Service: No only reliable and on time... my mom was dropped off at the Amtrak station at 3am... the driver waited for her bus to arrive so she wouldn't be alone that time of night! Fetch was amazing from start to finish! Katie helped us plan our trip and gave me lots of great recommendations for 2 days full of vineyard hopping with 12 girls for a bachelorette party. Any time our schedule changed or we needed to adjust a time or location, Katie was right on it and very responsive! Dave was our driver and he was wonderful! It takes a lot to put up with 12 girls vineyard hopping for 2 days but he was great. We loved the 15 minute warnings too! Every time we needed to leave in 15 minutes, we would see him and know it's time to go. As someone who had planned the locations and times, having him there to assist was AMAZING for rounding up 12 girls at a time. He also helped take pictures of us and made pit stops along the way whenever we needed something. Fetch was reasonably priced and gave great service to us. Justin and Fetch provided the shuttle transportation for my wedding clients this past weekend. Justin was professional, organized, and extremely flexible with scheduling (he reworked the schedule about 4 times at the request of our clients). As a wedding coordinator, the satisfaction of my clients is of the highest importance to me, and I heard nothing but rave reviews from the bride and groom, and their guests. I almost hesitate to share how awesome Justin was because I don't want him to book up before my brides can get to him! Justin was literally at the bride and groom's beck and call. He provided a last minute bus when the rehearsal dinner guests decided they wanted to party and not worry about driving. Then he added on a last minute vans when guests needed to leave the wedding early. When the scheduled shuttles didn't fill up quickly enough, he was efficient in sending guests off to the afterparty who were ready to go, and kept shuttles back for the guests who were sticking around at the wedding. He was patient, flexible, and extremely accommodating when it came to the complicated and ever-changing schedule of this wedding. Justin has earned a place for Fetch at the top of our preferred list (not an easy accomplishment). I look forward to many more weddings to come with Fetch! read more

Just a quick note...it was a busy concert night and Uber/ Lyft were overwhelmed, we walked over to get a cab and they were running as fast as they could, next thing we know a full size shuttle came rolling up, gentleman gets out and says... where is everyone going, a couple jumped the line and said we need to go to blah blah hotel, driver said excuse me but all these people have been waiting you will have to wait in line like everyone else...he was not rude or overbearing just stern and to the point, as he dropped off each customer to destination, they said thanks and moved on we chatted briefly and learned quickly that this gentleman has integrity for himself the company and everyone around him, hopefully his boss sees this, as it is lost in today's world... integrity PS...our driver was named Justin...fyi read more

Fetch is the BEST!!! From Justin planning a perfect day of wine tasting, on very short notice for a large group, to Arthur being the ultimate in guide and driver.....we had the best experience! We had a group of 13 for my mom's birthday that went to 5 wineries in 6 hours. Arthur was SO good at keeping us on track and even making some last minute adjustments to accommodate us. We had a great experience! Visiting Paso Robles we happened to be here when the Mid-State fair is happening. This company was so nice at every step with their shuttle service from the hotel to the fair and back! Great customer service! On the way back close to midnight there were many people waiting for a van, all going to different destinations and some were very rude to the staff, but staff kept their cool and treated customers respectfully, even bent backwards and took them to their destination! Then we were left behind and when one of the drivers realized it, they sent another van to take us to our hotel too. My boyfriend and I came to Paso on his 30th birthday. My plan was to visit the local breweries including his favorite, Firestone Walker. Having looked up private drivers, I knew I didn't want to spend $30-40 an hour plus tip. So, I asked the concierge at the hotel we were staying at if they had any taxis within the area. Just by chance, we received Doug's card for Fetch. From the easy communication to the fast pick ups, this taxi service was more than just your regular yellow cab. I felt like our driver Doug was our personal chauffeur/tour guide. He told us stories, cracked the occasional tourist joke, but overall made us feel very welcome. We called Doug every time we wanted to go to a new brewery and he was there without a hitch! Bonus points: I left a bag of souvenirs in the back of his van after he dropped us off for the last time at our hotel. p.s. Doug had been driving us around all day since 2pm. He effortlessly drove back and dropped off our bag without even asking for anything in return! Such a nice guy! read more

Found this place on yelp, and looked good. A phone call prior to my trip, Memorial Day Weekend, I spoke to Justin. After a few minutes on the phone, one pick up at hotel, four people to a wedding, and one pick up back to hotel booked. Quoted a rough estimate, which was only a ball park. Said ride was less than 15 min., and schedule half hour prior to event for pick up. Driver was on time, waiting in lobby as planned. Started off bad when he told us that the drive was about 45 min.?? Having done my homework online, I know it was a five mile drive. Must have been new, every turn he looked in his lap at the clip board, as if finding his way to the event. Needless to say, about 12 min. later we arrived. It was all good. Fare was very close to quote by Justin, so a little tip and off we went. I called in about a half hour before pickup just to check in. Dispatcher informed me we were not on "the schedule." After a few choice words, she located us on the schedule, one day earlier?? She made up for it by promising a cab would be on location in 15 to 20 min. The driver even called from the road about 5 min. before arriving. In all, we were in the cab nearly on time (as previously booked), and back to the hotel. Price was about the same going back, give or take a few bucks. Over all, I would recommend. Clean cabs, friendly drivers, and dispatchers. Funny though how when your in a cab, it always does the speed limit. But when you see an empty cab driving around, they drive like a bat out of hell.??? When our Lyft driver stranded us at a winery off of Highway 46 and we had trouble getting another ride, we called Fetch. I wish we had called them in the first place. Our driver came quickly and was very friendly and professional. Sometimes when you are off the beaten path, it's hard to connect with Lyft and Uber. We used 3 Fetch vehicles to transport guests to and from hotels in Paso Robles to our wedding. We set this up way in advance and dealt with Katie, who was on top of everything. The prices were very fair compared to some larger companies in SLO and shuttles got guests to and from the wedding with no issues and on time. Great choice for groups, clean cars, great drivers, always on time and reasonably priced. I've used their service several times and would recommend driver Doug who's very outgoing. I had to put a star, but if I did not have to it would be a minus 5. Our driver "Dee" may need meds! Never again Fetch sucks! Dee yelled at us, was rude, disrespectful you name it. She was inside the Justin Winery Restaurant and we were outside waiting for her, the cab was running and ready but no driver... We had to find her then the screaming began you are 15 minutes late!!! Yes we did have to pay our bill before leaving and I did have to go to the ladies room, she should let us know in a professional manner she was waiting OUTSIDE and not inside at the bar playing with her phone as we passed her. Took Fetch to travel from hotel to a concert at the Paso Robles Ampitheater, and then back to the hotel afterwards. There were about 40+ of us waiting at the hotel for Fetch to arrive at their designated time - but they were about an hour late picking us up. This caused us to miss part of the opening set. Also, the driver did not have change to give to riders who did not have the exact amount owed - which forced some of my friends to overpay. Then, after the concert, Fetch did not have enough vans to timely take everyone back to the hotel - so we had to wait over an hour for that ride as well. This company seems really unorganized to me. We tried requesting them on two different occasions. I understand the county is a big place, but I suggest that you schedule or employ more than two drivers on a Saturday night. I would think the busiest night would be Friday and Saturday? So we had to Uber once more from our home into town. I made reservations approximately a week before Memorial Day weekend. Talked to a very nice woman on the phone for about 10 minutes. I scheduled an appointment to be driven from the RV park where I planned to stay to a local winery, since I had reservations for a private VIP tasting. The day of the tasting, the driver was a NO SHOW. When I called to ask where my driver was, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me that I wasn't on the calendar and must have called a different taxi service. (No, I hadn't.) The driver grumbled that she was on her way to pick someone else up in my area, so she'd stop off (as if this was a huge inconvenience for her) and pick us up. Ten minutes later, we were still waiting. I called again. The woman was even more rude, and snapped that she was just outside the park. When she pulled in, she was obviously very angry. I asked if she would be able to deliver us to the winery on time for our appointment. She yelled at us to get into the van, but couldn't promise we'd be on time. At that point, we told her to forget it, and ended up taking our own private car. While I understand scheduling mistakes happen, the driver's response was completely uncalled for. I wasn't rude or nasty when I called. I just said, "Hi, my name is so-and-so, and I had a reservation for today and my driver is a no-show. When can we expect him?" I was quite surprised by the rotten service, as Fetch advertises that they offer "prompt, courteous and professional service." While it seems they have quite a number of good reviews here on Yelp and were recommended by the RV park, their service and professionalism has much to be desired. read more

fantastic experience!!! We all now love Fetch!! We arrived in Paso Robles and had a wine event at one of the wineries in Paso Robles to go to. There were 5 of us and we didnt' want to drive-- so we were looking for alternate transportation. We called Justin the day of the event (kinda slackers in waiting so long) and asked for to/from travel service. I wasn't expecting much- just some sort of ride there/home. However Justin and Fetch MORE than delivered-- absolutely exceeded our expectations by 1000%. Here's why: 1) scheduling: Justin had other events going on but totally worked a way to schedule us in with one of his other vans. Totally accomodating. 2) van/ambiance: The party van was awesome. More than enough room, lovely vehicle, AND it had Karaoke!! HELL YEAH!!! Justin was super nice and knowledgable and it was such a pleasure to travel with him. Felt like a friend was driving us around. 3) promptness: Justin was right on time to pick us up and was there when the event ended to pick us up. We have had many other experiences with wine tasting limos/transportation services and I've never had such excellent customer service as we had today. I cannot say enough good things about Fetch.
