I pick up my pants on Tuesday and notice a TON of holes all over my pants!! I showed the owner and she made up excuse after excuse. She said, "They were like that before. You have a moth problem" MOTHS?! NO! When I brought them in, they were perfectly intact. Then she says, "Oh yeah, when you bring them in, we dry clean and then holes show up," So I explained that she just admitted that they made the holes and she goes right back to her moth conspiracy. Last time I checked, there's not a huge moth problem on the pacific coast. And I double checked our closet... no sign of moths or larve or casings. Nothing!! And if I had moths, wouldn't my shirts have also been affected? Should be, right? Nope, my shirts are free of holes. This owner is a fraud, a liar and I will go out of my way to make sure that no one falls for their horrible business practices. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!! I'M WARNING YOU NOW. My daughter is getting her prom dress and the place we are buying it from - Windsor - doesn't do measurements. So, I asked Jenny Ju if they could just take our daughter's measurements. After a few questions from her, she deciphered I was only looking for a courtesy measurement.... That would be a hard no. Thanks for not offering something as simple as a quick measurement for my daughter - you realized we weren't paying for anything so you didn't want to be troubled. That's really pathetic customer service - they do tailoring there - just nothing complementary or as a courtesy.

We originally planned for four services: widening the waist, hemming, tapering, and a final dry clean. After doing the waist and trying everything on again, he recommended that we just go with hemming and the dry clean instead. He could've easily charged me more, but he didn't. His experience with tailoring clothes for Asian and shorter body types really came through. In the end, he cared more about making sure I looked good than making money. Highly recommended.
