First of all I got a quote from her for some curtains just had to have him press to get the creases out of them that they got from shipping when I got to the store it was four or five times more than what she said which was double when I paid for the curtains she wanted $120 to iron 4 short panels 2 ft by 48 in so I let her have them I was in a hurry so I just picked him up paid her got out to my truck look at them and they're still creases in them from shipping she didn't even get them out so I'm being generous by giving her one star read more

SETUP I had a dinner date with a gal in El Dorado Hills @ Sienna when I was staying with the pups in Folsom one weekend, but I got some urine stains on my good shirt when I picked up one of the pups and she tinkled on me because she was so excited (and happy) to see me. What can you do? (Certainly don't be upset with the pup.) NG Cleaners stands for No Good Cleaners. I took a suit to be cleaned. The suit is less than a year old, and only has been worn a few times. When I do wear it, I hang it up whether at home, work, or in my car. It is an expensive garment. When I dropped it off, it was in new condition. I went two days later to pick up, the lady told me there was a hole in it! Then, they started telling me that the hole must have been there before. I understand that things can happen, someone pulling a garment that is pinched, or some other accident. But telling me I was the cause was ridiculous since I know how careful I am wearing this suit. "WHY ONE STAR?" Without making this too long, here was my experience: 1.) The lady there was unfriendly...fine. 2.) They double creased my dress pants... NO. 3.) The collar on my dress shirt still had sweat stains around it (indication that no liquid was used -- yes there's liquid used in dry cleaning). 4.) Shirt was wrinkled in some areas, and lady was not very friendly upon picking up. "WHERE WOULD YOU GO THEN?" I recommend Willow Creek Cleaners (in IHOP/Chipotle center) !! Why?... 1.) The guy was friendly... :D! 2.) No double crease in pants. 3.) Stains were gone on the shirt that had collar stains (so it was actually cleaned)! 4.) Shirts were wrinkle free and looked great, and he was even friendlier when I picked up the clothes! :D This location takes a bit longer (3-5 days), but it was less expensive... Last week I took in a pair of slacks for alterations, when I came to pick up I noticed a discrepancy on the price (they dry cleaned also), the owner no questions asked adjusted the price to reflect just the alteration. They do not run an honest business. I brought a romper here to get fixed and they ended up sewing the top incorrectly and my daughter couldn't get her head in it! I brought it back to tell her that we needed an enclosure that could be opened to fit her head and she said that was fine. I came to pick it up and she charged me $15 to repair their mistake. I hope that was worth losing a frequent customer. You don't make customers pay for your mistakes! read more

I have been to a few cleaners in the area. They are by far the best. Always have my work clothing cleaned and ironed perfectly. I went to another spot they didn't even clean my shirt around the collar, also very fair pricing. Therefore, I drive the few extra miles to come to this location.
