Terrible organization, people were allowed to continuously cut the line- took 45 minutes to get a shuttle, despite being told repeatedly it would only take 20 minutes. So unless you're willing to be drunk, obnoxious, & push people out of your way, you're better off either not drinking & driving or walking. read more

Our Memorial Day holiday weekend began with the 2 available rental car companies either being closed for the weekend or having no available cars. FETCH stepped in to save the day. We were able to go to the multiple events and dinners with the help of our new found Fetch friends. Their service is phenomenal. They are on time and flexible. I agree with others. Had a good experience with arrangements to be picked up downtown Paso Robles for concert at Vino Robles. Called earlier in the day, their van picked us up (nice driver) and dropped us right off. Told us to go to taxi stand at end of show for ride back to downtown....got to taxi stand just before show was over and proceeded to stand waiting and watching people board and leave in Fetch vans that were going to hotels and couldn't drop us downtown. Finally....after the parking lot was empty....and half dozen people still waiting to get a van...we were told one was on the way and would be another 10 minutes to take us downtown. Called Uber and he was there in 4. Just be warned, not always the most organized if there is a drop off outside the usual...understandably using a shuttle service requires some patience but come on! read more

Justin and Fetch did transportation for our pre-wedding wine tasting and the following day transported our guest to and from our wedding. Justin was great to work with right for the beginning. We had fifty people that we needed to take tasting and he did a lot of moving things around and scheduling to make sure that we were all accommodated. Drivers, including Justin were all pleasant. Drivers = awesome. Dispatch = RUDE! I have used this service in the past and have never had a problem, I have met the owner, he is very nice and courteous, all of the drivers that I have come into contact in the past are very nice, courteous and efficient, unfortunately I did not have a great experience with their dispatch this evening. I called Fetch this evening to arrange a pick up, the dispatch was VERY rude and acted put-out by having to arrange for a cab for me and my party of 3 (total) Me: Hi I would like a pick up please Dispatch: I don't have anyone available right now, how many do you have? Me: I have 3 total, I see that there is a Fetch car here picking someone up, is he coming back? Dispatch: Did he give you this number? How did you get it? (Accusing tone) Me: I am local, I know that you service this area. Dispatch: you can ask him if he is coming back. - By this time the driver had already departed Me: He has left, can you tell me when you could have a another car out here? Dispatch: I am looking that up now, if you would just give me a moment (A LOT of attitude here) - She then told me she couldn't have anyone out there to pick us up for 25-30 min in a small quiet town at 11:45 at night. I said thank you and hung up and proceeded to walk. On the walk back home we saw 2 fetch cars sitting outside of bars waiting for people to take back, they weren't waiting on people whom called they were sitting outside their cars chatting and smoking cigarettes, this was only 6 blocks/2 min drive for them to come pick us up but apparently this was not possible according to the dispatcher. Additionally, a block later another yet another Fetch car with it's available light on driving down the street. Like I said before, I have used this service before and I have not had an issue but the dispatch woman acted as though I was asking for something impossible...I apologize that I asked for a cab ride from a cab company, I'll make other arrangements next time to avoid your very rude dispatch operator. read more

What a great experience!! We booked a last minute wine tour during crush season, and were able to secure a ride with Dug for the day and it was a great experience! He was so knowledgable about the area and the wineries, he kept it fun, stayed with us everywhere we wanted to go and was right on time! When I come back to Paso, I will definitely call Fetch again for my wine tasting transportation. Thanks for the great day!! read more

Reserved a van for 6 people to be transported to Justin Vineyards. Fetch driver arrived exactly on time to drive us out. Comfortable van and great driver. Fare was reasonable. Return trip was more of the same. Prompt arrival and got us back to the hotel safely. Would use them again in a NY minute. I've seen other reviews complaining about Dee. I spoke to her on the phone when I was setting things up. She was a pleasure to speak with and even though it was past her work time, we chatted until I understood all my ride options. Unreliable to even book the service! When I called, I was transferred (apparently to the driver). I asked for service from home to airport for the next day, and the driver said that time would no problem and she would be the driver. She said she was "slammed" at the moment and would call me back in an hour to get the details. She never called back. I called back in 2.5 hours and spoke to someone else. We were finalizing the details when she asked me to hold while she took another call. Then my call was disconnected. Ridiculously terrible service! read more

I've lost count of all the times I've called this company and received no response. I live in Paso and usually call if I need a ride the following day. I leave a polite message and never - not once in an entire year have they ever answered the phone or called me back. I wouldn't normally recommend Uber but get the app and call Uber if you need a ride. If you've ever taken Uber in Central Coast you know they don't set the bar too high but they are a hundred times more reliable and professional. I don't even know how Fetch is still in business. read more
