This is the best cleaners, they are consistent, kind, and helpful. I never worry about my clothes being damaged. The owner has loaded my clothes to my car on many occasions. read more

Really wanted to like this place but too often I drive a LONG way to get there only to find that they're closed! Sometimes there's a sign,, saying back at 1 or whatever,, today it was a sign just saying that they're closed for the day. I'm sure it might be because there's only one person maybe but that's not my problem. It's a business that should be open when their advertised hours say they'll be open. I'll have to find a more reliable dry cleaners read more

I had an expensive, light-colored, but badly stained jacket that I brought to Willow Creek for rehab. Gave me full disclosure that dry cleaning could not remove the extensive staining and that it would have to go thru the wash. Would never know that it had been in terrible shape previous to cleaning at Willow Creek. Thank you! Quality cleaning and service with a smile. read more

Very friendly service and reasonable prices. Never had an issue and it's done within a day or so. I have even seen the owner jump-start a costumers car that wouldn't start! This is my go-to dry cleaning in Folsom! read more

Over the past 20 years, we have tried several dry cleaning companies. There was always one problem or another with every company: spots on clothes, staple rips on the sleeves, missing buttons, lost clothing, etc. A few years ago, we tried Willow Creek Cleaners. They have done an excellent job for us every week, and we have never had a single problem. The clothes look great! And the staff is always pleasant, helpful and professional. I wish we had come here long ago! Thank you, Willow Creek Cleaners, for your consistent excellence! It is nice to know that in these times, there is a company that offers kind, courteous, reliable, professional service, outstanding results, and always does such a wonderful job. read more

Willow Creek Cleaners - Good cleaning service - Laundry Services Near Me - Folsom, California

I had been taking my uniforms to Silverado Cleaners for years, where I was paying $3.50 for dry cleaned pants and $1.95 for laundered shirts. Unfortunately, they recently closed so I started looking for someplace else to take my business. My research, conducted by physical visits and phone calls, revealed the following prices for businesses in Folsom: Dry clean Laundry Total American Cleaners $5.75 $2.16 $7.91 One Stop Cleaners $5.99 $2.50 $8.49 Crystal Cleaners $5.50 $3.00 $8.50 Folsom Cleaners $6.00 $2.75 $8.75 Willow Creek Cleaners $6.60 $2.55 $9.15 NG Cleaners $6.95 $2.50 $9.45 One Stop Empire Cleaners $6.99 $2.50 $9.49 Park Place Cleaners $6.50 $3.00 $9.50 Swanson's Cleaners $7.90 $2.95 $10.85 Willow Creek had the highest rating on Yelp so I went there a couple of times. They were not bad and I had no issue with their service or cleaning results. However, their prices are somewhat higher than some of the others and, since I use this type of business regularly, I saw nothing that made me want to continues to use them. read more

Store owner greeted me immediately, took my suit jacket, told me it would be done Monday, and gave me a ticket. I came back Monday, was immediately greeted again, my suit jacket was clean, and placed on a nice hanger with plastic cover. Very timely, professional, and convenient. Will use again in the future when I need to. read more

I don't know what to say except 5 star on every level. Great job with my dry cleaning and laundry. If you mention a stain or something that needs extra attention, extra attention will be paid. Go there!!! The owner is friendly and very nice. read more

Great dry cleaning service!! Didn't double crease my pants, and he got the collar stains out of my shirt (N G Cleaners in Folsom double creased pants and didn't even dry clean my shirts)... Also, the guy there is friendly/awesome! Highly recommend. Shirts are ~ $1.90... Pants are ~ $5.00... read more

My go to place for dry cleaning, shirt laundering, etc. Don is such a great guy, always greets me with a smile and exceptional service. He is very accommodating and will be flexible with your needs. I've been here a few times, probably about 10 times total. Great services and decent pricing, never had a complaint. However, I felt obligated to write him a great yelp review after today. So, I called in around 11 a.m. asking if he does same day service for a suit I needed for work the very next day (not very courteous, I know). Don informed me that in order to be guaranteed same day service, I needed to bring in my suit before 9 a.m. With that said, he went out of his way to make sure that I had my suit for work. I went in around 3:30 p.m. the same day, and it was ready to go. And as always, no complaints about the service itself. I can't say enough about business owners who go out of their way to ensure the satisfaction of their clients and customers. Needless to say, I will always go to Don for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

Not too bad. Took in a winter coat to be cleaned because I'm dumb and settled for buying it in white since they didn't carry my size in gray and now I'm paying for it. Lot's of little stains around the wrists of my jacket, and the inside bottom portion of the coat was a light blue since it was constantly being rubbed on by my jeans. Well, dropped off my coat and went to pick it up the following week. I was inspecting my coat while my hubby paid for it, when I noticed yellow/orange tinted lines running down my coat in various spots, as if it was set down on something that stained it. I pointed this out to the man, and he said he'd take my coat back and work to get these new stains out, free of charge. Luckily, when we came to pick it up the following week, the yellow/orange lines were gone- yay! All-in-all, he wasn't able to get rid of EVERY stain that was on this jacket, but it definitely looks much better than it did when I brought it in! read more

Don, owner, is the nicest guy. Prices are reasonable, especially considering how great the service is. Tip: once they have you in system, you likely just have to give them the last four digits of your phone number for them to look up your info. read more

I was being a last minuter and needed to get my bridesmaid dress pressed by the end of the day. I originally asked another cleaner closer to me and the lady over there laughed at me and said "that's impossible." I came to Willow Creek Cleaners and Don was so nice and accommodating. He didn't even hesitate to help me out even though it was day of. Now I drive extra distance just to give him my business because he surely earned it. I have also gotten alterations here as well and they were great! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my clothes! read more

Fast, reasonable and effective at cleaning. Great job, Don, thank you.

The prices are deceptive. I asked for pricing because it's 2.50 and I'm a women. My items that are cotton and nothing ornate are $4.80 an item! I'll press the items myself. read more

I've been coming to Willow Creek Cleaners for years and can't say enough wonderful comments about Don and his business. Highly recommend!

AWESOME! That's the one word I would use to describe Dan, the owner. What amazing people he and his wife are! I had a water leak in my apartment and had to launder/dry clean every single one of the zillion clothes I own. As soon as I arrived, Dan saw the heavy bags I was carrying out of my car and he promptly took them out of my hands and insisted on bringing the other 6 bags in too. That itself made me feel relieved after much sorting and dumping them in my car from second floor. He patiently counted and sorted the clothes and gave me a very reasonable quote with additional 20% off. The dryclean job was done very professionally and they got back to me on the day it was due with a "it's ready" call - I am a believer in timelines, so it was pleasant. At this time, I had an even bigger task of carrying all the well ironed clothes back on individual hangers. To my surprise, Dan offered to drive them in his car and even dropped them all AT my apartment - took him about 10 trips up and down the stairs. What a great gesture! The clothes (including expensive dresses, coats and jackets) still hang in my closet nicely and as I am starting to wear them, I see how clean and fresh they smell. I don't hesitate in writing bad reviews as the case may be, but I also truly believe that writing a good review, where it's due, is even more important, because they are rarer and because a service like this deserves a 5 star! I also left them with a handwritten thank you letter that I saw is stuck on their wall today. :) Thanks, Dan. I couldn't be happier with the service! read more

Dropped off 3 collard shirts and three Docker pair of pants. $21 to launder and press. Best Ever!! New in town and another fancy cleaners wanted $7.50 to do a pair of pants???? Shut the front door on that $$$$ and went down the street for a more reasonable price. Plus they will be ready tomorrow. Yippee!!!! read more

THIS IS THE BEST DRY CLEANERS IN THE WORLD!!!! I have been using Willow Creek Cleaners for over 8 years. We used to live in Folsom and 5 years ago we moved to El Dorado Hills. I tried a few dry cleaners closer to where I lived but the service didn't compare. The quality of my garments, the friendly, helpful service I get at Willow Creek keeps me coming back here every week. My clothes even get carried out to me as I pull up! That's how efficient they are. So many times my husband has left random items in his pockets and these items are always returned. I rarely write reviews or put myself "out there" for recommendations but this place deserves every bit of praise it can get. Thank you for making one dreary aspect of my life easier and happier. Sincerely and gratefully, Stacy Watson read more

I'm not a frequent writer for reviews, but I do rely pretty heavily on Yelp to help me find quality businesses... Especially since I just relocated to the Folsom area from the East Coast. I tried Willow Creek Cleaners for dry cleaning because it's close by. I haven't wanted or needed to go anywhere else for dry cleaning since. I'm a no-fuss person when it comes to my errands. This place is quick, friendly, and Don carried out my items to my car when I returned for the pick up! A little extra care goes such a long way these days. I recommend this place to anyone and won't be needing to find any other business to take care of my dry cleaning. One note...when I put this address into my GPS for the first time, it took me across the street for some reason. This place is located in the same plaza as Savemart, CVS, and next to Folsom Nails. read more

Don is an exceptionally nice guy. It is hard to find such service and excellence elsewhere. They do a very good job.

Little bummed. I went to the store to get four shirts pressed (not even laundered), it was $4.80 per shirt. I have been there many times before and pricing was never that high. I couldn't justify spending that much. More power to them though if they can charge that much. read more

I probably should've done this review after my first visit, this place is awesome. I've been coming here for many months now, and each time the customer service is great (thanks Don!) and our clothes are always cleaned to our satisfaction. Whenever we've needed a rush on a cleaning, they have always accommodated. I've even had multiple items tailored here and they've done a great job with those too. There are other cleaners closer to home that I could use, but the service here is so good I make the trip. read more

We have been going to willow creek cleaners for over 10 years and will continue despite us moving to EDH. I must say, this is the way to run a business with high customer satisfaction! The owners, Don and his wife, are the most courteous people. They have called us when something is delayed. They have walked us to our car with an umbrella when its raining. Their work is top notch. They can get hard stains out of clothes and they clean everything including pillows and comforters. They replace buttons and they can provide excellent alterations. They have fair prices. I can not recommend them highly enough. read more

Don is fantastic. Highly recommend this place. Great at repairs too! We've been using willow creek for years.

I've been going to W.C. cleaners for about 3 years. Don, the owner, usually gets me back my stuff within 3 business days for regular service but does offer same day or expedited service. Don is very courteous and always makes it a point to hand you your dry cleaning from the rack instead of letting you get it. Just the little things, he's always got mints and candy in case you need a little sweetness to your day. his wife does great seamstress work too. I take all my suits to be altered here. They've even fixed torn pants and replace buttons on my shirts at no extra charge. Recently, they completely restored an old ball cap for me too. Highly recommend them read more

I have been going to only this cleaners for 11 years since I moved here. They have never lost anything and there wasn't a stain they couldn't get out. They are the most amazing cleaners I get things back as fast as I need it. They do a beautiful job on everything I ever taken in, from suits to comforters to rugs.
