said "We're too busy! Call Fetch!" Haha. As I was explaining this cab-ception to the operator, I get another call coming in... It's Justin! "Chris, we have a cab coming in hot, walk 2 blocks downhill and get in a white van." I swear I look down the road and it's already there. Our driver Dee couldn't have been nicer. She has the true "Paso spirit" we've come to learn of. @Justin: Thank you so much for accommodating us last-minute, you went above and beyond @Dee: You are awesome! We hope to see you again soon read more

Love the honesty & quality service Fetch provides to all customers! Justin kuddos on the response to the haters on here! Some people just have nothing better to do. Fetch is Highly recommended by many for a reason. read more

WOW!!! Took the shuttle to a concert and found the best shuttle service ever!!!!! Liked them so much we signed up for a wine tour and Katie and the team did the unimaginable! Thanks so much for everything. We will see you again soon! read more

Fetch is the best place to get a safe ride from point a to pint b. i originally called yellow cab and they never answered the phone. I retried many times then I called the front desk of hotel and the person told me that he would call Fetch. I thought to myself, what kind of service was that. The driver showed in less then 5 minutes.he showed up and was in the lobby waiting for me. Something that yellow cab would never due for anyone! The gentleman/driver opened his door on a very nice mini van with nice clean seats and decor. He then drove me to my destination and had a lot of knowledge about restaurants, winery's and spas!, He was available to come back when I finished my meal at Yanagi Sushi and give me a ride back to my a Hotel. I can't say enough about how clean and smooth the Vehicles are that Fetch uses to shuttle people around the Central Coast. I will never use Yellow Cab in Paso Robles again. Please call Fetch for your next ride for 1 - 15O people. read more

Dave with Fetch is amazing! He is personable & he keeps his van very clean! I completely prefer to go with Fetch because the drivers are professionally trained compared to Lyft or Uber where they are not. Unfortunately, I have had poor experiences with the latter companies mentioned & I always choose Fetch. With Fetch there are no surprise ride cancellations which almost caused me to miss my flight out of town. Fetch prices are comparable to other companies. Try them out, especially Dave. read more

Dee! Dee! Dee! Dee! Dee! That's all I have to say! She made our girls weekend in Paso Robles the most fun and carefree experience! We never had to worry about a thing! She took care of us and got us everywhere we wanted to go! I suggest reserving her for a full day (especially if you have a large group) so you can tailor your wine tasting adventure. Yay Fetch! Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I was visiting the area for the first time and looking for grocery delivery and also a taxi service to and from downtown for dinner. I ran across Fetch!, and was intrigued. The website is a work in progress but I figured since it was a small company, it would be worth a call. I'm so glad I did - Justin, the owner, took care of me every step of the way. They were exactly the kind of service I needed to put the special touches on a surprise weekend trip. Grocery delivery: they were prompt on their delivery, which was two hours earlier than their regular service hours (Justin, the owner, and his team are very flexible and were more than willing to take care of my special request). They charged a flat delivery fee on top of grocery costs and charged my credit card on file - easy! Car Service: our driver, Arthur, arrived early for our pickup and also promptly on time for our return. He was courteous and even entertaining on our drive into and back from downtown. Again, I was able to charge my card on file making the entire process super simple. I love Fetch! and will use them again on my next trip to Paso! Thanks guys! read more

We decided to use Fetch to attend a wine release party and based on other recommendations, couldn't be happier. We should have called for reservations ahead of time but on the last minute called them and they squeezed us in. Our driver was Dee, who showed up on time and greeted us with a big smile and great personality. We had made reservations for a return trip and Dee showed up on time again and delivered us safely. It was nice not to have to worry about a designated driver. Thank you again, Dee, Dave and Deny read more

We used Fetch for our ride from Paso to San Luis Obispo airport. Had a very early pickup of 4:30 am. Derrick was wonderful booking us a driver on very short notice. Roy picked us up. Great service!! I was looking for a company to pick up a the large package from a local store because I couldn't find a truck at a local rental company I guess everybody's moving out of California. After calling dispatch I received a call back from the owner Justin, he got a truck met me at the store delivered it to my house at the exact time he said he would and at a reasonable price! Thanks a lot Justin. Will definitely use Fetch instead of uber or the other companies. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Thanks again! read more

Reliable no matter where you are! Service: No only reliable and on time... my mom was dropped off at the Amtrak station at 3am... the driver waited for her bus to arrive so she wouldn't be alone that time of night! Cost: They charge a $25 fee for anything over 2am. Reasonable. Overall: I organized this trip from San Diego! Found them on Yelp! And I'm glad I did!! Doug organized this whole trip over the phone. Kind and courteous! I was especially impressed when they waited (didn't charge extra waiting) for my mom to safely get onto her bus for my bridal shower in San Diego at 3am! Awesome!! 2 thumbs up Fetch!! :) read more

Found this company through Yelp and SO glad we did! Quick, prompt, reasonable, in-drive movie, with AMAZING customer service!!!
