She couldn't give me a back dart as the butt pockets would touch, and so I offered to make side darts instead. She ignored me, sighing while pinning. In the end, it was $70, just for taking in the waist - horrible value. I refunded my money and learned how to sew my own clothes just out of spite. (It ended up being pretty easy.) I've never met anyone so arrogant and contemptuous, given I was patient and respectful with her throughout.

Before coming in, I called to make sure they had experience sewing patches on a military uniform…read more They said yes, that they did it all the time. My husband brought in his uniform, patches, and printed out the specific instructions for them to use. I go to pick his uniforms up a few days later and my husband tells me that it's been done wrong. They sewed his name patch ON the pocket flap when the instructions specified that it belongs ABOVE the pocket flap. No branch of the military has the name patch sewn on the actual flap which led me to believe that they in fact did not have experience with military uniforms. They also cut the name patch incorrectly so it's no longer usable. We had to order new ones which cost $20, and they were back ordered. Great. We ended up getting a partial refund from the business, but were not reimbursed for the name patches. I'm sure this business does well with dresses and suits, but I'd probably go somewhere else for military uniforms, especially when you brought in a physical copy of instructions on where the patches go, that they didn't even look at.

While doing so, he reached out and deliberately grabbed my bare breast. There was absolutely no reason for him to touch me that way as part of the fitting. This was not an accidental brush or incidental contact. I had to physically move his hand away from my body. I went in expecting a professional fitting and instead left feeling violated and shaken. In my experience, his conduct crossed a serious boundary, and I would never return or recommend him to anyone. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before booking an appointment.
