Had the worst experience with this company! I originally booked on Instagram @partybus_831 with Luis. I made some changes to my reservation a week prior to the event. Luis said the contract would be updated. On the day of my event the party bus was late so I contacted Luis for an update, come to it he never updated the contract! We had to eliminate pick ups to try & make it to our concert on time. I even had to get in contact with the owner, Brian which unfortunately was no help. Not only was our driver over an hour late to pick us up but this delay caused us to be late to our concert. Our driver Nate was great, but dealing with Luis & Brian was the worst experience. We had such a great experience with SLO Party Bus. We used them for a wine tour in Paso Robles for a group of 12. Brent was great , he even helped plan our stops which was a big help since we didn't really know the area. The bus was super clean , great lighting and sound system. Brent was very helpful the entire trip constantly making sure we were well taken care of. Between each stop Brent helped us load and u load our wine boxes and food plates. Such a bummer. Was my wedding weekend and we booked the party bus to go to a winery with our 14 guests. We get a confirmation the day before saying all is good and we're all set. Day of, not a peep and didn't think anything of it until it was time to leave and the bus should've been in the Madonna parking lot to scoop us up. Called many many times, no answer. Then about half an hour later we get an email saying basically our driver got covid and they were not coming and the rules about covid etc. I mean, we're ALL aware we don't want someone who has covid driving us around. This wouldn't have been a problem at all had they actually reached out and told us this earlier in the day. Which makes it seem as though they maybe got a more lucrative reservation? A friend noticed on their FB account there was another party the same day in the bus we booked. Maybe there's more than one of the bus we booked, not sure but it's worth noting. Basically it's not about the employee with covid, we all understand that. It's about the complete lack of communication about what was going on until 15 people started calling the phone number on the website a half an hour after the scheduled meet. read more

Great company to work with!! I rented one of the limos to take us from SLO to Lake Nacimiento for a birthday. Our driver was professional, on time, and so accommodating. Drunk boys can't hold their bladders apparently, and our driver made sure we were able to pull over. The limo itself was clean and organized, had bluetooth speakers that we were able to rock out with, and the best part was not having to worry about a designated driver. I would highly recommend and will probably use the company again! read more

Never showed up and didn't answer calls. When my friend who booked the bus finally heard from them, they said that a driver had Covid. Why wouldn't they have called and notified instead of leaving a party stranded? Also, the owner reviewed himself on google to counter all the negative reviews. Terrible service. We called SLO Party Bus in a panic at 4:30 pm the afternoon before we were supposed to go wine tasting for my 30th birthday because a different company cancelled on us at the last minute. We got a hold of Brent and he did everything in his power to get us a bus! We had to alter our schedule, but still made it to two tastings and had a wonderful time because of SLO Party Bus! The actual bus (we needed it to fit 14 and they sent us a 32 seater for a very reasonable price) was clean, super nice and in general great. Wine Tasting is one of our favorite things to do! With the large groups that we always have, a Party Bus is a must! SLO Party Bus showed us a wonderful time, enabling us to Celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday at Hahn Winery on Father's Day! (Absolutely Surprised since her BDY is actually on the 25th! The driver was very professional, (Darrel) waited for us to finish our celebration without a complaint! Played our favorite tunes to keep the party going all the way home! We used SLO party bus for a wine tasting day for a group of 10 college friends this past weekend. We had actually lined up another company but they canceled on us last minute. SLO Party Bus saved the day. Brent, our driver, showed up on time, was super nice and helped load all our coolers and gear into the very nice Escalade Limousine. We were running late for a couple of our appointments and Brent phoned the wineries for us to let them know we were late and he changed the reservation times for us. He also did a great job of trying to keep us on schedule and letting us know when we were running late. We had a great day and Brent was a great driver. We will definitely use them again! read more

First and foremost I would like to say that I created this yelp account JUST to review this HORRIBLE business! I am not one to write reviews or to complain about a business because I have worked in hospitality and understand HOW difficult it can be and that sometimes people just make mistakes, BUT Slo Party bus changed my perspective completely! My husband and I were on the hunt for a party bus for our wedding. I called every single limo/party bus services in the area on May 3rd and I was making it very clear to every company that I spoke to that day that I DID NOT want a limo! I made it very clear that i was interested in a party bus! I spoke to Brent and he told me he did not have a party bus available but that he DID have a limo. He sent me pictures of the limo and Right away I told him no!! that I was not interested and we left it at that... The next day he called me back and mentioned that he was in fact going to have a party bus available, that he was going to cancel with another group because our event was closer and more convenient for him! We thought it was perfect because no other company had party buses available. So we signed the contract and sent over the deposit and a couple weeks later the final payment. The day of our wedding of course a limo pulls up and well at that point, I had to let it go, even though I was extremely SPECIFIC that I was not interested in a limo, it was my wedding day there was nothing I could do at that point. So our wedding party was picked up from the venue and dropped off at our church ceremony, so at this point I had not seen our spoken to our driver until it was time for us to be picked up from church. We are waiting, waiting, waiting outside of church and NO sign of our driver. At this point we are late for pictures and I'm freaking out! One of the groomsmen went searching for him throughout the parking lot and found the driver SLEEPING!!! He finally pulled up to pick us up and his appearance was not professional whatsoever, he looked tired, his hair was all over the place it was just not a pretty sight. I was boiling on the inside but again, it was my wedding day so I had to let it go. We were already late for pictures and the driver MISSED THE EXIT!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him pass the exit and when we told him that he passed the exit, he did not seem to care one bit! I wasn't going to contact SLO party bus initially to complain about the wrong vehicle, but when the driver gave us such a hard time it only seemed like the correct thing to do. When I contacted them to explain all of this and to demand a refund for the inconvenience and horrible service, they did not care one bit they called me a liar, said that I requested a limo and that there would be no refund. Please please please DO NOT spend your money on Slo Party Bus work with professionals and with businesses who actually care about customers and act upon bad customer service! read more
