I booked the party bus that fits 20 people for 12 people, I had some people back out last minute but pricing was reasonable. I booked a 7 hour wine tour plus 1 brewery, which they recommended the extra hour since we're visiting 4 spots. The booking process was easy, I requested a quote and got a fast response. Dereck responded and answered all my questions. They did reservations and itinerary for me, meeting our needs and what I had requested. I didn't receive the itinerary til the actual day of and I had to ask for it. Pick up was scheduled for 9am, driver needed to pick up some of my guests at a hotel in Atascadero and the rest of us at an Airbnb in Paso Robles. Driver got to us at 930am and our first spot reservations was at 10am. So, of course we were late to our first stop to Rava winery. When we first met our driver Rick he seemed annoyed and not very welcoming or friendly. The bus only has 2 bottles of champagne for 12 people which not everyone could have. I just wish I knew they were only providing to 2 bottles. They did provide small water bottles and cups. The bus was clean and very nice. We did enjoy ourselves but we were only able to do 3 stops and half my group needed to get an uber back to their hotel after the third stop because we were running out of time which I was really upset about. I messaged the company to speak to a manager about our experience but I never got a call back or a response. I would love to try them out again to give them another chance but I'm afraid I will get the same experience. read more

I booked a 22 passenger vehicle many months ago, and put down a $100 deposit. Days before our event, I received a charge for the balance that was over $150 more than my contracted amount. I forwarded my contract to them via email and asked for a refund for the over charge. I was then told that they upgraded my vehicle to better accommodate my 20 guests, however it still showed we were getting a 22 person vehicle. I told them I didn't approve a different vehicle and would like a refund. I was then told, the new price was because I had changed the date of my event, however I changed the date months ago, and my contract shows the right date and price. I then received another receipt from them showing I received a 30 person vehicle, which we didn't! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be writing more reviews, and I will be contacting the BBB. It's not much money, but it's really the point that a company can't change a contract whenever they want with out discussion. read more

We went to Lateittia, Tolosa and Talley.....all fantastic wineries and they gave us the royal treatment. I booked two 14 passenger vehicles on July 29 for my wedding the weekend of September 2nd. Spoke to Derek on the phone and emailed him to confirm it was for two vehicles. On August 23rd, less than 2 weeks before the wedding he calls to tell me there was a mixup and that only 1 vehicle was reserved and that they are sold out on the rest of their vehicles. He then goes on to back track this and says there is another 14 passenger vehicle available and that it would cost more to book. Then says I would have to let him know by that day if I wished to use their service for the one vehicle when we agreed on 2 or be charged the full price. Use them with caution and make sure everything that you agree to is in writing and in the contract. To me seems like they will say and do what they need to in order to get the sale. Derek did not offer anything to remedy their mistake. He did refund me my money. read more

This shuttle service was such a pleasure to work with. We went back and forth so many times on size and number of vans for our wedding and they were patient and guided us through the process. They were on time and got our 130 guests from our venue to downtown Paso Robles with no issues. They even let us blast music and dance on the bus. So why 4 stars instead of 5? 2 reasons: 1) We booked a limo that seats 8-10 people and are glad we only had 8 people, because it would have been a tight fit with 10. Visiting SLO for a girls weekend and to experience our first wine tour in Paso Robles. When I scheduled the trip, I spoke with Derek who was extremely responsive, energetic and assured me they would put together an itinerary that would accommodate our preference for wineries that served white wine and would provide the best views. In hindsight I should have asked in advance if I could see the list of wineries they selected for us and if Derek was going to be our tour guide. We were picked up by a gentleman by the name of Jerry who was nice, but he didn't interact much during the day, and asked us where we were going when we initially met. I told him the company was supposed to have made the selections for us and he stated they didn't. My first mistake was that I assumed part of the fee would include the company to determine the itinerary, especially since this was discussed with Derek on the initial call when booking the tour. We shared with Jerry that we preferred whites and that we wanted selections with amazing scenery. He then selected a few places for us to visit. The first stop was ideal and we wish we would have just stayed there the entire time. The other locations didn't have great atmosphere and we probably would not have selected those if we would have known more about them in advance. The last place was a suggestion from me that I had heard about from other travelers. I wish Jerry would have told us up front that this winery was actually located in an industrial park and that the tastings took place in a small conference room with a board room table - Yikes, that didn't meet the criteria of "great atmosphere" at all! We still laughed and had a great time, but If you are new to wine tasting like we were, I would definitely plan your entire itinerary yourself, or ask for a copy of the itinerary they create. Be sure to view the selections in advance since you'll want to spend your money and your time at locations you actually enjoy. read more
